condominium OCEANFRONT avec d'excellentes vues de Carolina Beach. Unique en ce que vous pouvez regarder le lever du soleil depuis le pont en bord de mer et le coucher de soleil sur la zone portuaire depuis le pont arriĂšre.

Cette deuxiÚme unité d'extrémité de plancher permet pour une vue complÚte de la plage et la piscine. Une piscine en bord de mer est situé pour un accÚs facile sur votre chemin à et de la plage. Vous pouvez regarder les enfants tout en vous relaxant sur le pont. Le salon dispose d'une porte coulissante en verre donnant accÚs à la terrasse bordant l'océan. Profitez des vues et des sons de l'océan alors qu'il était assis dans le salon et la cuisine. Le salon est spacieux avec un décor de plage.

La chambre principale a un lit queen-size, salle de bain privée, et la porte coulissante en verre sur le pont arriÚre avec vue sur la voie navigable Intercoastal et Harbour. La deuxiÚme chambre est spacieuse avec un lit double sur un lit double et un deuxiÚme jumeau.

L'emplacement est approxiametly mi-chemin entre la promenade et de la jetĂ©e nord. Ceci est idĂ©al pour une promenade agrĂ©able dans les deux sens sans ĂȘtre Ă  proximitĂ© de la jetĂ©e pour la baignade ou la promenade de l'encombrement.

Theres beaucoup d'activitĂ©s facultatives Ă  voir et Ă  faire dans environ Carolina Beach. Visite du musĂ©e Fort Fisher tandis que sur l'Ăźle. Cette rĂ©gion est bien connue pour les bateaux de charter de pĂȘche. Planifier un voyage de pĂȘche en haute mer ou aller sur un des voyages de croisiĂšre du dĂźner. Alors que dans la zone de promenade escale d'un magasin de beignes Brits. Certains des meilleurs que vous aurez jamais manger. Work it de en prenant une plage en fin de soirĂ©e Ă  pied vers le condo. Vous pouvez louer des vĂ©los et autres dans la zone de promenade ainsi. Theres zoo 5 minutes en arriĂšre vers Wilmington. Vous pouvez vous approcher des animaux et bien sĂ»r, vous pouvez passer la journĂ©e Ă  la plage et travailler votre bronzage!

Couldn’t beat the ocean view and very easy access to the beach. There was a couple issues, which our host, Joe responded quickly, and rectified the situation. The condo was beautiful, sitting on the deck was a big part of our stay, a couple of lounge chairs would be great, there was only a table and chairs. Over all I would definitely recommend staying here.

The condo was clean and had a wonderful deck. It’s a property with no frills but we found it to be very comfortable. Great ocean views from the balcony. We appreciated the fact that we could walk to restaurants that were a mile or little more away. It was a great way to get our 10K steps in every day. Driving was an option of course
. As long as you are good with 2 floors of stairs, this is a perfect vacation spot!

I had an amazing visit .everything was exactly like it said . On the last two nights of our stay the upstairs neighbors had 4 huge dogs that barked and sounded like fighting dogs . That’s the only issues we had , keeping the baby up . Over all it’s was a really great experience.thank you

Great View and Location, But Condo Needs Serious UpdatingThe condo has a lot of potential with its beautiful oceanfront view, easy access to the beach, and a nice pool to enjoy. Those features really made our stay enjoyable.That said, the unit itself is in need of updating and better upkeep. The kitchen drawers and cabinets smell old and mildewy, and the refrigerator and stovetop are outdated. The burners were covered with old aluminum foil that looked dirty and should have been replaced before our stay. The floor didn’t seem to have been mopped—after a quick wipe with a towel, it turned black from dirt.Another concern was privacy: while the front door locks securely, none of the bedroom or bathroom doors lock, which is frustrating for guests. On top of that, there’s a noticeable amount of rust throughout the condo that adds to the impression that the place needs significant updating and maintenance.Overall, the location and view are fantastic, but the condo itself would greatly benefit from better cleaning, updates, and attention to detail.

This unit has lots of space in living areas of living room and kitchen and the balcony. Wonderful ocean front view from second floor. Good size pool. It does need updating in bathrooms but suits the needs. You will be comfortable!

Loved the location. Communication with owner is good. Area was quiet and peaceful. It was nice to have 2 parking spaces and aplenty of bed space. FYI the bathroom and bedroom doors don’t lock. I’m not sure if I just didn’t work them right.

Great Balcony

We really loved the balcony. It was huge. Plenty of room for the family to sit out and have meals. The size of the condo is good also. Have to bring your own linens which I failed to read so I had to go buy sheets but that was my fault for not reading it. My only real complaint was the TV situation. No tv in master and only one 36 inch tv for the whole place.

It was ok.

Overall the stay was just ok. The location is nice. Access to the property was great. I liked that this condo had a pool even though the weather was so bad we never got to enjoy it. The condo itself was nicely decorated. It was also very clean and welcoming. I think possibly updating kitchen appliances, kitchen amenities, bathroom faucets, and the door knobs would make it a little better. The real problem for us was 1 there was only 1 tv in the whole place that was pretty old. And it didnt work the first 2 days we were there because of some cable issue. It was definitely not a smart tv so we couldnt access netflix, disney, etc. We were woken up at 8am by the cable company to fix it one morning so we didnt get to sleep in on our vacation. This is probably a silly problem to not have tv but it rained the whole time we were there and the kids had nothing to do. There was a dvd player but no dvds just a bunch of cds from probably people that sang in the 80s. I did contact the owner and they did send someone to fix the tv but he couldnt figure it out either. The only other issue i had with the place is that you could lock the door knobs but the doors never stayed closed. You could just push them open. Thats probably silly also but me and my husband did want some privacy while on vacation and it was never possible since we couldnt lock the doors. The couch also sank down in a hole. Would i stay here again? Maybe if it was just me and my husband but not with kids. But prob not.

Great little home away from home

We checked in late and keys were in the location the owner instructed us to look. It was homey and perfect spot for the vacation we chose. There were amenities available we didn’t pack. Thanks for the availability of those items. We enjoyed the time we spent there. The host had nothing to do with the upstairs neighbors directly over us who brought two large dogs and their toys. When they would leave, the dogs would bark for 10 minutes until the settled down. Halfway through the week the occupants started leaving someone with the dogs in shifts. I never saw them get walked or taken out to pee. So must have been doing that at night. The HOA rules clearly stated No Pets and one reason we chose the unit due to allergies. The dogs spilled a water bowl one day that leaked all over our balcony. We thought they were owners so we never said anything to our owner. While we were there. We are used to getting up early but these dogs had heavy toys they would chase around the upper unit starting at 6:15am everyday. Lovely 5 star rating place that we would choose again if we knew there weren’t going to be dogs there.
