Le parcours de golf du village de waikoloa entoure le complexe sur trois cÎtés, et est un favori des golfeurs locaux, qui le considÚrent comme l'un des secrets les mieux gardés d'Hawaï occidental - les frais de jeu peu élevés qui en font un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Les clients de ce condo Et il y a 50 $. 00 pour une ronde, avec voiturette, Vous adorerez ce charmant condo calme et entiÚrement meublé de 2 chambres. Il a toutes les commodités de la maison! Ce magnifique condo a de nouveaux carreaux, peinture, lave-vaisselle, laveuse et sécheuse et élimination. Il y a beaucoup de produits de cuisson, ustensiles de cuisine, ustensiles, assiettes, verres, etc. pour les invités. La terrasse du fairway n'offre pas d'air central, de nouveaux ventilateurs sur pied et des ventilateurs de plafond dans toutes les chambres. Des brises agréables rafraßchissent l'ßle.

perfect location

the location is perfect. amazing beaches close by and a one hour drive to anywhere on the island. we also loved the weather. the unit can get a little warm, but there are lots of fans to use.

REALLY NICE 2 BEDROOM - 2 BATH CONDO

Really nice condo in Waikoloa Village. Beautiful setting and property. The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed and the furniture was of good quality and taste. We had to experiment with wall switches to get the living room ceiling fan on, but we figured it out. Really enjoyed finding hidden beaches south of the main Waikoloa public beach. Mahalo for a wonderful stay.

This condo is great, only issue was having the unit above with residents which the noise was expected . Otherwise absolutely no complaints, great place.

Good location

We had a great stay!! Only 15 min from the water. The KTA and coffee shop near by we’re great and super convenient! To keep it cool keep all the windows open and fans going! Had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were a huge help. All the beach gear was amazing. Would recommend!

Chosen for short drive to Kohala beaches

The property was clean and the description was accurate. If you are familiar with the area and know how to take advantage of all the nearby activities and beaches, this is a very good way of having affordable accommodations to have a great vacation on the Kohala coast. The amenities in the property were well organized and we appreciated the plentiful beach towels and beach gear and extra linens. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was well labeled and the owner provided plenty of laundry and dishwasher pods - which was also appreciated.

Nice place to stay. Plenty of wonderful amenities nearby.

We enjoyed the convenience of the location. Property was clean and well appointed. The only upgrade would be to add an air conditioner- even a simple $350 one from Home Depot would be awesome
 as the master bedroom gets a little warm for the fans to keep up with.

Everything good except the beds were super soft! We enjoyed being able to cook our own meals. Super humid but there were lots of fans. Enjoyed the close proximity to everything we wanted to do. We love the Big Island!!

Amazing stay

The house was perfect. Has everything you need and the location is ideal to everything on the island. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, sits right on the golf course. Fully stacked kitchen, beach supplies, towels, cable, first class experience. 12/10.

Affordable and Convenient

We came for the Kona 70.3 Ironman race and a beach vacation. This property is located just up the hill from Waikoloa Beach Resort. It was clean and had everything we needed. Grocery store nearby. Pool and hot tub were nice. Beautiful views and wildlife along the drive. Easy access to the north side and down to Kona. It was hot, so we used the fans!

Locals are warm and friendly and there is so much to do on the island. Every year I wanted to return to the Island, so lI purchased a Condo in Fairway Terrace Complex. Which is in the heart of Waikoloa Village. I hope you enjoy my home and the island has much as I do. Mahalo

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Waikoloa is a quiet, cozy Village. No rat race here. Lots to do if you want or just enjoy laying at the pool. The Gate Card gets you into Pool and workout area. The pool is beautiful.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The Condo has a home away from home atmosphere. The master bedroom has a king size bed with both tub and shower, the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, second bath also has a tub and shower. The Condo sleeps 4 very comfortably. The condo has pots and pans in the kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer.
The complex is walking distance to the golf course club house, Banjy’s restaurant, pool and tennis courts. The recreation area features a large pool, spa, BBQ area, and well equipped workout room; the only complex in Waikoloa that has a gym on site. Everything you need is right there and it's just a short stroll to the shops. A very good grocery store is a short distance away, along with banking, medical, post office, etc.. The Resorts and world class beaches are just a short drive away. A car is a must have on this island !
Waikoloa Village is a planned community with underground electric, world class golf course and amenities conveniently located between Waimea, Kona and Hilo, just a short drive to the best beaches. The condo complex is gated and wrapped on three sides by the golf course. Enjoy!
