Belle maison de plage de deuxième rangée située à Kahala Beach pouvant accueillir 14 personnes confortablement. Le 3100 pieds carrés d'espace ouvert offre 4 chambres et 2. 5 bains plus une douche / toilettes extérieures. Le spacieux plan d'étage ouvert, le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine offrent beaucoup d'espace pour tous. La table à manger comprend des sièges pour 8 avec des sièges supplémentaires pour 4 au bar. Ceci est une maison de 2ème rangée et en face du pont piétonnier des dunes à la plage. Superbe vue sur la plage de l'intérieur de la maison et des balcons. Un ascenseur est à votre disposition pour transporter vos courses et vos bagages ainsi que pour les clients qui ne peuvent pas monter les escaliers. Beautiful house! The decor is so cute. That accuracy of the listing is impeccable right on the beach, and it’s a pretty private area. Very serene and very peaceful. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to book it again next year.

The house was great. The design and amenities were very unique. The host let us know about some of the history of the house - it gave the house a personality that added to the experience. Being able to look out over the ocean from the deck was a treat.

Lei by the Sea is a spacious beach house with charming decor and fast access to the beach! Management was easy to work with. It was an ideal place to get away and relax with friends. We would definitely stay again!

The elevator was a bit misleading during booking. We were traveling with seniors and had planned on the use of elevator. It was cleared up when I received the check in procedure. We did not use the elevator. It would be helpful to add a traditional handrail on the winding stairs to make it safer for older adults who are still able to climb stairs but need the extra support.

Family fun

Had family come in for the Memorial Day weekend and the house had room for everyone.Just a short walk across the street to beach ramp. Kids had a blast! Since it’s a private neighborhood the beach wasn’t crowded, we fished,Flew kites,etc.

This is a great place to stay. Close to the beach.

Rental couldn’t have been easier. This was our second year and will probably come again. Good restaurants just up the road and an excellent kitchen in the house.

Enjoy your perfect day at this exclusive 3100 Sq. Ft, 4 bedroom 2.5 Bath, with outdoor shower/restroom, and an elevator. Plenty of room in this home to enjoy some quality time with your family. Open floor plan that allows for family gatherings. Situated on the beachside of FM 3005, accommodating 14 comfortably and located in the beautiful Kahala Beach Estates.

Conveniently located just a minute walking distance to the dune walkover. The house has an elevator and an outside bathroom. Spacious home sleeps 14 people, handicapped friendly but not ADA approved.
