Louis Villa is located in the small village of Ruda in the municipality of Högsby and combines modern living comfort with the peaceful nature of Småland. The holiday home was lovingly renovated in 2025 and is ideal for families, couples or guests planning a longer stay in Sweden.

The house accommodates up to five guests and offers a thoughtful layout with two comfortable bedrooms as well as an additional room with sofa bed and workspace. This makes Louis Villa especially suitable for workation stays where work and relaxation can easily be combined.

Inside, guests will find a stylish mix of modern comfort and traditional Swedish atmosphere. A special highlight is the dining area with traditional tiled stove as well as an additional fireplace in the living room, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere throughout the house.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for comfortable self-catering holidays. Fibre-optic internet and a separate office create ideal conditions for remote work during longer stays.

The house is fully insulated and heated via a modern air-source heat pump, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate throughout the year. Additional comfort is provided by a modern bathroom with underfloor heating and a separate guest toilet.

Outside, the large garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue area invites guests to relax and enjoy peaceful moments surrounded by nature.

Louis Villa is also ideally located for exploring Småland. The historic coastal town of Kalmar with its famous castle, old town and Baltic Sea coastline is easily reachable.

Families especially enjoy visiting Astrid Lindgrens Värld in Vimmerby, where the stories of Pippi Longstocking, Emil of Lönneberga and Ronja the Robber’s Daughter come to life.

Several moose parks and the famous Kingdom of Crystal “Glasriket” with its traditional glassworks and Swedish craftsmanship are also located nearby and make the region around Ruda especially attractive.

Louis Villa is a non-smoking property. One dog is welcome for an additional fee. Final cleaning is included and linen packages can optionally be booked.

Electricity consumption is charged separately on site according to usage.
