Great Holiday

The house was clean, had everything we needed. Definitely need a car as it is quite secluded, lovely little beach at the end of the road, easy to walk to. When we were there it was not suitable to paddle board. We had to drive to Grace bay beach as the tide was so high but we were told this was unusual as we had so much rain while we were there. Would definitely stay again.

Golden Girls Gone Wild

What a wonderful home and location. We celebrated my wife's 50th birthday with friends at T&C. The house was big and roomy with a private backyard with a pool. We where just seconds to the beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas setup everyday. Everything we want to know about the location was sent ahead a time from car rentals to excursion. Everyone is so nice and willing to help in anyway they can. This is the place to relax and enjoy life. Thank you again Kathy.

We had a great stay and would highly recommend this location. It’s a 3 minute walk to the beach and it’s very conveniently located to restaurants. The house was clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed hanging out on the back deck and by the pool when we weren’t out and about exploring the island. The property manager, William, was extremely helpful and accommodating. Pack snacks and dry goods on your trip. Food is very expensive in the islands.

Great location, very functional but no frills rental

Great stay at this incredibly well located property a 2 minute walk from a gorgeous beach. All rooms were as described and worked well for our group. House is pretty bare bones as described, very necessary to bring or buy all bath, cleaning, basic food items, etc. Car rental definitely necessary here. Not a luxury experience but extremely functional and makes for a great trip.

Wonderful family trip!

Our family stayed here for one week in January. The beaches were beautiful .. just as described .. and like none we had ever seen before! We spent time with the kids on several different beaches, mostly in the Grace Bay area, although we also explored further afield using our rental vehicle. Travelling around the island was easy as distances were relatively short. We were especially pleased with the recommendations made by Kathy and felt very spoiled by her friendly and welcoming staff. The house was well equipped and its location close to the beach made this an amazing holiday spot. We would definitely recommend it as a place to visit and stay.

Great House, Great Location

This house is in a great location, very close to a beautiful beach. Kathy was very helpful beforehand in helping us arrange activities to do on the island, as well as ensuring our experience at the house went smoothly. All staff were very friendly and helpful as well. We had a total of 11 people staying in the house and there was more than enough room for everybody. The beach was never crowded, with soft sand and beautiful views. Would definitely recommend this location.

Best vacation ever!

My family and I stayed here for 1 incredible week! The beaches were picture perfect and were never crowded. We went to the beach each morning and came back for a swim in our private pool each afternoon. We had a rental van to tour the island and visit other beaches. We loved the outdoor shower in the master bedroom. Kathy was very helpful and her staff were warm and friendly. Her staff cooked us some delicious gourmet dinners! We would definitely go back again! Highly recommended.

Very relaxing villa steps from gorgeous beach

We spent a week at Ocean Villa and loved it. Our group covered 3 generations and consisted of four couples, a single and two kids (age 7 and 4) The villa was very comfortable with 5 bedrooms that could easily accommodate our group. Spacious, nicely furnished, good kitchen, nice outdoor lounging and dining area, great pool which was enjoyed tremendously by the children The beach was a short walk from the villa and was beautiful .... white sand that felt like flour, azure waters and the most beautiful sunsets to be enjoyed with a drink in hand. The villa is a short drive from several restaurants in grace bay, as well as a grocery store, coffee shops, bars, .... Kathy was very helpful and responsive in helping us set up the vacation and made the entire process easy and pleasant Great villa for a large group
