Bienvenue dans un endroit que vous ne voudrez plus quitter! Cette unité est nouvelle sur le marché locatif, alors choisissez vos dates et venez séjourner dans ce charmant petit condo. Dès l'instant où vous franchissez la porte d'entrée, vous profiterez de la vue sur le golfe. Le magnifique patio surplombant le sable blanc de sucre et l'eau bleue du golfe. À l'intérieur, vous apprécierez le canapé sectionnel moelleux et le fauteuil pivotant surdimensionné tout en regardant la télévision à écran plat de 46 '. Ce charmant condo est parfait pour 2 ou peut accueillir 4 avec le lit escamotable Murphy. Alors garez votre voiture juste devant, faites quelques pas et déchargez. Alors commencez de merveilleuses vacances!

La cuisine a été mise à jour avec de nouvelles armoires et comptoirs. Il est bien meublé pour cuisiner et manger. Il y a un petit bar et des tabourets de bar. Il y a un merveilleux téléviseur à écran plat intelligent de 50 pi 5K dans le salon, vous pouvez utiliser vos comptes Netflix ou Amazon et un écran plat de 32 pi dans la chambre. La salle de bain a été magnifiquement mise à jour avec une grande douche et une nouvelle vanité. Il a une laveuse / sécheuse, une planche à repasser avec fer à repasser, un sèche-cheveux, un mélangeur, un grille-pain, une cafetière, un micro-ondes, une machine à glaçons et quelques autres bonnes surprises.


Le complexe Nautical Watch est un complexe très bien entretenu avec une piscine chauffée qui est magnifique. À côté de la piscine se trouvent des grillades, vous pouvez donc faire griller votre déjeuner ou votre dîner pendant que vous profitez de la piscine. Nautical Watch est merveilleusement situé sur Thomas Drive, un favori des habitants. Il est calme mais offre un accès facile à l'expérience de plage que vous souhaitez avoir. St. Andrews State Park est juste à l'est tandis que Pier Park n'est pas trop loin à l'ouest.

Lovely Beachfront

What a perfect spot right on the beach. The balcony porch was perfect; wonderful gulf views, and amazing sunsets. And I absolutely loved being right next to the beach access for Nautical Watch. Dan was wonderful to work with as well! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this unit right on the beach. I will definitely be back next year.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

The condo was well appointed and exactly as described. We had a wonderful stay! The first floor location was very convenient to the beach. The bed linens could use some updating, the sheets had knots on them. I flipped the sheet over and it was better. I would definitely rent this condo again;)

we love love love this condo, the owners are great, they keep everything in such good condition, love the new couch. the only problem was the Murphy bed was not stripped and washed; just an oversight, we took care of that and had a great week with the best weather and calmest waves we’ve ever had, will be booking soon for next year

Loved the unit. The porch is almost sitting on the sand and the view is beautiful from sun up to spectacular sunset. The place is very homey and welcoming. If you love the old Florida feel this is the place. The complex is not overbuilt providing room to be comfortable and enjoy the beach. I plan on returning.

We have stayed at Nautical Watch 5 times. Everytime has been great. Private beach thats not overcrowded, or crazy, and the condos that are big enough to be comfortable. We love this area of Panama City and it fits our 4 person family perfect. They do have larger condos but thats up to you. The traffic is also much better in the area of Nautical Watch compared to other places down the beach. I could move here I would. The owner is very responsive and also helped us change our times this past stay with no issue.

Gorgeous sunsets

Great condo for beach lovers! First floor —feet from the beach—and sunsets do not get any better from this view. Balcony actually is shaded all day which is nice! Location is the reason you stay here!!! Beach isn’t super crowded and the views are amazing! Condo is nice, a little dated in the decor, but I didn’t go to PCB to admire the furniture and bedspread. The only semi-complaint I had was the noisy ceiling fan in the bedroom. Couldn’t use it at night because it squeaks— but the A/C is so cool -we didn’t need the fan. I would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location!

This condo unit sits right next to the beach access for Biltmore Beach. The people coming and going are all families and the proximity to the beach access didn’t interrupt our enjoyment of the unit at all but it is something to note as the balcony does sit within a few feet of the access. The unit itself was clean (kitchen utensils, floors, bathroom, etc) but in need of updates (bedding, decor). We felt that the price is perfectly appropriate for the unit. We enjoyed the location- not in the thick of the touristy part of the beach but very close to all the amenities. We really appreciated the quick checkin and checkout procedures. We were even notified that our unit was ready for an early checkin although we couldn’t take advantage of the offer unfortunately. We would love to stay here again when we return to Panama City Beach!

After staying at Nautical Watch for long weekends and 'daycations' we fell in love with the whole complex. When a beach front condo became available we jumped on it.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Other than the fantastic view the sugar white sand and the incredible sunsets we really love the location and the fact that you can park literally 10 feet from the front door.
