La maison est située à 5 minutes du centre-ville d'Asheville sur Beaucatcher Mtn. dans le quartier historique de Kenilworth. Un emplacement privé et calme unique dans la ville d'Asheville. Un centre-ville d'Uber est seulement 6 $. Près de Biltmore, notre route tranquille est idéale pour les promenades matinales ou des courses. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à la ville en environ 25 minutes.

Siroter un café sur le pont avec vue sur la montagne, s'asseoir dans le jardin de méditation à l'avant ou marcher vers le haut de la colline pour visiter l'historique Helen's Bridge, la chaussée du domaine Zealandia. Un peu plus loin Windswept Rd profiter de superbes vues sur la ville et les montagnes au-delà et l'accès à Beaucatcher Mtn. Parc. Le parc comporte des sentiers à travers une forêt mature.

Vous trouverez la maison calme, propre et confortable avec beaucoup de stationnement hors rue, un plan d'étage ouvert et deux chambres avec lits queen confortables. Il y a internet haut débit (pas de télévision). Ceci est une maison entièrement fonctionnelle avec laveuse / sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, AC / chauffage central et une belle pomme de douche.

Moins de trois minutes en bas de la colline il y a un grand supermarché, un restaurant mexicain et plusieurs petits-déjeuners.

Je vis sur le site, mais sera hors de votre chemin, sauf si vous avez besoin de moi pour quoi que ce soit. Je vais certainement respecter votre vie privée. Vous aurez mon numéro de cellulaire personnel pour toute question ou préoccupation.

S'il vous plaît noter que les heures de vendredi commencent à 21 heures, le samedi à 23 heures. Il est interdit de fumer partout sur la propriété, à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur.

Four out of five stars gives me something to strive for. I love that you walked to town. I do it all the time. Some visitors worry about the narrow mountain road but I rarely see even one car on the way in. Just when you start to see cars there's a sidewalk. Perfect home base

Great family stay

Our family visited Asheville for 3 nights and had a great stay at Han's place. The space was perfect for us and we loved the location as well...just a short walk or drive to downtown. Our little boys had a great time on the playground in the yard and the wagon of blocks so there was something for everyone.

great stay for work trip

Stayed in Asheville for a work trip, house was easy to find, easy to access, very clean, matched the pictures. Communicating with Hans was easy and quick. Was a great comfort to come back to at the end of a busy work day!

Adorable house/great location

The house was cozy and perfect for crashing at night after spending days downtown and hiking local trails. Beds were sooo comfortable and everything was clean and accessible. We appreciated our experience and would definitely recommend to friends. It was too cold to enjoy the deck, but the views were wonderful.

Quiet spot close to everything

I enjoyed the openness of the living room and kitchen area. We made a good healthy breakfast in the nice kitchen every day. Downtown is very close by. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet. Han (the owner) is super nice and friendly . I would love to stay here again someday.

Great Asheville Vacation

We had an awesome vacation to Asheville staying at Han's. The place was nestled up away from downtown in the woods which we appreciated, but was a 5 minute and inexpensive Uber/Lyft ride from all the breweries downtown that we wanted to explore. Exactly what we were looking for. Clean, spacious inside, nice kitchen which we put to good use for breakfasts, very comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great location

If you are looking to lounge around the vrbo or enjoy the mountain views it does not appear to be set up for that purpose. However, it is very close to downtown and great if you are just looking for a place to rest your head.

Thanks for saying it's a great location. Everyone seems to agree. I'm not sure what to make of the comment that it's not set up to lounge around or enjoy the mountain views. I strive to make the listing as accurate as possible. There are two couches and a lounge chair (pictured in the listing). Maybe we need a more cushy couch? The mountain views tend to get obscured in summer when all the trees leaf out but the deck and the dinette both offer views. There's also a backyard with a picnic table. Hope that helps clarify things for future guests. Thanks for the review!

Exploring Asheville

This was my first visit to the area. I loved the location and accommodations of this VRBO. Han was easy to work with and very responsive to my questions. The location was close and convenient to major roads and stores. However I felt I was off the beaten path with all the trees and nature surrounding the home. I would recommend this place and will most definitely stay again for my second visit.

The perfect spot to start and end our days exploring Asheville!

Clean, cozy and completely as described. My sister, daughter and I enjoyed the house, neighborhood and proximity to all the things we wanted to see and do! Han was a gracious host, greeting us and then letting us be. I have no doubt he would’ve bent over backwards to address any issues if any had arisen. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Great place recognizing that Asheville requires a car. Once one accepts that this is a great place. We arrived late due to a flight delay in Charlotte. That meant shopping in the morning. Ingles supermarket 5 mins away. A very minor comment as everything else was very comfy.

Thank you for the review Antoinette! I prefer to ride my bike everywhere and we walk to downtown on occasion. The great thing about the location is that it is tucked away on a quiet road in the forest but is actually right in the middle of Asheville! Downtown is 1.4 miles and about a 25 minute walk. Ingles Market at 29 Tunnel road is exactly 0.6 of a mile and google maps estimates a 12 minute walk. Across the street from Ingles, you can hop the E1 or E2 bus. It comes every 15 minutes and will you have you downtown in less than 5 minutes. Another great option is Uber or Lyft both come very quickly, charge about $6 and can get you anywhere in Asheville in ten minutes or less. A car is certainly convenient but there are a few other options.

This property is very unique for Asheville. Located in the forested, historic Kenilworth neighborhood it feels far away but is just minutes from downtown.

It sits on Beaucatcher Mtn. which is right in the middle of the city of Asheville. A quiet mountain area that offers up views of the city from the top, a wonderful forested city park and the historic Helen's Bridge. The bridge is featured in local author, Thomas Wolf's novel, Look Homeward Angel and is a 5 minute walk up the hill.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We bought this house because it felt like we were living in the mountains but could still walk to town or ride our bikes to farmers markets. A major shopping area is less than 1 mile away on Tunnel Rd.

The neighborhood is quiet and very few cars pass by the house. The road is great for walking, running or cycling and attracts residents from all over the city. The mountain is the site of a proposed greenway. We have a great bird population and big trees ring the property.
