Environ 1500 pieds carrĂ©s avec plan d'Ă©tage ouvert et Ă  quelques pas de la plage de sable. Admirez les couchers de soleil depuis votre propre balcon ou la plage. Deux places de parking couvertes. La salle Ă  manger peut accueillir 8 personnes confortablement et la cuisine est garnie de porcelaine, argenterie, ustensiles de cuisine. Les deux chambres disposent de lits king-size et d'un coin salon. TV grand Ă©cran dans la salle familiale avec cĂąble HD. WIFI inclus. Le restaurant est facile Ă  pied - 1/3 mile et un dĂ©panneur est Ă  moins d'un pĂątĂ© de maisons. Vous pouvez louer des bateaux, des planches Ă  pagaie, des canoĂ«s, des scooters - Ă  quelques pas. Une voiture est nĂ©cessaire pour les excursions vers les sites touristiques de Tampa St. PĂ©tersbourg ou Orlando. Cependant, le PSTA Trolly s'arrĂȘte prĂšs de l'appartement sur Gulf Blvd. offrant des services Ă  Clearwater et St. Plages de Pete.

Our host was most accommodating. Workers had made it to his condo and it was unavailable when we arrived. He made arrangements with his neighbor to use one of hers. It was great.

Wonderful Girls Getaway

Tom's place was a great fit for our short trip to visit FL colleges! We enjoyed the condo and mostly the beautiful vistas and the calming waters of the Gulf coast!! What an amazing place to stay!!!

This location is just right if you are not looking for the life style of the rich and famous. It is a modest, two bedroom, two bathroom condo with plenty of room. While the view is a little obstructed, you are just steps away from sitting on the beach. The owner provides equipment for spending a day at the beach with chairs, umbrellas, toys, cooler and a wagon to haul it. The location is in a safe and quiet area yet close to Clearwater, St. Pete and Tampa. There are some great restaurants and bars only minutes away.If you are looking for an inexpensive getaway that is somewhat secluded but close to everything, this is your place.

3-Week stay in Feburary

My first impression when I walked in was "delightful!". The unit is spacious and bright and literally is just steps from the beach. We were very comfortable there. The deck is very nice, with a view of the Gulf. Biggest weakness is that the unit sits behind the owner's house so the view of the Gulf is partially obscured. Overall, we look forward to staying there again.

Playing senior softball in the Tampa area and wanted to spend some time at the beach. Very good location and owner. Could not ask for more. I would stay again.

Tom is awesome and the view is amazing

We had such a great trip. Tom was the best host and went out of his way to take care of us! There are beach toys and chairs, grills, and so many extras! We will definitely stay again!

Great location at the beach

This is our second stay at this property, and we enjoyed it very much. It was nice to be so close to the beautiful ocean, which is the main reason we chose it. The balcony has a partial sea view, and we ate most of our meals out there... loved the ocean sounds and sea breezes! There are restaurants and other businesses close by... it's a good location for sure.

Beach vaca

What an amazing trip! The condo fit our needs perfectly. We loved that it was just steps from the beach. We took advantage of the storage room w beach chairs, floaties and even a wagon to take it all to the beach. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Can’t wait to go back!

A wonderful experience

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Although I grew up in Miami, we had never been to this area of Florida before. But we will certainly return again soon.
