Condo with boat slip and Swimming pool - Sleeps 6

Currently no elevator due to Hurricane but our dock and pool are both usable So come take a look inside this refreshed and updated condo at the Rivers Edge Building 2 located right next to the boat ramp and the public parking lot. It comes with a covered parking and assigned boat slip just for your boat.

This condo offers 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The master offers the guests a king size bed with a view of the river and private door leading out to the balcony and offers a beautiful view of the Steinhatchee River.
The Master bathroom has a large step in shower with glass shower door.

Your guests will have access to the hall bathroom with a tiled tub/shower and the guest bedroom has 1 queen and 2 twin beds ( 1 is a trundle bed).

You will find everything you need in this well equipped kitchen that offers just about anything you will need to prepare a home cooked meal. It comes with glass top stove, side by side fridge , microwave and dishwasher.

We furnish each one of our units with all lines and towels as well as a start up of supplies that include... 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, small bars of soap, trial size shampoos, trash bags, dish soap & tabs plus 1 roll of paper towels. It's only usually enough for a weekend so if you are staying a bit longer you may want to bring some additional supplies.

Rivers Edge condos are in the perfect location for fishing and scalloping. There is one Marina next door and one straight across from the building. Easy and quick access to the Gulf of Mexico.
