Ce petit chalet est au cœur de tout. Il est situé sur le tronçon principal de East Grand Avenue avec la plage de 7 miles à l'arrière du chalet. Une promenade de 7 minutes juste en bas de la route vous mènera au célèbre terrain de jeu OOB Palace Playland (un divertissement en front de mer de New Englands ONLY!). Pourquoi faire des cercles et des cercles avec votre voiture en essayant de trouver un parking, puis de payer pour un parking alors que vous pouvez simplement marcher si près de vous. Le chalet est également situé à proximité de 2 dépanneurs locaux, où vous pourrez satisfaire vos besoins alimentaires de base ou votre envie de glaces au milieu de la nuit! Un pont nouvellement construit pour votre plaisir en famille. Les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable (réfrigérateur et cuisinière) ont été remplacés. Ce fabuleux chalet a été entièrement rénové il y a 2 ans et a été entretenu chaque année. . Vous avez tout ce dont votre famille a besoin pour des vacances confortables.

We stayed for two weeks and had everything we needed in this lovely cottage. Lana is a wonderful host; she answered my questions immediately and brought us beach chairs to use Being able to park our car and then just walk to the beach and the pier is a huge plus. We hope to be able to go back next year.

Lovely cozy cottage in walking distance from the beach! Plenty of space for our family of five. Lana was super responsive and helpful! Things to note for others is to be aware that cell service is very spotty in OOB so that made getting checkin info tricky - nothing to do with the home and solely because we weren’t prepared for the lack of cell service! We didn’t use the outdoor space as it was quite close to the neighboring home. We had a great time and are very pleased we had the opportunity to stay there!

The property is perfectly located next to the Walnut Street beach path. The home was exactly what we needed with two little ones (ages 2 and 6)Found that Pirates Patio had the best pizza so it’s right next door!I would recommend this home and look forward to another visit in the future.
