Beau luxueux rez-de-chaussée 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain Las Palmas Condo près de la piscine

Ce condo a toutes les commodités de la maison. Magnifique condo au rez-de-chaussée à côté du stationnement. À quelques pas de la voiture et pas d'escaliers à gérer. Juste à côté de l'une des piscines et très proche de l'autre piscine. Plafonds voûtés. 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain. 6 couchages dans des lits. Le lit bébé Porta est disponible, y compris une chaise haute et un moniteur pour bébé à proximité de la piscine. Wifi gratuit. Grande cuisine avec micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur et entièrement équipée avec vaisselle, ustensiles, etc. La table de la cuisine peut accueillir 4 personnes telles quelles mais s'ouvre sur une table ronde pouvant accueillir 6-8 personnes. Grande salle familiale / salon avec TV, DVD / magnétoscope. Nous sommes dans le bâtiment 19.
Las Palmas est un merveilleux complexe familial avec 2 piscines et bains à remous de plus petite taille, ainsi qu'un accès à Green Valley qui possède une piscine intérieure, une piscine extérieure de taille olympique, une piscine pour enfants et une piscine de plongée, ainsi que des terrains de pickle ball. Il y a 2 aires de jeux à proximité du condo. Plusieurs terrains de golf à proximité.

The home was just as pictured. Very clean and well outfitted for cooking and family time. It is close to the pool workout area and playground. It was thoughtfully stocked with seasonings, hair dryer, shampoo etc. the linens and bedding were nice and the beds comfortable. The only thing missing was a starter pack of coffee. Would stay there again.

Beautiful, spacious condo that’s super close to the pool which we appreciated. It took us a bit to get into the condo when we arrived, however, Ginger was wonderful to respond to me so late and help us get in. We had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Love this place

This is our second year staying at this unit. Mr. and Mrs Tingy are excellent "landlords". The place was very clean and the complex is very clean. The condo is well stocked with all the necessities and the beds are very comfortable. The complex is close to the softball complex where we spend most of our time. Our entire team stays in these condos and we love it!! We look forward to staying here again for next years tournament.

Incredible place

This home was amazing. The location to the pools was perfect. My family loved being right outside the pool. The home was super clean and absolutely lovely to be in. We will consider going to this same place again in the future.

Perfect retreat to relax and unwind

The property had everything we needed. It's so nice to have a full kitchen when you travel with your family so you don't need to eat out every meal. The condo was spacious and had a cute patio and was right next to the pool so I could let my kids go and just go check on them every once in awhile (they are good swimmers and the pool is only 4 ft deep). It also had fun old movies to watch like the Sandlot, which we really enjoyed.

Just what we needed.

We were pleased with the convenience and accessibility of this unit for my husband's wheelchair. We needed to make an important extended family visit in St. George on short notice and were so grateful to find and arrange a quality short stay property in one day. The host is gracious; the unit well-equipped; the beds very comfortable.

We thought the unit was very nice and very comfortable. The TV remote fell through the couch and we had to lift the couch to find it and under the couch was a mess. It hadn't been cleaned in awhile. There needs to be instructions on how to operative the TV, too. We had to call the hosts to get help. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The reservation and check in process were flawless. The surroundings are beautiful, the amenities easily accessible. The single story, ground floor, open floor plan made access and loading convenient. The condo was squeaky clean and well stocked. Our group enjoyed it immensely and would definitely return.

We have been coming down to St. George for several years and really wanted a place of our own. We love to hike, golf, bike, boat, swim and relax and Las Palmas in St. George has it all.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our condo is especially nice because it is very close to one of the swimming pools making it convenient to get to the pool. It is also on the ground floor end condo so it has easy parking access and is a little quieter being on the end.
