Bienvenue à Paniolo. S'il vous plaît venez profiter de notre appartement de deux chambres / deux salles de bains, qui a été meublé pour assurer un hébergement agréable pour toute la famille. Situé sur une deuxième histoire, cette grande unité avec un balcon privé offre une vue parfaite de la Waikoloa Village Golf Course. Réductions sur le golf sont à la disposition des locataires, ou vous pouvez tout simplement profiter de regarder les golfeurs passent tout en vous relaxant, boire un verre, jouer à des jeux de société ou de dîner sur la véranda.

L'unité est située dans le paisible village de Waikoloa, à seulement quelques minutes en voiture de 15 minutes des plages préférées de chacun (Hapuna, Kauna'oa, Waialea, et A-Bay plages). Le complexe dispose d'un propre, piscine chauffée et un court également disponible pour les locataires de tennis.

Tous les services inclus. Une place de stationnement est situé juste à l'extérieur du bâtiment. Une chambre a sa propre salle de bains, votre intimité sera donc assuré (l'autre salle de bain est accessible à la fois à partir d'une chambre à coucher et la salle de séjour). Accès Internet sans fil est disponible dans tout l'appartement, 3 téléviseurs à écran plat (un dans chaque chambre et un dans le salon), lecteur DVD et une cuisine bien équipée vous permettra de vous détendre et profiter de votre séjour.
Depuis notre objectif est de veiller à ce que vous vous sentez comme chez vous, vous constaterez que nous fournissons beaucoup d'articles pour vous aider à profiter de vos passe-temps sans les tracas de déterminer plus de détails: palmes, plongée avec tuba, planches de surf, des serviettes de plage, etc. Si vous ne trouvez pas quelque chose que vous aviez besoin de nous faire savoir et nous verrons si cela fait sens pour nous de fournir également pour votre prochaine visite. Un «pack de jeu n, chaise haute et poussette sont également disponibles pour couvrir les besoins de vos petits.

Il y a un séjour minimum de 4 nuits sauf pendant les saisons de vacances d'hiver et de Thanksgiving où le séjour minimum est de 7 nuits.

This condo in Waikoloa Village was just what I was looking for. It is convenient to everything and has a very well-equipped kitchen and all the right beach toys waiting in the closet. I found it to be relaxing and cozy and a very stress-free stay.

The condo was spotlessly clean and well equipped for cooking and clothes washing. It was shady, quiet and had a nice balcony (lanai). All very good.My only issue was an invasive check in process. They use an app called Hospitable that requires you upload a scan of your ID and a selfie that is used for a reference check before you can check in. This was not made known to me until it was too late to back out. Hospitable promises security (which is a promise the cannot and will not be able to keep) and has a very vague privacy policy. I'm pretty sure that my data will end up in Azerbaijan, or they will simply sell it under some future pretext.From their privacy statement:"To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.""We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently."I am brimming with confidence about this operation.I have a long history with VRBO that could have indicated to the owner that I'm a good client. Apparently that means nothing now. I understand that owners need to protect themselves but if an owner wants that kind of personal information they should clearly indicate that up front.

It was clean and well organized. The property had everything we needed, plus extra towels and bedding. The view was beautiful overlooking the golf course. If you are celiac, there is a really good Thai restaurant within walking distance that has gluten free food. I would stay here again.

Condo was beautiful and spacious. Perfect for two adults and two teens. Well equipped kitchen was great for cooking. Washer and dryer in the unit very convenient. Large covered lanai nice place to sit and enjoy coffee overlooking the golf course.

Excellent Waikoloa Village Stay!

The condo is conveniently located near the best beaches on the big island and had everything we needed. It's also very connected via the nearby highways to get to Hilo, Waimea, or the Hamakua coast with ease. It was very clean and was very quiet during our stay. Our favorite part was the large balcony in the back with a great view of the golf course. There were a lot of fans to keep cool as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

1 week stay over 4th of July

I had a nice stay with my kids, over 4th of July. It was fairly hot, but it helped to be able to open all the doors and windows to capture a cross breeze. David was very helpful, whenever questions came up and it was nice to have access to the recreational amenities (pool and pickleball). I also appreciated being close to a great grocery store. I would stay here again.

Great place

We would stay here again. Comfortable beds and having the laundry was nice. It is 10 minute drive to most of the shops in Waikoloa and 2 minute drive to the nearest market and gas station. The kitchen seemed to have everything you would need, but we ate out meals. The water from the shower was warm and the place was quiet at night. Easy check in and out.

A nice place to stay on the big island

The location is great, grocery store, coffee shop and some takeout places within walking distance. The is a new plaza with more shops opening soon. The condo is well equipped, beds are comfortable and the kitchen has pretty much everything you need for cooking during your stay. There are snorkels , masks, fins, beach toys, beach chairs, and beach towels. It is only a short drive to several nice beaches.

Short Stay

Location is great. Unit is clean and well stocked. Quiet, with the exception of the second bedroom (road noise), but tolerable. My only wish is that there was more "outside" options like a communal patio/picnic area. The lanai is the only real "outside" space and I like being outdoors in Hawaii. In January, with windows open the unit was well ventilated.

Waikoloa Village stay

Nice property, nice area. Well maintained 2 bed, 2 bath. All the amenities you need. Well stocked kitchen and condo. David was wonderful to deal with! We had difficulty getting into the unit and he was immediately on the phone with us trying to sort it out. Would recommend this property and would absolutely return! Thank you for everything.

We live in California but grew up on an island and thus love to travel to the Big Island whenever we get a chance throughout the year. We enjoy the beautiful beaches and exploring new places. We like cooking and being outdoors so you will find what you need to cook and enjoy your stay. Our apartment has snorkels, beach towels, and boogie boards. If you have a little one, the apartment also has a pack n' play, high chair, and a stroller. We strive to provide items that you will want to use but would be cumbersome to take on a vacation.
