Cette retraite plage comprend Plafonds cathédrale, une grande terrasse privée, Pratique Premier étage Marche arriÚre, et un petit tour à la piscine et la mer Colony World Class Tennis Center. Air centrale et une cuisine nouvelle marque bien équipée avec appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit. Unité comprend également une laveuse / sécheuse. Beautiful condo! Located in the center of Sea Colony
 all amenities ( pool, gym, tennis courts) a few steps away! Love the tram that takes you to the beach! We had a really nice time and the weather was perfect

Clean and comfortable

I am very picky about where my family stays on vacation because I cannot enjoy myself unless the space is clean. A huge draw for me regarding this condo is there are no carpets for sand and crumbs to embed into. Just large, smooth marble floors which were squeaky clean when we arrived and easy to swifter throughout the week. The layout is spacious and perfect for my family of four. The washing machine was great to have, though slow- a load on the “normal” setting takes two hours. Nonetheless, we washed small loads of laundry as needed throughout the week and all was smooth. 15 minute walk to beach with kids and all the beach equipment, which wasn’t bad at all! We’d stay here again.

Very nice stay

The amenities of Sea Colony are fantastic. The kids loved the shuttle bus, beach, pool esp the splash pad. We didn't have to drive anywhere for activities. The condo was close to pool and shuttle. Had a great time.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I loved everything about this property. The location was great with a pool and tram stop right across the parking lot. The owner was reliable, honest, and very friendly. The property was clean and well taken care of. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals throughout our week stay. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Great vacation!

The property had everything we needed and very clean. We took the short tram ride to the beach everyday and so we didn’t have to carry all of our beach chairs and umbrellas down. It is also located close to one of the pools. Fitness center is a short walking distance. We visited the aquatic center everyday which is also close by and has a large hot tub. We stayed the middle of August . It was quiet and shaded. Definitely recommend!

Perfect beach house

This was our second time in this lovely beach condo, and we have had an excellent stay both times. The condo is always impeccably clean and organized. It is extremely comfortable for our family of 4 with separate bedrooms for kids and adults, and fun bunkbeds for the kids! The location off the beach is peaceful and provides a nice get away from the bustle of the beach and boardwalk, but close enough to get there easily on the tram with all the beach stuff! And, the pool next door is the finishing touch to having everything accessible. Sea Colony is a lovely beach resort with great customer service and all you need fore your stay. Highly recommend!!

Great Rental

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our time at this rental. We would definitely recommend, and would consider renting again in the future. The condo was clean and well stocked with the essentials.

Cloudy relaxing week at the beach.

The owner was great. He contacted me prior to our departure to make sure that our questions were answered. Going on a vacation during covid times is rather distressing, but the condo was immaculate and well supplied. My husband especially liked the fact that he could access the Tennis Channel. A cloudy but great get away.

Fantastic Beach getaway

We had a fantastic week! The condo smelled amazing and was very clean. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and my daughter loved the outdoor shower! The owner was very kind and responsive to all my questions. Great family vacation! We give it 5 stars and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Convenient and comfortable

The place was just perfect for us. The Tricycle was such a smart way to get all our stuff to the beach and the accommodations left plenty of room to relax. Owner had to fix dryer during our stay and was responsive and accommodating.

Awesome place for our family!

Our family of 5 (kids ages 3, 12 and 14) could not have enjoyed our first trip to Bethany Beach more. The condo was very clean and comfortable for our crew. The en suite master was perfect and our girls loved the bunk beds. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the large deck and also using it is a place to “gear down” after beach trips. The outdoor shower was awesome and got a lot of use. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. It was a very hot week so we took advantage of the pool that was literally right across the parking lot and offered a lot of shade. The tram was great but we decided to rent bikes and would make the short 5-10 minute ride to the beach each day. We also biked to dinner most nights. Our stay exceeded our expectations and we would definitely rent this property again!

Outstanding Bethany beach property

This is a beautiful beach property located in Sea Colony. The beach house has beautiful ceramic tile floors and a Ipe Brazilian walnut deck. Absolutely exquisite master bedroom and bathroom. This property is centrally located to the pool and fitness center. There is an open air shuttle to transport the family to the beach. No need to worry about parking. My kids loved riding the shuttle and swimming in the pools. Sea colonies private beach was absolutely beautiful! I highly recommended this property. We plan on coming back next year. The owner made everything convenient and worthwhile!

Beautiful!

My family enjoyed a perfect week of sunshine at Bethany Beach while staying at this beautiful property. We just loved the gorgeous flooring, glass shower and beautiful counter tops. The private deck was very relaxing -- outdoor shower to rinse off the day of sand was a plus! It had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend!

Relaxation

The rental was clean and well stocked. Loved it's quiet back deck facing the woods where you could spend your mornings with coffee. Location to the shady pool was perfect for a quick dip before or after the beach. We rented bikes and rode daily to the beach, tennis and into downtown. The beds were comfy and the couches cozy. We very much enjoyed the outdoor shower after afternoons at the beach. Thank you for a wonderful week in Bethany.

Perfect Vacation

My husband, my daughter, son-in-law , two grandchildren and myself enjoyed this property very much. The shuttles truly do go to the beach every 10 minutes. This keeps the sand out of your vehicle. The beach is a private beach with lifeguards. One of the swimming pools is just acoss the parking lot from this property. Very convenient. The gymn is well equipped and within walking distance. This property has a large deck to sit on with a view of beautiful trees. Very quiet and relaxing away from the crowd. Close to Lewes, Rehoboth, and Ocean City for boardwalk visits. Wonderful restaurants near by. The Cottage Cafe, only 7 minutes away has call ahead seating. Better than a two hour wait and delicious food. Great area and great property. Would return.
