SituĂ© sur un fleuve tranquille de la rue de l'ocĂ©an, cette rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© (2013) et Ă  la dĂ©coration unique, 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain maison est l'endroit idĂ©al pour se dĂ©tendre et profiter d'un moment de plage bien mĂ©ritĂ©e avec votre famille, vos amis ou par vous-mĂȘme.

Notre maison loin de la maison a planchers de tuiles partout, des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et salles de bains et est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©; tout ce que vous devez ajouter sont vos vĂȘtements, maillot de bain, tongs et aliments prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s. Il ya plusieurs Ă©piceries, stations d'essence, une pharmacie, golf, Bait & Tackle Shop, magasin de surf et de nombreux Ă©tablissements Restos & Bars Ă  2 miles de la maison. Prenez quelques minutes de route plus au nord et / ou Ă  l'ouest et les villes de Indialantic, Indian Harbor, Eau Gallie et Melbourne offrent le mĂȘme sur une plus grande Ă©chelle.

Un accÚs quartier de la plage privée est un loisir promenade de 2 minutes de la porte d'entrée. Pour trempettes d'eau douce, la piscine privée chauffée est à quelques pas de la véranda couverte dans l'intimité clÎturé cour. Mangos et figues en saison sont à vous de choisir parmi les arbres dans la cour.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit queen, télévision murale, grande promenade dans le placard et salle de bain privée avec douche à l'italienne carrelée.

Les 2 autres chambres (1 avec lit queen et mur monté TV; 1 avec 2 ensembles de lits superposés) se partagent la deuxiÚme salle de bain avec baignoire / douche.

Une fois le temps de plage est fait pour la journée, deux salon / espaces de la famille (chacune avec un téléviseur et un lecteur de DVD), avec une salle à manger, la terrasse de la piscine extérieure, grande cour clÎturée et offre de patio couvert beaucoup de place pour étaler, se détendre, lire, jouer à des jeux, profiter du soleil, regarder la télévision ou un film et profiter de vos vacances à la plage.

Very nice location and home!

Myself, my husband, and 6 children stayed in this home. Before we even left our house Laura went out of her way to send us information about local activities, all the great spots, and even some routes perfect for my husband to ride his motorcycle. The home itself was very clean and inviting. Check in and check were a breeze. I would recommend staying here and would personally stay again myself.

Spring Break 2025

This was a fantastic rental. The owners were super helpful and responsive. They checked on us before and after arrival, letting us know if a couple shuttle launches. The house was just as described. It was an easy walk to the beach and we definitely enjoyed the pool. I would highly recommend.

Relaxing week by the beach

This week was just great! The property manager is so accommodating. She had a great list of local restaurants and left us know about the space launch. The patio and pool were perfect for hanging out in the afternoon. We could easily walk to the beach. The big dining table was perfect for evening card games. The beds were very comfortable. We liked everything about this home!!

Wonderful place to stay!

This home was perfect for our family! Quick walk to the beach! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need! House was super clean and comfy. Pool and location was amazing. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. We will be back!

Great time!

We enjoyed a wonderful reunion here in FL. The house was very nice and clean. The pool was immensely enjoyed, since we didn't get much beach time due to very rough waves and riptides. Laura was easy to get in touch with and honestly, we never needed too. Great place!

Family Vacay

Our stay here was wonderful. We loved the pool and a very quiet beach with no one around. Our only small struggle was publix being the only thing within 20 minutes, but thats not a big deal really if you just plan on being at the beach the whole time. We had great communication with the owner and the property was perfect for our little family. Don't walk through the grass barefoot though because there are stickers all through it and we had multiple painful experiences with them. So keep your sandles on.

Nice pool home close to the beach.

The house is very roomy and comfortable for 8. It has the feel of a friend's house not like a professional rental. Great location by the beach. Pool in a large backyard. Everything was perfect.

Amazing family Thanksgiving vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Laura was incredibly thoughtful in her communication, the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. My kids literally were in the pool or at the beach the entire week- it was glorious! The house was so well-stocked with pool toys, beach toys (including a wagon which was key), kitchen supplies (hosted thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed!). We will certainly be back!!

Perfect vacation house!

Great communication and easy process with homeowner. Very comfortable house for our family of four. Large private yard with beautiful, mature trees and shrubs. The pool and outdoor shower are a huge bonus. House is in a nice, friendly neighborhood and is just a very short walk to the private neighborhood beach. So much to do locally and within the greater space coast region. Thanks for having us!

wonderful location

The entire family immensely enjoyed this vacation. The property was as described, short walk to the beach and plenty of space for our party of 6. The beach was beautiful, not crowded and full of shells. We spotted dolphins and sea turtles and even saw a starfish! The husband enjoyed fishing from the bank and caught several whiting while I beachcombed. It was a perfect vacation.

Amazing getaway

We enjoyed the beach access as well as a private pool. We got to meet some neighbors and the stay was a great time. The house was very nice and welcoming. I loved the towels and how they were split for easy management. Thanks!

Great house.

My family and I really enjoyed our vacation to Melbourne Beach and to this house! This was our 4th time taking a trip to Florida but our first time renting this house and visiting this area. The house is clean and very well stocked. My boys really enjoyed the backyard pool and the walk to the beach is very short. The beach is very nice! We were blessed with good weather and we enjoyed a trip to the Brevard zoo, and enjoyed an airboat ride with Melbourne airboat tours. We had one rainy afternoon and we went to Game over retro arcade in town during that time. Overall very good house and property owners are very responsive and the area is very nice!
