Lovely holiday

Had a great stay at this villa. View to die for over and out to the sea. Communication was easy and site managers only had to contact once. Shelley was very responsive, no issues. Location is great to get to the strip but a little daunting at night with no street lights and down a hill. Easily rectified using phone torches. Great to have essentials on entering the villa including bread, milk, bacon, eggs etc. I would recommend this Villa.

Lovely villa

Really lovely villa. Host Christine was really helpful and communicated the whole way through. She also organised the taxi from the airport for us and he was there waiting at arrivals. I cannot recommend this any higher.

Pictures online don't do justice. The outside areas are spectacular & the pool is massive. Perfect property for family holiday. Round the corner from main strip which was not rowdy & had loads of nice restaurants. Communication with host great & seemless check-in & check-out with drop box. Had no need for any assistance. Thoroughly recommended. Peefect holiday. Thanks Christine for renting us your property

Amazing stay in May 2024

We recently stayed in this beautiful villa for our first family adventure abroad. The villa is beautiful, the area is so peaceful and we felt at home right away. The pool was amazing! We needed some guidance and information regarding shopping for food in the area due to dietary needs and Christine was extremely helpful and so friendly. Christine also supported us with regards to local road closures that affected Coral Bay strip. The road opened towards the end of stay and have to sat they've done a great job. Thank you again Christine, the villa was superb and our experience has been 10/10!

Lovely villa

Firstly the villa itself was modern, clean, tidy and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool area was great and the views from the balconies of the sea were stunning. The location was perfect, on a quiet street but only a 5 minute walk to the strip with some good restaurants and bars and a 10 minute walk to a large supermarket. The booking process was stress free and Christine was great to deal with, responding quickly to my questions and organising transfers. Lastly we were a bit concerned when we read on a previous review that there had been a break in and the villa wasn’t secure. This wasn’t our experience at all. All the windows and doors had double locks and Coral bay is a lovely area. Don’t let it put you off booking this little gem of a property.

Sea view villa

Well stocked villa and nice welcome pack with a great size pool area, much larger than some of the neighboring villas, there is a super easy to clean Barbeque provided and this particular villa has beautiful sea views from the patio while watching the evening sunset with a glass of local wine Shelly the property manager was extremely helpful, simply cant fault it, we will certainly be booking again

We had a great time at the villa. We enjoyed the sea views and unusually warm weather for this time of year. Great to get away even if this was only for 10 days. Beds comfortable, very clean villa, good outside seating. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Would visit again.

Really lovely villa, beautiful sunsets

The villa was really lovely and just as expected. It had the most beautiful sunset in the evening. Only a 5/7 minute walk to the main strip where all the bars and restaurants are. Really relaxing break. We would definitely recommend this villa and will definitely book again if/when we come back to coral bay. Christine was really helpful with an queries before we travelled and having had to amend our booking several times because of covid, she couldn’t have been more accommodating for us :) thank you for a fantastic stay in your beautiful villa!

Great villa!

Wonderful villa in a great location - spacious, comfortable (settees, beds, poolside beds etc) and spotlessly clean. Kitchen had everything you need if you want to stay in and cook. Local hotels can be a bit noisy at the weekend but it didn't bother us. Great views out to sea from the verandas. Would definitely and book again!

Beautiful villa

Lovely villa with stunning sea views. South facing outdoor area so sunshine all day. Comfortable beds, air con and everything you could need. Plenty of seating areas inside and out. Walking distance to Coral Bay beach, lots of shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop, half an hour to Paphos tourist attractions.

Relaxing holiday villa with scenic views

We absolutely loved staying at this villa and had a great holiday there. It is perfect for a small family or group. It was clean, modern, and the property managers were very available, helpful and proactive when we needed them for minor problems. We all slept well and the sea view was delightful to wake up to and for sitting outside with drinks etc. We loved the panorama rather than feeling enclosed. It has pretty much everything you need (inflatables for pool, cafetiere, washing powder were particularly appreciated), so check in before you make a shopping list. Some of the things mentioned by other guests didn't bother us at all. Yes, you can see the neighbours on the right from your terraces (and the dividing fences are low) but it wasn't intrusive as they were friendly, respectful and not noisy. We didn't see them often. You can hear your neighbours. There is a large hedge on the left which is more private, visually. We were both outside at times and it was fine but you don't always coincide. It was quite nice to hear some life going on occasionally and it just blends into the background. It's the school holidays, so expected. It's not a secluded villa if that is what you are looking for, but it still felt peaceful and relaxing. Might also be ideal for a group looking for two villas next door to each other. Yes, you can hear the hotel - a bit of bingo calling and live music - but that didn't feel like a nuisance either. It wasn't every night and we slept through it when it was late. We loved the pool. We didn't find any cockroaches or other beasties in there. Or the villa either. We just fished out the flowers and leaves with the net provided. The pool looked new and in good condition as reported, and the lights were lovely at night. Yes, the road is dark for returning at night but we used our phone lights. The area at the top of the road by the bins isn't so 'pretty' and the cats gather there but this didn't put us off. Once you are in the villa it feels very cosy and the views are so lovely with the mountains at the front and the sea at the back. Wifi is not always the best upstairs. Persevere with the TV instructions. No dealbreaker for us though. It's convenient to walk to the main supermarket, bars, restaurants and beaches but we appreciated having a hire car to have the option to go further afield to eat, sight-see and have a change of scene. We thought the villa was great value and would recommend it.

Fabulous Villa

We had a great stay at this villa. Was a home from home with everything you need. Great communication with owner. Very hot in August so pool was fabulous and the beach coral bay a short drive away. Loads of places to eat just a short walk away too.. Highly recommend this villa.

Needs up dating

The property was great there was no street lights not safe for a 78 year old woman trying to walk down a steep road in pitch black. One off the beds was spilt and broken and creed all night the TV set up was a waste of time needs up dating and the pool needs cleaning every day because of the cockroaches and bugs in water my mum cleaned pool every day for what you pay the property needs up dating in side and out

Amazing views to sea!!!

We stayed in villa for 10 days. The villa is amazing and it is very close to the sea, but to the swimming beach it will take 15 min to walk. It is located just on the top of Aqua Sol hotel, on the private road. At the evenings you can hear some music from the hotel but it did not bother us. Very big supermarket Philippos with a lot of selections of food and other goods located close to the villa and it even provides free delivery. Also the Main Street with restaurants and little markets just 5 min walk. I and kids loved Samisen Japanese Teppanyaki restaurant as they will cook food in front of you and have cooking show and food were amazing! So give it a try! The villa was very clean inside and has everything for the stay. Were only disappointed that the area around the pool and stairs were covered with the dried birds’ poo when we checked in, but it took for me some time to wash it away. So it would be good if managers will pay more attention to it and before guests check in they will clean it. Also quite many outside lights and light in the swimming pool did not work. I informed about it to the managers and after few days electrician came and made all the lights working. Also had a problem with the conditioner but it was solved the next day. It was very easy to communicate with the managers. Otherwise, villa is very nice with incredible location and amazing sea views! We would definitely stay here again! Than you for all!

Great location Great views

Booking and information process was faultless. Very good location, short walk to coral bay avenue and the views front and back of the property were great. Villa was well stocked if your into cooking when on holiday (not for us though). Pool was great addition to relax in and around. The negative points for us were the comfort of the beds and pillows (too hard for us) The TV and WiFi were temperamental, only worked a couple of times. Overall a very enjoyable stay thank-you. Property was very clean throughout.

Lovely property

This is a lovely private villa with its own pool and views to die for. The house is in a private street so it is quiet and away from the main drag. It is a short walk to the restaurants and bars and ice cream. It is well-equipped with everything you need for a very pleasant stay. The nearest beach is not the nicest beach. Coral Bay itself is much better and is about 20 minutes to walk. There is a very good supermarket nearby. Our daughter loved the pool and although it was only the beginning of May she swam frequently. The pool is not heated but that is not a problem at all. The views from upstairs are just beautiful. Just like the pictures only better. You can look out from your bed and see the sea. That is something special. Only thing that was less than perfect is that the beds are not very comfortable. All 4 singles could use better mattresses. The location of the house is ideal to go exploring in the West of Cyprus. We were able t o enjoy some fantastic days out without travelling far. The wine routes, gorges, waterfalls and archeological sites make this a fabulous palce for all ages. And don't forget the beaches of course. Highly recommended.

Tolle, gerÀumige, super ausgestattete Villa zum Entspannen.

Die Villa, in der NĂ€he des Coral Bays hat unserer Freundesgruppe (4 Personen) sehr gut gefallen. Mit Blick auf das Meer, Pool, schönen sauberen Zimmern und toller Ausstattung ist eine super Unterkunft fĂŒr einen Urlaub. Wir haben fĂŒr die Anreise eine Beschreibung erhalten, die detailliert war. Etwas schwer war sie (im Dunkeln) dennoch zu finden. Die Kommunikation lief prima. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Holiday Review

We stayed in the villa for 4 weeks and it soon felt like home. This is a lovely villa with great views of the sea. You're actually closer than you think from the photos. It's actually a very quiet area. We didn't have anyone in the closest villa to us except my parents for a week, so that did help. The place was very clean inside when we arrived and the pool is a real highlight. You spend a lot of time in there and the water temperature was just right in the summer. The bedrooms are nice and again the view is amazing from the back bedroom. The kitchen is well-equipped and it's a really nice place to relax and enjoy your holiday. There is plenty of room to sit outside or inside and enjoy the views. It's in a nice location as it's just 10 minutes walk from the main strip. The public beach is really nice and sandy and is probably a 20 minute walk. As I said it's quiet, but you're not far from restaurants etc, so that is ideal in terms of location. The only problems we really had were the internet as it was over a week before we had a reasonable connection. To be fair, the property manager tried to hard to get it fixed but was reliant on an IT guy who didn't show up. We did get the internet though so all good. The other thing that needs reviewing is the AC timer in the bedroom. The AC shuts off after 1.30 hours which is fine in the cooler months but it was really hot when we stayed there and each night you would fall asleep and then wake up really hot as the AC had tied out. Increasing the timer time would mean less getting out of bed to reset the AC. The property team are very friendly and will help out, so that's plus too. Overall, we had a great time on holiday and would recommend the villa!
