Ocean Park Meadows, condo familial en très bon état

Magnifique condo 2 chambres / 1 salle de bain en très bon état situé à Ocean Park Meadows. Seven Miles of Sandy Beach situé à seulement 100 mètres. Les installations comprennent une piscine extérieure, un club-house, une salle d'entraînement et deux courts de tennis. Unité climatisée .. Laveuse et sécheuse est situé dans l'unité. La chambre principale a 1 lit queen et la deuxième chambre a 2 lits jumeaux et un lit gigogne. L'unité est entièrement meublée et équipée de casseroles, poêles, plats, verres, ustensiles, cafetière, mixeur et grille-pain. Tous les draps et serviettes inclus. Il est situé à 5 minutes du centre de la ville où se trouvent des restaurants, des bibliothèques commerciales, des trains minibus et des bars Amtrak. C'est un environnement très familial et au centre de la ville se trouve un parc d'attractions. Il y a aussi des feux d'artifice hebdomadaires et la nuit il y a souvent des animations dans le centre de la ville. La plage est très belle et vous pouvez louer des vélos et vous balader peut aussi faire du roller. Tous les draps sont fournis ainsi que toutes les serviettes et le savon ainsi que le papier hygiénique. Le kithchen est entièrement équipé de casseroles plats ustensiles verres grille-pain et cafetière. Laveuse et sécheuse sont également dans l'unité. Il y a une salle de musculation et des courts de tennis. Les jardins sont très bien entretenus et il y a plein d'arbres et de fleurs à regarder. Il y a 2 étangs. Il y a aussi une fontaine au milieu des deux étangs. Une poubelle est située à l'arrière du complexe. Il y a des magasins de crème glacée et un magasin de sandwichs de bureau de poste et une boutique de cadeaux à une promenade très proche.

We enjoyed are stay very much. The condo was beautiful and there were great amenities at the complex. It had beautiful grounds, pool and pickleball courts and was a very short walk to the beach. Checking in was easy and our host was there to meet us and go over some of the perks at the complex as well as offered some tips on things to do and places to eat. I would definitely recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Family vacation

We could not love this place any more! It was clean, beautifully decorated and anything you could possibly need was there. Len was a great host and easy to communicate with. We can not wait to have our next family summer vacation there in 2025!

Best place to stay ever!

The unit was completely remodeled, impeccably clean, the host had anything one could want on vacation to use, the patio was wonderful to sit out on in the mornings, it was quiet and peaceful, the pool was great, just a quick walk to the beach!! The most comfortable bed we have ever had on vacation! We will definitely stay there again and recommend it highly to our friends and family. Host was friendly and welcoming. We just can't say enough good things about the experience.

Lovely accommodations!

We were very happy with our unit but, unfortunately, we were unable to fully enjoy Ocean Park Meadows as we came down sick with COVID and had to shorten our vacation. Our Host was gracious, helpful, and totally understanding. Thank you, Len!

Beautiful place to stay. Very clean and everything that you needed and may have forgotten was there. Short walk across the street to the beach and far enough away from the busyness of the pier area, so you had ample beach space for yourself. Easy walk to the arcade and amusement rides. Would rent this place again and any of Len's properties for that matter. Thank you!

AMAZING STAY!

The listing doesn’t even do it justice! We had a lovely stay at this OPM condo. It has all that we needed to make it our “home” for the week, and then some! The community is safe and very welcoming. A quick walk to the beach. It’s on the quieter end of OOB which we appreciated, having two young kids, but still close enough to enjoy the festivities of all that the pier offers via a short drive. Len takes pride in his condo and it shows. He was was fantastic to work with and we hope to come back again next year!

Absolutely Perfect!!

Len's place was great. Clean, modern and fully stocked with everything you need, from kitchen essentials to everything you need to take to the beach. Very quiet complex bit just steps away from the beach and a short 5 minute ride to the pier. Communication was great as well, he was on top of things from the start. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Perfect Beach Vacation

This property is perfect for a quiet beach vacation. The grounds are beautiful and well manicured. The condo is clean, beds are comfortable, and kitchen is fully stocked. The back patio area is perfect for meals and hanging out. The beach is only minutes away and the beach was clean and perfect for kids. We can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful stay in Ocean Park Meadows

This condo was in a perfect location for us and made it easy to relax. A short two block walk to the beach and just steps to the pool. The walk to downtown OOB was an easy 10 minute stroll even with two small children. The condo was clean and very comfortable with everything we needed. The owner was very easy to work with and responsive.
