Great location, fantastic condo manager

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a great location, but could use some updates. The furniture is older and lots of marks on the walls that could be repaired to make it nicer. The best part was the property manager Beverly. The queen bed was absolutely terrible but she was quick to bring over a brand new mattress topper to make it more comfortable. I would have liked to have fresh towels after a few days especially when staying for 6 days, but there were only a couple of extras stored away in the cabinet. Beach towels also would have been nice to have so we didn't have to bring them. There are 2 ways to get to the beach and both had "borrow bins" where you can find floaties, sand toys, etc if you are down there early enough. This condo does not have chair service included but we were able to book directly which I do also recommend so there is less to drag to the beach. Overall, I would recommend this condo for location.
