Aucun autre littoral ne vous offre un accÚs central aux rives nord et sud; aucun autre littoral ne vous offre la célÚbre piste cyclable cÎtiÚre de kauai vers des plages de sable blanc désertes. Kapa'a Sands est l'un des points de destination les plus prisés en raison de son accÚs à l'ßle et de son unicité. Pas de frais de stationnement, pas de frais de wifi, pas de frais de villégiature, et pas de frais d'aménagement. Ceci est une petite propriété de charme qui est préservée dans le «vieux charme hawaïen» et est la propriété la plus proche du bord de l'eau.

This was the absolute best stays! The location of the condo is perfect for walking to soo many restaurants and stores. The condo itself has literally everything you could need. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs. The ocean views are breathtaking. Falling asleep every night to the sound of the waves crashing is exactly the feel you want!!Having a small beach area in front is a huge bonus. Would definitely stay here again and again and again.

Kitchen very well stocked with essentials. We cooked meals and didn’t need to improvise. Also, the kitchen was actually much larger than I expected based on photos of the unit I saw. Bathroom was fine. There were snorkeling gear and beach chairs. The view was awesome. Parking was convenient. The unit is close to water with a beach walking trail is very close. Great restaurants are close. Great hiking on Sleeping Giant is close. Farmers market was close. If you want to see, feel, hear, and smell the ocean- this unit will satisfy you.

This studio condo was amazing! There were little surprises everywhere around our home away from home. Kitchen was completely stocked, the linens and bed were comfortable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better view! Location was perfect and central to everywhere we wanted to go and everything we wanted to see! We came in October and were happy to have the windows open and listen to the ocean crash throughout the night. Sunrises were special. The hosts were super friendly and very responsive! We would love to come here again.

The view from our balcony was amazing. We loved the sound of the ocean at night. Having beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use was a nice plus that we used several times. Excellent shopping and restaurants were within easy walking distance. We also loved having the pool and laundry facilities onsite.

Excellent location, so much to walk to , passions bakery a must and sleeping giant grill is a must, and a shout out to Lance at Queens jewelry next door, check him out. Antiques at pagoda and even got a tattoo at Ironbridge, can walk to it all This rental had the best beach you will not feel the urge to rush off to another beach.

What a lovely place right on the beach to watch the beautiful sunrises and hear the waves crashing all night long. Has everything you need for a wonderful stay! Host was very helpful with quick response time. Would definitely come back and stay!!

My husband and I planned this trip for our 15 year anniversary, our first time to Hawaii. And it exceeded all of our expectations, so much so that we are trying to figure out how we can retire here! Dennis and Christine were amazing hosts and made everything seamless from start to finish, they even checked in and made sure we were safe during the tsunami evacuation. The place is so cozy and WOW you really cannot beat the view from the balcony. We started and ended all of our days enjoying that view! Thank you for such a wonderful and memorable anniversary trip for us! We cannot wait to come back!

Stayed for our Honeymoon

Such a beautiful place! I was worried when I read there was no AC, but definitely did not need it. The breeze from the ocean was perfect. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped - everything you could possibly need to cook for yourself. Beach is just steps away. Lots of great food options nearby and easy to get to the north or south of the island. We loved our stay and Dennis and Christine were super responsive to all of our questions. Really great place to stay!

The location of Kapaa Sands is fantastic! The beach is like having your own private beach. It’s a small resort so not many people, it’s wonderful. The view was stunning, seriously “ocean front”. I don’t think I’ve ever slept so good, listing to the waves just a few yards away. I highly recommend this magical place, we will definitely be back.

Perfect Location!

Beautiful place to stay! Great views and so relaxing. We loved hearing the crashing waves throughout the night. Fun shops and good restaurants near by. We have such an amazing time, and would definitely stay again!

Fabulous View

We had a wonderful 10 days at the property. It’s in a great location and easy to get to other places around Kauai. Best things were the quiet of the property, friendliness of the people and mainly the fabulous view and ability to go swimming right there. We would definitely stay here again.

Great view,location but needs AC

We loved this place although some days were pretty warm even with the ceiling fan and windows open. The view is great and the place is set up very nice with a balcony and chairs to view the waves and sunrise. Our unit was a 1 minute walk from the parking lot in a nice small condo community. The pool is close ( very nice ) with a bbq grill and covered area to enjoy. The grounds are well kept. The location is just south of Kapa’a on a quiet side street. We loved The Passion Bakery. No messages or welcome from owners the entire stay which we thought was unusual. No suggestions on where to eat or things to do. We knew there would be no AC but it was uncomfortable in middle of day. Might not be an issue for some people but we definitely noticed it. A small window unit would be nice. We would come back.

Oceanfront central location

Great place that is centrally located on island. You can swim at the beach in front of the property or drive a short distance to other beaches. Lots to do north and south of this property. Stores and restaurants are very close.

Most beautiful views and ocean sounds

This is the second time we have stayed at this property, never a disappointment! Love the views, ocean and beaches for as far as you can see. You hear the waves all night long. The condo is sweet and cozy.

Wonderful Place!

We loved the location and the unit! Exactly as listed and such a peaceful, quiet setting. Views were amazing - we got to see lots of surfers and other water sports and we also saw quite a few whales from the lanai. The ocean waves sounded awesome. Would stay here again.

Much needed respite!

Location, location, location. Listening to the waves all night long was exactly what was needed! We liked that the complex was small, not overwhelming like big resorts.We found it very difficult to go into the ocean but cooled off in the pool. Out front is a rocky front and you can't safely go there. To go to the left, the sand was SO deep that it was too difficult to navigate. Did this disappoint us? Not really. Everything else was so wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there and hope to return.Chris and Dennis were very accommodating and took care to communicate when a need arose.

Excellent location in paradise

Soaking in the sound of crashing waves and proximity to any corner of the island made this rental a must get. Amenities provided all we needed. Worked great for us adventurers looking for convenience and crashing waves.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

After touring the island and then walking and biking along the coconut coast, It became very apparent to us that this location offered a unique opportunity to experience 'old Hawaii' the way it used to be. Other places are quite nice but none have the 'end of the road' feeling of peaceful seclusion and being lost in paradise.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Built on the historical site of an old Shinto temple where mountains, gardens, rivers and ocean meet have made this the best location on island.
