Cozy 2 Bd. la maison, une courte promenade au centre-ville des restaurants et des magasins

Cette charmante maison a Ă©tĂ© construite en 1905 et remodelĂ©e Ă  l’intĂ©rieur et Ă  l’extĂ©rieur avec de nombreuses touches originales conservĂ©es. La mise Ă  niveau la plus rĂ©cente comprend des planchers de bois franc et des haut-parleurs encastrĂ©s dans le plafond. La grande cour arriĂšre est un endroit idĂ©al pour jouer et profiter du foyer. Profitez des vĂ©los que nous fournissons (de mai Ă  octobre), notamment un chariot pour enfants et un siĂšge de vĂ©lo pour enfant pouvant ĂȘtre attachĂ© Ă  un vĂ©lo.

La maison bénéficie d'un emplacement central pour profiter de tout ce que Sandpoint a à offrir, notamment le lac Pend d'Oreille, le parc City Beach, le festival de Sandpoint, Lost in the 50's, la montagne Schweitzer. This was a very clean house and in a great location that makes walking to nearby restaurants very easy. The queen bed is very soft so if you like a firm mattress this may not be a good fit for you (this is totally a personal preference thing, but it was way too soft for us). The house was stocked with all the basic things you would need which was very nice.

Great Place

Enjoyed my time in the area. Hit Sweitzer for some hiking, hit the lake for a fishing trip and then the town. Only recommendation would be to get some new pillows.

The location of this house is ideal. You can walk to the lake, but it is far enough away that you don’t feel like you are downtown. All the neighbors were quiet and super nice.

Perfect Central Location!

We came over for a quick weekend stay and just loved the place. It is impeccably clean, well appointed and within walking distance of great little places - coffee shops, new pizza joint, brewery, it's just great. Hosts were very responsive and we would love to stay here again.

Wonderful stay in Sandpoint

This house was very comfortable, well equipped and in a great location, with easy walking to coffee, restaurants and downtown. Fenced backyard was perfect for our pups as we enjoyed the patio, and the cruiser bike with the baskets was perfect for a trip to the grocery store and bakery. Very nice, relaxing stay!

Excellent Place to Stay!

What a cozy home! We stayed here for a ski trip and it was close to town and the resort (30 min drive). The house was clean, full kitchen to cook, and beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend this home!

Awesome house and amazing location

This lovely little house exceeded our expectaions in both comfortability and location. We visited Schweitzer, the City Beach and downtown for dinner and all were easily within walking or a short drive. The house was clean and comfortable and spacious living quarters helped us enjoy our time together as a family.

Perfect location!!!

Check in process was just opening the door ha but we really enjoyed being like 500 feet from all the best restaurants and shops in downtown sandpoint! Truly the best part. We also indulged in the fire pit and covered porch. Would recommend!

We love this house. The location is within walking or biking distance of everything in town, the hardwood floors are beautiful and bright, and the backyard is a great place to barbecue and hang out around the fire pit.
