Tout en restant dans ma maison, vous pourrez découvrir tout ce que Asheville a à offrir dans un environnement confortable, propre et accueillant. Étant situé à moins de 1,6 km du village de Biltmore, vous trouverez des restaurants, des brasseries et des magasins à proximité tout en résidant dans un quartier résidentiel calme et convivial. La rénovation totale nouvellement terminée comprend un chauffe-eau au gaz naturel à la demande pour une eau chaude sans fin, une cuisinière à gaz et une plaque de cuisson pour votre plaisir culinaire, et une fournaise à gaz / AC et des bûches à gaz télécommandées dans la cheminée du salon pour vous garder à l'aise . Les planchers de bois franc contribuent à contrôler les allergènes. Nos 3 chambres ont des matelas à plateau-coussin queen et tous les draps en coton. La salle de bain complète a une douche en marbre. Tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable dans notre cuisine entièrement équipée vous permettent de profiter des primes du marché fermier ou des épiciers locaux lorsque vous ne profitez pas des restaurants renommés d'Asheville. Le porche avant traverse toute la maison avec vue sur le mont Pisgah et la grande terrasse arrière privée et la cour clôturée vous donnent l'impression d'être dans une cabane dans les arbres tout en profitant des magnifiques couchers de soleil. L'abri d'auto couvert vous gardera au sec lors de vos bagages. Nous avons le Wifi et un bel espace dans le salon pour utiliser votre ordinateur, une télévision à écran plat et une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur.

Asheville est facile à naviguer et notre proximité avec la boucle 240 et US 40 fait tout Asheville à moins de 10 minutes en voiture. Family Time in Asheville

My family (six of us including two grandparents) spent four nights here so that we could enjoy the city of Asheville. The house is adorable. Everything has been updated and remodeled. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The house is one mile from Biltmore, about a ten minute drive from downtown. It is in a quiet neighborhood. I was able to run in the mornings, which I appreciated. I usually prefer staying downtown with my husband, but since we had extended family there, the house was the perfect fit. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home in a friendly and safe neighborhood

This house was decorated beautifully with artistic touches. It was well equipped for a long stay. Evening sunsets were a bonus on the back deck and there were mountain vistas across the street The owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. A great place to stay to learn about and enjoy Asheville !

Excellent Property Choice

This property was a perfect choice for our 30 day stay in Asheville. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The house was very charming, perfectly laid out., and tastefully decorated. We ate in for most meals and found the kitchen to be well stocked. The fireplace was perfect to warm the morning chill . We especially enjoyed the peace and quiet (and bird watching) on the back deck. If you are planning a trip to Asheville (and why wouldn’t you) you MUST consider this property for your stay. The house is great and the host, Ria was very helpful, offer recommendations of points of interest, and was very responsive in her response.

The house is very nice and in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. The house is ideally located close to downtown and Hendersonville road. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and will be going back. So grateful for Ms. Harris and her property.

Meticulously maintained rental close to Asheville's amenities.

A beautiful, well-equipped rental close to Asheville's downtown, Biltmore Village and Estate. The interior is bright and cozy yet spacious with an updated kitchen featuring every amenity needed to cook meals for a big family. The decor is eclectic, the furniture comfortable (beds included) and the deck in excellent repair with a nice backyard. Best of all, Ria is a delight.

Home Sweet Home

I almost hate to praise a place that I would like to secretly keep for my own, but I will share our experience at this home! It was just as stated from other reviews, very well kept and super clean, I can attest that I am a clean freak and it met my standards top notch! It was comfortable and felt so much like home I hated to leave! Great instructions given for helping you feel comfortable while there. It was so close to Biltmore and the Biltmore village just down the hill from the home, the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful! I have nothing negative to say about it all, enjoy your stay here and happy exploring Asheville! Thanks Ria for a wonderful place to come to, we will come again in the future and hope to stay at your wonderful home away from home a little longer next time, so much to do so little time!

Ria's house was a perfect place to stay at for our trip to Asheville!

The house that we stayed at was great! We all enjoyed the look of the place, and the property itself was nice as well. Having access to things like a grill, a deck, washer/dryer, etc., makes you realize how much you miss out on staying at a hotel. The location was great; close to the Biltmore and downtown, and in a nice neighborhood. The owner, Ria, was easy to work with over email and made some great suggestions to make our visit even better. The next time I visit Asheville, I'll be looking to see if this house is available again.

Quiet, cozy and very comfortable

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this very cozy and warmly decorated cottage. You can really feel an artist's touch in every room, as there are different types of artwork on the walls and interesting pieces around the cottage. Although the cottage has been updated with modern conveniences like stainless appliances and a stack washer/dryer, it still retained the warmth of a Craftsman cottage, with original hardwood floors [loved the richly-toned dhurrie rugs scattered about] and built-ins to tuck your things into. It was very clean, felt like a true home, not a rental, and the owner answered any questions we had promptly by text or email. We loved the outdoor deck in the mornings for breakfast—the only sounds are the birds in the trees. Close by is Biltmore Village and Biltmore Estate [I loved the period film costumes on display and the Vanderbilt wedding gown exhibit], but you are also close to a unique antique mart called Screened Door, which we browsed for a long time and had wished we could take everything home on the plane. It's an easy drive into downtown Asheville, too, where we dined outside at Rhubarb—really delicious homemade gnudi—and street musicians that kept us entertained during the meal. We also had fun playing Monday night Quizzo at Jack of the Wood–the Yo Philly team did OK! We especially enjoyed strolling the River Arts District with their many galleries and working studios, and grabbed a light lunch down the steps at Bull and Beggar. Also recommend Cucina24 for fine Italian food and homemade pastas. Their focaccia is so light and airy! We sat outside at Mayfels and took in the music in the square while eating Cajun-spiced seafood. Yummy shrimp and grits. For a unique cocktail you won't find anywhere else in a beautiful space, stop by Sovereign Remedies. Thanks to our kind hosts for a lovely home base for our first visit to Asheville.

Great house!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely house. It is in a great location that is convenient to all things in Asheville. The Biltmore is right down the street! Downtown is a short drive away! It is clean and comfortable with updated appliances and amenities. Our group kept commenting on how nice everything was all weekend! There are plenty of provided paper products, trash bags, cooking oils, spices, coffee filters, etc. It is the most stocked rental place I've ever stayed! Thank you for a great weekend and hopefully we will be back!

Beautiful home, convenient location

Perfect vacation home! Close to town and Biltmore. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants Well kept, well appointed home in quiet residential area. Comfortable beds, nice patio and front porch. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

Beautiful and lovely home-great location!

I had the opportunity to spend the entire summer at this charming and well-designed home on a quiet street just outside of the Biltmore Village and three miles from downtown Asheville. The home was inviting from the moment I step on the porch and into the lovely dining room. It is tastefully decorated and felt just like home. The beautiful deck connected right off the dining room is secluded among trees and was lovely to sit out on even on a rainy day. This was a turn-key home and the only thing you needed to bring was yourself and personal items. It has a small outdoor shed in which you can store your bikes as well. My husband couldn't spend the summer, so when he wasn't there I stayed by myself and felt very secure. It is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Spending the entire summer and feeling part of the community convinced us that Asheville is the place we are retiring to in the next year or so. So bring your hiking shoes, your kayaks, your sense of adventure, and you'll fall in love with this area as well.

Great Location!

Great location in quite neighborhood. Living room bright and sunny in the morning, and great deck on the back. Easy walk to Biltmore Village (about a mile). Short ride up Biltmore Ave to the downtown area and quick access to Rt’s 240 & 40. Home is beautifully decorated and a lot roomier than it appears on-line. Kitchen is stock with basic necessity and plenty of room in the living room and dining area to relax.

A great place to stay in Asheville

My wife and I had a very comfortable and luxurious time at this home. We found the beds to be very comfortable. The kitchen and house was very nicely furnished and well stocked with everything we needed. The laundry worked well and was appreciated. It surpassed our expectations. The house seems newly remodeled and is well cared for. The owner/manager was very accommodating to our needs and promptly replied to our questions. It would be a great place to stay to visit the Asheville area and Smoky Mountains.

Perfect

We really enjoyed this lovely home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a location that makes getting into town or out to the mountains easy. There is a lot of attention to detail in the decorating that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The house is small but has a great flow. It worked well for our family, including 2 young adults. We especially enjoyed evenings on the back porch(there are even fun star lights to turn on at dusk). We are a cooking family and this house is well stocked! Everything we needed was there including an outside grill and charcoal. The owners sent very specific and helpful information/directions to make our late night arrival and stay go smoothly. Everyone in our party slept well and commented on the comfortable beds and sheets. This house is very well cared for. We look forward to returning!
