Ceci est une unité de 3 chambres. (Draps non inclus) Les locataires n'ayant pas le temps (départ à 11h) pour se laver et ranger correctement, nous avons retiré les draps, vous devez apporter vos propres draps et serviettes. Nous avons essayé de fournir ces choses, mais elles ont lentement disparu.
La chambre 1 a un lit queen (60 "x 80") avec Ă©cran plat dans la chambre. Chambre 2 est un lit complet, (54 "x 72") TV Ă  Ă©cran plat dans la chambre. La chambre 3 est une couchette (2 lits jumeaux) (39 "x 75") pour les plus petits. Le salon a un canapĂ©-lit double (54 "x 80") et 2 chaises avec grand Ă©cran plat au mur. Il a Ă©galement raccordĂ© la station de jeu 3. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec des ustensiles, des casseroles et des poĂȘles, ainsi qu'une tĂ©lĂ©vision plus petite et a une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse dans l'unitĂ©. Barbecue Ă  gaz et nouvelle terrasse!

Great property... with just a 15 to 20 minute ride from Assateague Island and Ocen City. Had everything we needed! We will definitely stay here again if we come back.

Our stay has a few hiccups but the owners took care of the issues pretty quickly! A few items that I wanted to note that I think could make the stay better-Cable TV- The property states that there is cable but there is no cable box hooked up. There is a Roku with live TV but you are unable to get any local stations or local news.-Kitchen utencils could use an upgrade (spatulas, knives etc)-Outdoor Grill could use a good cleaning. There was a grease fire almost immediately when we threw burgers and hotdogs on. Keep the flame on low.

If you like to be hot this is the place!

I have never stayed where I was charged if I used the towels and sheets! So hot and not allowed to touch AC! Heard mice scampering in ceiling. The fans didn’t keep up with the air at all. It was so hard to sleep in.

Great spot

This was our 2nd time staying here. There were a few snags (some to no fault of theirs) along our trip but nothing crazy. They were easy to get ahold of and got back to us in a timely manner. The park is really nice, has a nice pool and is gated. Yes the house gets warm during the day but there are extra fans for when this happens. The house does need some maintenance but again not anything that would ruin or prevent us from visiting again. Otherwise, really nice place to stay. We will probably be back next year again.

Nice home overall

Check in was a little confusing. I tried reaching the property owner but the phone went right to voicemail and the mailbox was full. Dog hair on the floors and bedding. Door was unlocked when we got there and lock didn’t latch tight when locked. Cute little house and we enjoyed our stay. Just could have been cleaned better in between guests.

It was ok

The place was nice. One room was smaller than I thought, but we made it work. This place supplied all the items you would need so powder dish liquid, but the only thing wrong was it was so hot out and the air conditioner wasn’t pushing enough air and every time I tried to get the manager to do something someone else came out, but nobody did anything to fix it, they did bring a portable air conditioner but they wanted me to put it in and it’s not my job to do that but overall it was a nice place

Small, Clean and convenient

House was small but clean and convenient location to stores, restaurants, and Ocean City beaches (approx 15 mins). The neighborhood was nice. Good pool area a short walk within the park. There were some minor issues: a couple lights that didn't work and the lock on the front door didn't close tightly from the inside. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Place For Vacation With Only One Downside

The property is a very nice home and has very nice amenities, 2 car parking, pool passes, and apartment sized washer/dryer at your disposal. Had basic pots and pans and mixed silverware to use the home owners provided all sorts of baggies and paper towels as well as all the things you might need while vacationing at this residence. Now for the one downside A/C is all but non existence we were there while it was very hot out and I understand home owners asking that it not be turned below 72, but when it is 90 degree plus days out this setting does nothing to cool the home. Other than this issue I would give place 5 Stars and recommend to all.

Neighbors were great but house had many items wrong. The A/C did not work well thru unit there were fans all over. There were no instructions as to how TV works if there was a problem and we had problems Washer and dryer not working Everything look old and worn. Items from other people were in the unit, especially for children. Outside was not taken care of blinds were all haphazard

Good spot outside Ocean City

The place was neat and clean. It had all amenities that we needed. Communication with the property owner was easy. The neighborhood is quiet and has a pool and bath house. Perfect place for families if you want to retreat away from the busy boardwalk but also a short drive down the road to the beach.

As advertised

I give it 5 stars when a place is just as it’s advertised and even a little bit better. For a mobile home it’s super spacious, the A/C works great, the community is cute, house in full working order. We had a great time.

A nice get away for quiet times. Come crab & fish from the community pier and swim in the community pool. Great getaway 20 minutes outside the hustle and bustle of Ocean City. Close to Assateague Island, Ocean City boardwalk, casino, water parks and more!
