The shops were close by. Also activities at The Villages were located near by. They had a wide range of activities. Also plenty of places to eat. We enjoyed the house, the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and the TV"S.Would highly recommend this home. It has everything to offer. Even a golf cart (though we didn't use it).

Wonderful Stay in The Villages – Highly Recommend!We had an awesome stay at this rental in The Villages! Kathy, the host, was incredibly accommodating — her home was fully stocked with everything we needed to feel comfortable and right at home.This was our first visit to The Villages, and my husband and I really tried to soak in the full experience. The handy golf cart made getting around easy and fun. My husband, son, and grandson even played a round of golf just 5 minutes away!The location was perfect — almost midway between two pools, both of which were just a 5–6 minute walk from the house. That convenience really added to our enjoyment.We’re giving 4 stars for cleanliness, but only due to a one-time issue — the scheduled cleaning crew didn’t show up. However, Kathy handled the situation professionally and promptly, reimbursing us for the cleaning. She was wonderful to work with, and we’re confident that future guests will find the home spotless.We truly couldn’t have been happier with our stay and are already hoping to do it again.Highly recommend!

Villages Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely maintained home. The house was beyond clean, and well appointed. We were very close to both Sumpter Landing and Brownwood square’s restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend staying here and enjoying all the Villages have to offer.

Loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house, it was comfortable and cozy at the same time. The bedrooms were very spacious as were the bathrooms. Location was great! We would definitely choose to rent the property again on our next visit to the Villages.

Host was crazy and overbearing

House was decent but had a foul odor and roaches and the host wouldn’t mind her own business and even entered the home without permission and cut off cable on us after the first night we were there on a two week stay so beware host is unstable and won’t give you any privacy

We visited The Villages for the first time in 2013, and knew this was the place for us. There is no other community in the country with so much to offer, and with a prime central location.

This home is walking distance to the family pool (for all ages), the adult pool (for friends and adult family members) and, rec centers, A short drive to Sumter Landing Landing town center, Publix grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. Friendly, helpful neighbors, too!!

Free golf is only the beginning of the activities found in The Villages. Enjoy line-dancing lessons, tennis, table tennis, bridge, pinochle and mah-johgg. fitness classes, pilates and yoga of all levels, fishing, canoeing and kayak clubs, and so much more! (Pick up a copy of the current week's events at any rec center.) Enjoy shopping, movie theaters, live performances, over 60 restaurants, and free nightly entertainment and dancing at nearby Lake Sumter Landing, or Spanish Springs or Brownwood Town Centers. So much fun at no extra cost!! Do as much or as little as you like!.
