Dormez «profondément» au son, prenez votre café du matin sur le porche, regardez les couchers de soleil depuis le quai ou promenez-vous à quelques pas de la plage depuis ce condo «escapade loin de tout». Idéalement situé au premier étage, il a tout le confort d'un chez-soi. Draps et serviettes fournis, une cuisine entièrement équipée, lave-vaisselle, laveuse / sécheuse, télévision à écran plat avec DVD, chambres rénovées avec de nouveaux matelas tous ajoutent à vos vacances reposantes. Il y a un lit king size en maître et queen dans la deuxième chambre. L'île offre tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter avec putt putt, crème glacée, plusieurs restaurants, location de vélos / kayaks, jetée de pêche, arcade, boutiques de souvenirs et dépanneur. Sept miles de paradis et vous pouvez faire du vélo d'un bout à l'autre de l'île, ou prendre vos chaises et simplement «vous détendre» sur la plage. Traversez le pont et parcourez 18 miles jusqu'à Calabash, le Capitole des fruits de mer du monde, voyagez 45 minutes jusqu'à Myrtle Beach et Barefoot Landing pour faire du shopping ou faites une excursion d'une journée à Wilmington ou Ft. Pêcheur. Pour les amateurs de golf, il y a 20 terrains de golf à moins de 15 minutes en voiture. Idéalement situé à l'extrémité ouest de l'île, le condo offre des vacances tranquilles en famille. Great place to relax after spending a day at the beach

Everything was great at this location. I would definitely return to this location if we go to Ocean Isle Beach again.

Small Family Beach Getaway

We love OIB and only 3 adult family members could travel this year and the size was perfect. This location had a beautiful view of the sunset over the sound with a patio swing- perfect for wine, charcuterie and chatting. It wasn’t a very far walk to the beach, also a nice pool and had everything we needed for a home away from home. Local restaurants are excellent! Beach was perfect! Great neighbors.

I wanted a relaxing vacation and this was perfect. Condo was beautiful and had all the comforts of home. It was a little cool, but that is to be expected in February.

Great week at Ocean Isle Beach

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was clean, comfy, and convenient. The only issue we had was charging our golf cart since the buildings don't have outside receptacles except on the back decks.

Ocean Isle vacation

We would’ve liked more updates but the condo was very nice. The down sides was all the “owners” very opinionated to guest and there needs to be more guest parking. If you are looking for a cute place to get away we would definitely recommend.

Nice but no frills.

Comfortable place . Very comfortable beds. Hot water not very hot in evenings. Kitchen fairly well stocked with cooking supplies, pots , pans, All in all , id say 4 stars.

Love this Condo! Perfect location!

We had the best time in this condo. We had never been to Ocean Isle before, but fell in love with this beach. This was the PERFECT place to get away from it all. The condo sits right on the sound and was a short, 2 block walk to the public beach access. The condo had plenty of room for us and our teenage son and had all the amenities we needed. The Owner, Toni, was a pleasure to work with and made it all so easy for us. We will definitely be back!

Ok place to stay

The place needs a major renovation as everything is old. One of the showers wouldn’t get hot as well. Appliances etc need updating and there were ants around the sink. Location is good but olld buildings.

I’m sorry you did not feel like the amenities were up to your expectations. However, I have put down new flooring in the kitchen and living room, replaced sofa, loveseat and kitchen table with chairs. I replaced the stove and washer/dryer about 5 years ago. Of course, I was unaware of the issues with the ants and the shower. I will address these problems immediately.

Great place - We enjoyed our stay!

The location was great! Just a short 2 block walk to the beach. The place was exactly as shown in the photos. Clean and convenient, and mostly quiet. I found the beds to be very comfortable. The pool on the property was fantastic. Perfect temp, rarely crowded, and I was really surprised it had an 8-foot deep area, which my kids also loved. I also enjoyed the porch with the swing in the mornings and evenings. We only had one issue during our stay, which was taken care of promptly. Denice was very responsive. Overall, a great experience.

Wonderful time at the beach, biking & kayaking

As the title says, we had lots of fun, so bring your outdoor toys! Even when it rained, we played inside, had drinks on the covered porch while it rained around us, and just waited for the storms to pass. First time we ever rode our bikes in the beach — what fun! Watch and mind the tides if kayaking, and it’s amazing! Hosts were great, and kindly returned/mailed the hats we left hanging on their hat hooks ;)

Pros and Cons

Basically, this was a nice property....great location. An easy walk to the beach, right next to the pool, the balcony has a swing where you can see the sun set over jink's creek. Small TV......There is no ice maker and there is 2 full bathrooms; however, there is a sink in one bedroom and the shower and toilet are between the bedrooms....bathroom layouts are not the best....

Fun family vacation

We had a great week staying in this condo for our family beach trip! Loved the beachy feel with the decorations around the condo, location to the beach was great with a nice sound view out back. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck on the porch swing after a day at the beach/pool. Denice quickly responded when we had questions. One of which was that the bathrooms were not cleaned before our stay & we had to clean them ourselves. She apologized right away and said her cleaning lady had come that day so she’d talk to her. The mattresses in both rooms could use updating as they were very worn, and uncomfortable. Overall we had a wonderful experience. Thank you Denice!

Bright and Comfy

This is a delightful condo! It is bright, comfortable, and convenient. We loved having coffee on the deck each morning and I even took a nap in the swing! The view of Jinks Creek is lovely and the sunset views were gorgeous. We were completely satisfied with this rental experience and would definitely recommend it! It is an excellent value! Hope we can stay here again!

A Fantastic and Relaxing Get-Away

This was the first time I had been to the beach in several years and my first time to Ocean Isle. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Ample parking was available. The temperature in the condo was nice; kitchen amenities were perfect and having access to a washer and dryer was great. A quick two-minute walk to the beach was enjoyed each day of my stay. You have a great sunset view from the dock. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool in the evenings, which is located a few feet from the front door. Lots of great restaurants in OIB and beyond. Conveniently located to the beach, the town of Ocean Isle and attractions on the coast, I have already decided to reserve this condo again next year. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. A great place to be for relaxation, enjoyment and peaceful beach time!

We stayed 4 nights at the end of Sept 15 and found this unit to be fab, the unit was clean, quiet and had the best swing chair on the veranda ( where I spent most of my time) it had views inlet and a jetty to fish and crab off ( caught some nice size crabs.. Yum) the unit had everything you could want while staying and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Our only downfall was having to wash and dry your sheets and towels before you leave it took forever as the machine and dry were small and it was really humid so took 3 hour of hanging around, we would have preferred to pay for this to be done.

Wonderful!

This was my family's third time visiting Ocean Isle. This condo is wonderful, a short walk to the beach and the pool across the parking lot was great for the kids. They were able to swim and come up to the porch to eat lunch, and then go back to the pool. It was great having a washer and dryer in the condo because we didn't have to pack so much. We will definitely be keeping this place in mind for our next trip to OIB!

Awesome place to just "get away!"

I'm a 23 year old college student from Boone, NC. I was able to spend my summer and fall break in this gorgeous, quaint condo and loved every minute of it. This place is located within perfect walking distance to the beach. We had gorgeous weather both times we took vacation, and enjoyed the luxury of having the beach almost to ourselves. This spot is the perfect get away regardless of length of stay. I was able to relax, enjoy some time away from home, and even get some studying done. This condo is located within perfect distance from Myrtle Beach, if you're interested in shopping and not being directly in the chaos of Myrtle. We took a short 30 minute drive to Myrtle to do some shopping and then returned to the condo for some relaxation. There were also delicious local restaurants located within walking distance. Overall, this is the perfect getaway and I cannot wait to get back!

Great NC beach getaway. Amazing sunsets from the deck. Condo is clean and has a bright, beachy decor. The ocean is a short walk away. Pool is on site. Dock for waterway views is accessible. 2nd floor end unit is excellent for providing quiet, relaxing and peaceful reflection. Restaurants and grocery are within 5-10 minutes away.

Perfect beach getaway!

The location is perfect for enjoying a true beach vacation! Convenient to the beach, nice pool, wonderful deck with a swing & fabulous sunset views from the dock. The condo is clean, comfortable and has all you need to feel right at home. Short drive from Calabash. Have enjoyed it annually for several years and plan to return next year!

Perfect Getaway!

Wonderful place to stay! The condo is perfectly decorated and a short, easy walk to the beach. Our family enjoyed the afternoons in the swing on the porch as we watched the sun set after spending the day at the beach. Very easy access, quiet and comfortable. I have scheduled the next trip in the Fall and have recommended the property to other friends and family.

My sister and I bought this condo in 2004 after a lifetime of wishing we could have "our own place at the beach". After visiting almost all of the NC and SC beaches in the past, discovering Ocean Isle Beach was a pleasant surprise. Its wonderful wide expanse of beach, the family oriented nature of the island, and the quiet peacefulness of the sound was all too tempting. Being able to share our condo with friends and family has brought both us great joy.
