ENTIÈREMENT RÉNOVÉ POUR LES LOCATIONS D'ÉTÉ 2018

Nous sommes prêts à partager notre condo de plage entièrement rénové avec vous cet été. Situé à environ un mile à l'ouest du centre de l'OIB et de la jetée.

Profitez de belles vues d'entrée depuis les ponts avant et arrière. Nous ne sommes qu'à 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Après vous être amusé sur le sable, revenez nager dans notre piscine communautaire, pêchez ou craquez sur les quais, ou lancez votre bateau ou votre kayak dans la crique.

Les clients peuvent utiliser notre salle de stockage en bas, avec 2 vélos, chaises, parasol, barbecue au charbon de bois, etc. Il vous suffit d'apporter votre matériel de pêche ou de kayak ou de louer ici à l'OIB.

Utilisez votre compte Netflix, Amazon ou autre car nous avons Roku pour votre divertissement en streaming.

Ce condo a été entièrement rénové. Tout nouveau - meubles, matelas king, planchers (pas de tapis) peinture, luminaires, cuisine, électroménagers - y compris laveuse / sécheuse.

C'est l'escapade du couple PARFAIT. Cependant, ce condo peut accueillir 4 personnes, avec des lits superposés hors du maître pour un couple d'enfants.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review. It is very unusual to receive a negative comment regarding cleaning. Floors are vacuumed and mopped and surfaces wiped and sanitized after each stay. My husband and I loved everything about our stay at this property. The space was just perfect for a weekend or an entire week! My favorite spot was the swing on the back deck! I definitely recommend this place especially since the property owner was so attentive and responsive to our questions.

First time at Ocean Isle

Perfect family stay

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean and updated. The kitchen was great for cooking and well equipped. Having use of the bikes, beach chairs and storage unit was a huge bonus! Beautiful, comfy, quiet & clean!

My husband son and I visited for our son’s 5th birthday and this was the absolute perfect condo for a small family! Very clean, peaceful, and a quick walk to the beach with views of the intracoastal waterway from both front and back balconies! Amazing!

This property was perfect for our family of four. It's in a great location with amazing views of the inlet and short walk to the beach and pool. We loved the layout of the rental as well. The kid's room was bigger than it looked in the pictures. The best part about this rental was the above and beyond customer service by Elaine and David. They were great with communicating about the events on the island and even getting us through a small tropical storm. We will definitely stay here again and reccomend thia place to everyone else.

We discovered OIB in the late 80s and because of our love for this beautiful place, purchased our first condo in 1999. In 2022, we made OIB (just off the island) our full
time home. This is a special place and we're blessed to call it home.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We also owned a condo at OceanSide West II that was purchased in 1999 . We loved it there, and rented to guests for several years. It was difficult to find available open dates for our time at OIB. We decided to look for a 1 B/R. We thought we wanted a condo on the front but when we found this "fixer upper" on the sound, we knew it was perfect. While we had lots of professional help, we were able to do much of the work ourselves in the renovation process. It has been completely renovated, a definite labor of love.
We now rent our condo at Dockside Landing (VRBO 1303802) year round with lots of wonderful repeat guests.

We love watching the sunset over Jinks Creek out at the docks and sometimes getting
up early enough for a morning walk on the beach and catch the sunrise over the ocean.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The condo is at a great location, just about a mile from the pier and only about 200 yds from the beach on the beautiful sound. The easy 5 min walk to the beach includes the handicap public boardwalk (no steps). The complex has a large pool. While standing on our front deck, we can see the pool to the right and the beautiful sound to the left. The way the building is situated, we also have a view of the sound from the back deck off the master bedroom.

It's on the first floor so again, not a lot of steps so we have more energy to walk and ride our bikes. This condo is perfect for a couple like ourselves or for a family with a couple of little ones. Although, being on the front and looking at the ocean would be nice, we have no regrets about buying on the sound as we feel we have the BEST views and are still near the beautiful OIB beach.
