BORD DE L'EAU, RIVERS EDGE Condo # 2C-BLDG 2 * quai privé et affecté bordereau de bateau!

Ces pittoresques, condos, riveraines modernes disposent d'un quai flottant en aluminium avec un bordereau de bateau désigné pour chaque unité et un terrain privé de-chaussée attaquer casier de rangement pour les pêcheurs. Pour ceux qui cherchent à se détendre, commencer vos matinées en regardant le soleil se lever avec le café sur le balcon panoramique donnant sur la pittoresque rivière Steinhatchee avant de vous détendre dans ou autour de la piscine en bord de rivière.
Unité dispose d'un lit king size dans la chambre principale, une reine et un lit double (avec lit gigogne) dans la chambre d'amis.
Idéalement situé à seulement un mile du golfe du Mexique (cinq minutes en bateau) sur le côté sud de la rivière, unités de condos sont situés juste à côté de Good Times Marina, qui porte l'ensemble de vos pêche, canotage et scalloping fournitures.
Good Times Marina abrite également le "Who Dat Bar and Grille," où vous et la famille peut profiter de la bonne nourriture et des boissons - y compris la cuisson de vos prises à la fin de la journée!

Nice little getaway

Steinhatchee is a small fishing town with a lot of character and friendly folks. The condo was very nice and would definitely recommend staying there.

Property was very nice, well maintained, lots of parking especially for truck and boat trailer directly across the street from the condo. Boat ramp was less than 100 yds. from unit. We were lucky to get the inside boat dock which helped to accommodate my 29' Everglades. Other docks would have been a challenge to tie up since the outside docks are somewhat too short for a 29' foot boat.

Great location But needs some Updating.

This condo is situated and one of the best, if not the best location in Steinhatchee. It’s very quick access to open water and only about a 20 minute drive to get scalloping grounds. The marina is located right across the street which is fantastic and the boat slip was very convenient with the ramp located immediately next door to the condo. This particular condo however, is in need of some maintenance. We did not find it to be the cleanest which is certainly not on the owners but the cleaning crew. The condo does need some items replaced. It wouldn’t take much to make this place fantastic. Hopefully they will take into consideration the updates/information we gave them and make some improvements.

Lovely. Just what we were looking for...an introduction to the local area with a comfortable, no fuss stay. We were able to have coffee and breakfast watching the harbor activity. Intend to return.

Scallops in Steinhatchee

The property location was excellent! Boat ramp a few doors down, trailer parking right across the street, and a private boat dock! The property was very nice! Only mishap was microwave had a sign on it "do not use". We had a teen with us that brought microwave foods to eat, so I notified Emily and boom next day there was a microwave at our front door! Great service from Emily!!! The grill was a mess, but my hubbie cleaned it up and we were thankful that they had a grill for us to use! People clean up after yourselves!! The condo was great! Comfy beds, nice patio overlooking the water, an elevator, great dock, and a restaurant right next door that also had ice, bait, and a little store, which was great since we lost a snorkel! We never had to get in our car during our stay until it was sadly time to leave! We will be back! Thanks Emily!

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect for our family! Large bedrooms and bathrooms. The kids loved the pool. Perfect location! Easy check in and great communication.

If you own a boat this was the best condo we could have found. The ramp was right next to the condo and a restaurant directly next door.

Great Location--Very Helpful Agent

The condo was fully equipped with the essentials and it was clean. The location is in close proximity to everything you need in Steinhatchee. Emily, the Realtor was amazing at answering all my questions and corresponded incredibly well!! Great views and clean grounds. Mother Nature was against us as it rained a lot making scalloping difficult--we did find some, but not as many in years past. A word of warning however: I left my gas powered hibachi out downstairs overnight and it disappeared by the morning so maybe put similar items away when done with them. Was my mistake so not placing blame on anyone (other than the culprits :)). We still had fun making lemonade out of lemons!! Thank you Emily for your amazing professionalism and we will be back next year.

Condo was nice trying to use the docks sucked

With the tide running it was near impossible to dock a boat. Everyone there had a problem getting to and from the dock. Condo was fine only problem was they want you to clean the condo and then charge you for cleaning the condo. Would not recommend anyone with a boat stay there due to the dock situation.
