East Grand Ave Fabuleux Cottage

Ce petit chalet est au cœur de tout. Il est situé sur le tronçon principal de East Grand Avenue avec la plage de 7 miles à l'arrière du chalet. Une promenade de 7 minutes juste en bas de la route vous mènera au célèbre terrain de jeu OOB Palace Playland (un divertissement en front de mer de New Englands ONLY!). Pourquoi faire des cercles et des cercles avec votre voiture en essayant de trouver un parking, puis de payer pour un parking alors que vous pouvez simplement marcher si près de vous. Le chalet est également situé à proximité de 2 dépanneurs locaux, où vous pourrez satisfaire vos besoins alimentaires de base ou votre envie de glaces au milieu de la nuit! Un pont nouvellement construit pour votre plaisir en famille. Les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable (réfrigérateur et cuisinière) ont été remplacés. Ce fabuleux chalet a été entièrement rénové il y a 2 ans et a été entretenu chaque année. . Vous avez tout ce dont votre famille a besoin pour des vacances confortables.

Cozy and Great location

We as a family we have been going to old Orchard Beach for decades. This is the first time we stayed at this location and our host. Lana was a wonderful person to communicate with. The cottage was clean equipped with everything plus more that we needed. We look forward to our next vacation in 2026.

The property is perfectly located next to the Walnut Street beach path. The home was exactly what we needed with two little ones (ages 2 and 6)Found that Pirates Patio had the best pizza so it’s right next door!I would recommend this home and look forward to another visit in the future.

Great Little place

Mostly a great experience. The place was clean and very close to the beach. Its listed as air conditioning which is a window unit in the living room so it took a bit to cool down the first day but after that it was fine. No cell service in the area so make sure you have access to WiFi for check in

It was around the corner from the beach and within walking distance to pier, etc. The house was very clean and well stocked with dishes, etc. I would stay there again.

The place is nice and met all our needs. Owner was very responsive. We had an issue that was quickly taken care of. Surface-cleaned, could use a deep cleaning. Being directly on the main road it was a bit noisy with traffic, trains and nightlife until about 1am. Also the street and neighbor lights make the front room very bright making it harder to sleep. Room darkening shades would be beneficial. Quick 2 minute walk to the beach and close to the pier.Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
