Vous apprécierez la vue sans fin de cette beauté du 12ème étage. L'unité a été récemment mise à jour avec de nombreuses améliorations comme tous les nouveaux matelas, la literie, la peinture fraîche et plus encore. Votre famille sera sûre de profiter de la cuisine entièrement équipée, laveuse / sécheuse, 4 téléviseurs, DVD, chaîne stéréo et très grand balcon qui vous offre une vue magnifique sur la piscine, la plage, le golfe du Mexique et la jetée. Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour votre famille dans ce 2 chambres. Il y a un roi dans la chambre principale, 2 lits queen dans la chambre d'amis. Il y a aussi une chambre avec lits superposés en prime. Cette unité réserve samedi-samedi juin-août.
Summerwind Resort est à quelques pas des plages de sable blanc de la plage de Navarre et est l'une des destinations les plus recherchées des côtes d'émeraude. Toutes les unités font face aux belles eaux du golfe du Mexique et ont des balcons qui offrent la vue ultime. Profitez d'un bain relaxant dans l'une des 3 piscines (1 est chauffée en saison) ou des spas, marchez sur la promenade jusqu'à nos plages immaculées et profitez d'un service de plage saisonnier complémentaire ou consultez la salle de fitness sur place. Overall it was a nice stay. We love Navarre and have stayed a handful of times in different areas. This worked fine this time. We found the place to be clean and simple which is great for travel. We felt that some basic make amenities were lacking. For example

It was a nice place and had great views for sure. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and the comforters were more like sheets and no extra blankets. The decor was definitely outdated and wasn't beachy at all. The day we got there I received a text seeing if we wanted to pay an extra 60 to check in a couple hours early. That seemed ridiculous. I come to Navarre every year and have been allowed to check in early if the room was ready at every place but here without paying an extra fee. I won't deal with this rental company again.

Wonderful

We had the best time! The condo was clean, comfortable, and just perfect for my family. The beds were nice and all the appliances worked. The location is perfect and looking out the balcony every morning is the best! Also, I was sent messages leading up to arrival and departure. I was able to respond with any questions and they got back to me in a timely manner. We would definitely stay in this condo again next year.

Great Experience!

This property was beautiful, with a perfect view of the ocean, convenient parking, all amenities, AND great support through Legacy Vacations. We could not have asked for more. A few small "blips" were handled quickly by Legacy Vacations, but overall the property was a wonderful place to spend the precious days of vacation.

Fantastic location

It was everything we were expecting. With teenagers, they could walk to coffee, shops and breakfast, lunch or dinner safely and easily. The 12th floor location had us on the balcony every minute we were not at the beach or pool. . Spectacular views of fisherman, surfers, and joyful children.

Great location close to everything you need but private enough for a not so crowded beach . Swimming pools and grounds very clean with security during the day. Check in and check out was easy. The unit we stayed is was very clean. Beautiful balcony view of the oceon and the pier. We saw dolphins every morning and the water was clear enough to see what we learned were devil rays. White sandy beaches very close to everything you need. With great places to eat very close.

This property is very nice. It was accurately described. It was clean. Linens were provided. The beach access and pools are great. We used the beach chairs and umbrella provided for unit by the beach service. The only thing that could be improved, kitchen dishes and cookware needs more. Overall, we are pleased with our stay and can recommend.

All was great except we could not do d the work password. Actually emailed Legacy Vacations and ask for Wi-Fi password and did not receive an answer. Property is good, location good. Everything else was great.

There was a beautiful view of the beach and we walked right out the back of the building to the sand! There were a couple of issues with appliances but they were quick to respond and see what we needed. However, the condo was not very clean. You could tell it hasn’t been properly cleaned for a long time. That is my biggest issue. If I have to pay for cleaning services between stays then I expect it to be clean. There was still hair and dirt in one of the beds!

Thanks for the feedback, Rebecca. I am terribly disappointed to hear that our housekeeping teams missed some items during their process. Our teams work very hard to get it right, every there are occasions where they miss the mark. I see that you messaged with members of our team several times during your stay. I sure wish you would have brought these cleaning concerns to our attention so we could have made it right. While we make every effort to get it right on the front end, we also work very hard to be quick to respond/resolve when we make a mistake or when there is an issue (as you experienced with the refrigerator door not closing and the thermostat issue). Once again, I am very sorry for the cleaning issue.

We’ve stayed in a lot of condos and this one is definitely bare minimum and needs a little TLC. Nothing huge just not much attention to detail. The screen door is damaged, doors are sticking, can see where holes in the wall were patched but they didn’t finish the job. No dishes for kids, everything was glass. Master bed seems like the frame is loose. Washer and dryer are beat up. DVD player with no DVDs, no games or anything for when weather is bad. Again, not terrible but wouldn’t stay there again or recommend to others especially at that price point.

Needs updates

Very nice location. Beach is beautiful although storms brought in lots of seaweed. Enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella (be sure to act early if you want one!). Pool was nice, and gift shop was convenient and decently stocked. The condo though - many updates needed. Furniture worn, kitchen supplies need to be replaced, needs a couple gallons of paint to freshen up the place, strange smell that we couldn’t ever really figure out, and just generally didn’t feel clean. King bed was comfortable. Bunk room is very small. The very old washer broke and was not repairable on our second day. This was quite inconvenient for our family. A replacement washer would have been wonderful. The plus side - the management company was very responsive and tried as best they could to resolve issues we brought to their attention. While we appreciate the staff that we spoke to and who helped us out, we will not plan to stay in this unit again unless major renovations are done and outdated appliances are replaced.

Post-Memorial Day weekend stay

The condo covers the basics for a quick beach vacation. The building is older and shows signs of age. One of two elevators was out of order when we arrived. The second elevator also did not work for a brief time after we had purchased our groceries for our stay, and we had to walk up 12 flights of stairs, groceries in hand, with our two sons. This event occurred after driving 8+ hours in the car to arrive at the beach. Both elevators were fixed by Day 2 of our stay and worked successfully the rest of our stay. Items in condo that needed attention were not "deal breakers" such as bunk bed ladder was broken, guest toilet seat was loose, dishwasher unit was loose from cabinet, towel holder was loose from wall in guest bathroom. *We notified management when we left via email when we checked out and received a quick response that maintenance would be notified (we didn't want anyone fixing items in the unit while we were there with our kids). Floors were dirty when we arrived; broom is available to use but no mop. Bring your own beach towels and beach items such as toys. View is amazing! Condo is close to the pier and a beautiful beach. Pools are well maintained--don't expect to start using them before 9:00 AM. The two chairs with umbrella are much appreciated when going to the beach. Nighttime beach walks are super fun searching for shells and crabs. We will be returning to Navarre Beach next year; however, we will be staying at another facility.

The location couldn’t be beat and loved that there had to be bracelets to be on the beach west of the pier. The condo was lacking in a couple of areas, one being the wifi which was very slow, not sure if that’s the island or the condo itself. Condo did not have a pizza cutter and items in the kitchen cabinets were hard to reach due to where the knobs were located.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Navarre Beach is wonderful no matter where you stay. This unit is in a good location with a great view of the pier. However, there were certain aspects of this rental that were pretty disappointing. The kitchen is not well stocked. There are exactly 8 plates and two pots and pans. Zero spices, not even salt or pepper. The condo does not include beach towels. They only provide four rolls of toilet paper and one very small roll of paper towels. Although it states it is three bedrooms, only two of the rooms have a closet.
