À partir du moment où vous sortez de votre véhicule et entrez directement sans étapes jusqu'à la porte d'entrée sans clé, vous savez que vous avez atteint votre destination finale pour vous détendre et laisser le trajet en voiture ou en avion se dissoudre. Confortable et apaisant une fois que vous tirez les vues verticales jusqu'à la plage, vous savez que vous êtes à votre véritable escapade. Il existe de nombreux petits appareils électroménagers à utiliser si vous aimez cuisiner. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse. Puisque vous séjournez dans notre maison, vous avez accès à tous les jouets aquatiques et serviettes de plage. Téléviseurs à écran plat dans LR et les deux chambres. Le maître a un roi et une salle de bain privée complète. L'autre chambre a une reine et des lits jumeaux ainsi qu'une salle de bain complète. Il y a des chaises de sable et des chaises pliantes ordinaires rangées lorsque vous entrez dans la porte d'entrée. le placard sous les marches a tous les jouets d'extérieur, flotteurs, planches de boogie et nouilles pour votre usage.

What is better than staring out onto the water from your living room and then stepping out your door onto the sand? We required a space that had direct water access along with ease of accessibility inside the home for our family with limited mobility. This place was perfect for our needs. We also only had two nights to spend in PCB and Mary was able to accommodate us. We could not be more pleased. The rental offered everything we could have needed.

Fantastic stay! Amazing ocean view and direct access to the beach. No stairs, elevators, or hassle getting to the sand. You can tell this home is truly cared for. The owner had excellent communication, the decor was beautiful, and there were so many extra touches that made it feel like home. We really appreciated how well stocked everything was with quality items. It had everything we could need, including beach chairs, floats, and beach towels. The location was also nice and quiet. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again! 10/10

I have stayed at this property for 10 years. This unit is beautifully appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay to the fullest. It is perfect if you are flying in. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, beach chairs and umbrellas, toys, beach towels are all provided. Laundry detergent, trashbags, paper towels, hand soap, ziploc bags, coffee pods....This host has everything you need for a weeklong stay. Grab some groceries and hit the beach. It has been fully renovated, parking is great with a designated spot right in front of the unit, guest parking is available onsite also. I was very impressed and will be back to this unit!

We had an amazing family beach week! Mary was kind and responsive and an excellent hostess. Amenities and location made for a 5 star vacation! Kitchen fully stocked with every utensil, pot, appliance. Beach chairs, toys and even towels available! The most comfortable bedding and plenty of cozy blankets. We enjoyed the most relaxing and wonderful family time. Cooking meals, spending all day at the beach, convenience of grocery and shopping, and the absolute most beautiful location! So glad you had a great vacation. The holiday weeks can be very busy at the beach but we have families from the townhomes only so it’s a lot less crowded. I’m so happy you used the kitchen. AMAZING BEACHFRONT CONDO!! The condo was advertised and beyond amazing. The host had so many thoughtful touches to the condo that far exceeded our expectations. Communication with the host was also top notch! We will definitely be back in the future!

Great Beach House

We spent a week at this beach house and we really enjoyed our time. Communication with the owner was great and the check in process was easy. I would definitely recommend this place and I plan on staying here again.

This place feels like the best-kept secret in Panama City Beach—the kind you almost don’t want to share because it’s just that good. Love everything about this property! So modern and clean! You can tell the owner added so many extra little touches that were so nice! You step out of the room to a patio that literally is right on the beach! We definitely will be staying here again!

We bought the condo after the last big hurricane, redecorated it and have loved having a place you can open the door and walk right out on the beach.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

The day we saw inside the townhouse it had several inches of sand pushed in by the swollen waters with the glass broken and furniture destroyed. There was one nice plastic rocker that survived the force of the hurricane. We shoved the sand for the gentelman that owned the property because he was unable to come. Once things were under control he mentioned he was going to sell and we were delighted to buy and make it our own. While doing what we thought was a good deed treating the place as if it was ours it turned out to be ours.

we have just updated downstairs along with bedding and lamps for upstairs. We look forward to having guests stay in our home away from home making it the same for them.
