Cette propriété en bord de mer de 4 chambres et 4 salles de bains constitue une transition merveilleuse entre la vie suburbaine et la vie insulaire. Ce condo mis à jour a toutes les cloches et les sifflets, tout en restant très à l'aise. Les superbes images côtières sur les murs et les baies vitrées vous rappellent le paradis océanique dans lequel vous résidez. Le carrelage est utilisé dans les zones principales et dans les salles de bain. Le salon et la salle à manger offrent beaucoup d’espace pour se détendre et un espace bar est décalé sur le côté. Une cuisine merveilleusement rénovée offre plus d'espace de comptoir et de rangement supplémentaire.
Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain rénovée. Deux des chambres, dont l’une est la principale, ont vue sur l’océan, ont accès au balcon et à leurs éviers. La chambre principale est beaucoup plus grande, dispose d'un centre de divertissement et d'une salle de bains principale magnifiquement rénovée avec une grande douche carrelée.

Un très long balcon s'étend sur toute la largeur de la villa d'où vous aurez une vue imprenable sur le célèbre Folly Beach Pier et l'océan Atlantique. Vous pouvez contempler plusieurs palmiers directement à la plage. Observez le lever du soleil sur l'eau, attrapez une brise de l'après-midi ou recherchez une étoile filante. c’est tout à vous pour la prise. Il s’agit d’une promenade courte ou d’un ascenseur en bas où vous pouvez simplement vous promener sur le sable de Folly ou vous détendre au bord de la piscine qui se trouve juste en dessous.

Le Charleston Oceanfront Villas est un complexe fermé en front de mer situé à seulement 15 minutes du centre-ville historique de Charleston et à quelques pas des boutiques et des restaurants de Folly Beach. Ces villas de luxe disposent de 2 piscines en bord de mer, de 2 ascenseurs, d'un parking privé couvert et d'une vue imprenable. The view was amazing and with 3 little kids, the easy access to the beach was a game changer. Being in the heart of all the Folly Beach action also added to our trip. Everything was within walking distance. Highly recommend this spot

We got a call letting us know plumbers were coming due to some water leaking in garage below our unit. Plumbers came and left a nasty mess in bathrooms and kitchen. They used our towels to soak up some of the water mess. Put a very soiled towel in our washing machine. We eventually got replacement towels only to find out that there was a significant water leak in the AC closet. We got more towels to soak up the water that leaked in the hall and into one of the bedroom closets. An AC tech was sent over and he thought it was a plumbing issue. He replaced the air filter. The water leak slowed down after that. Two of our party had some allergy reaction to the mold from the AC closet. It was quite an inconvenience to have to keep asking for more attention and towels. We also had to request the additional hair dryers for the bathrooms which we eventually got but I asked for those multiple times before our arrival. We managed with two key fobs but asked several times for two more since there were eight of staying in the condo. Beautiful ocean view. Very nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Great living space and kitchen.

Wonderful short stay

This is just what we needed to enjoy time at Folly Beach and with family. Location was great, loved the beach and the balcony that extended along both front master bedrooms and the center area, the furniture was nice outside on the balcony. Kitchen was well furnished with better than average pans for cooking. I would certainly come back here again.

Wonderful visit at Folly Beach

Clean, well decorated condo right on the beach. All four bedrooms had a connecting bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked and the view of the water was spectacular. It was easy to get down to the beach and enjoy the sand and waves. One wish is that we could have had more fobs to access the beach. Only two fobs were given and it was a little tricky to make sure all in our group could come and go easily. Great trip!

Thanksgiving Delight

The condo unit was in excellent condition. The view was spectacular and the location was great because restaurants and shops were in walking distance. We have stayed in several condo rentals and by far, this was the best equipped kitchen we have experienced. It had an abundance of dishes, glassware and cookware!

Family Vacay

We loved “Peaches and Cream” and hope to stay there again. There were a couple of problems with the garbage disposal and dishwasher, but the maintenance crew fixed them right away. The unit is great for families.

Beautiful property!

This is the perfect place for a group of friends or a big family to stay! Easy to check in, if we needed anything, they were right there, the property was so clean upon arrival, and the views were amazing! Center St was walking distance from our room so we didn’t have to move our car after we parked it. 10/10 recommend staying here & if we come back, we will again!

Very disappointing maintenance service

The refrigerator quit working 2nd day of our stay and when reported, they did not attempt to repair at all but just brought us 2 bags of dry ice. We lost over $200 in food and drinks. Thankfully we were not there for an entire week

Christmas Vacation 2022

Upon arriving they were pressure washing the building, loud, annoying, wet. The elevator closest to the property 121 was wet muddy, generally nasty. The unit itself was old, view was great but that is about it. We were provided 2 towels, 2 wash clothes, 1 hand towel per bedroom, guess we were expected to spend our vacation doing their laundry. Most people don't like to use a towel more that one time we were there 6 days. The beds were hard. and only 1 light blanket per room. One of the bedrooms had burnt out light bulbs, had to call the property manager?? they said they would bring light bulbs the next day and they did. Left in front of the unit which was wet, nasty again from pressure washing and bad weather (not properties fault). Not sure how they expected 68/69 year old folks to change an overhead light bulb in ceiling fan with no ladder, expected the Maintenace to at least offer to change bulb. The only other light in the room was a lamp that only worked part time had to unplugged and plugged in to make it work. Might be a little bit of a fire hazard?? What looked like mold in the corners of at least 1 bathroom, 1 bathroom you could barely open the door from room side. No lock on balcony door simply a piece of wood to put in the door. There were no instructions for anything in the unit including locking the front door, or how to use the TV's provided. Only instructions were not to turn the heat up or air conditioning down or we would break the air/heat unit. Very inappropriate d/t freezing weather. Not to mention that on the 4th or 5th day of stay the elevator broke expecting older folks to either walk down the stairs or walk quite away to the other elevator. We can only be so grateful that we were not on the end of the building that water pipes broke making us have to use front parking further from the elevator which was broken again on day of check out. We were asked to leave paper parking passes in unit really, they are paper?? Last but not least I can say the stay overall was horrible making what should have been a wonderful 2nd Family Christmas Vacation a really bad experience. It was Christmas after all you would have thought at least Christmas lights on building and last year in our VRBO rental we had a Christmas Tree with decorations. There was nothing here to even acknowledge it was Christmas. Nothing telling us where good places to visit might be. NOTHING. LET'S JUST SAY THIS WAS A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT FOR A CHRISTMAS VACATION.

Nice stay, could have been better for the price

My family enjoyed our stay at Peaches and Cream, however, there were many "smaller" issues we had with the condo. There are not major concerns, however based on the amount we paid for the condo, I wouldn't expect these types of issues: Linens - I understand the description notes that people can bring their own bed linens, but that they are provided - however the sheets were like sleeping on sandpaper. We had to go out and buy sheet sets to put on the beds because they were not comfortable. The AC - we had to call in a request because the AC stopped working - there was one night that the temperature was 78 in the condo - and we had a 4 y/o and 8month old with us. We had to scramble for fans for the baby to keep her from overheating. Maintenance came out the next afternoon and said there was a drain clogged. Additionally the "main" master bedroom never really cooled down, that room was probably a good 6 degrees warmer than the rest of the condo. Kitchen - there were not many utensils available (i.e. there were a total of 8 forks, and for a place that sleeps up to 10 - it was a pain to deal with) Dryer - It is nice having a washer dryer in unit, however the dryer would take a good 3 hours to dry 1 set of sheets Overall cleanliness - I found the bathrooms to be dirty. The exhaust fan was covered in dust, and the shower heads had mold and mildew over them. Sliding doors - We could barely open the sliding doors - it took a lot of effort to open them, which was frustrating. It would be nice if the owners and rental company paid closer attention to these details.

We Love Folly

My daughter and my two nieces and I stayed here. Everything was perfect except there were no dish cloths or dish towels in the kitchen. We loved everything else and will absolutely be back. We've stayed in other units here and Dunes Properties is so great to work with.

Ladies trip

Our group of 6 ladies loved peaches and cream condo! Watching the dolphins from our balcony every morning was a highlight. Loved the beach, downtown Folly Beach, and Charleston. Can’t wait to return!

This property is prime...

This property was exactly as it was stated. It was beautiful, very clean and it was perfect for our family...plenty of space with the four bedrooms and bathrooms....but also providing the central living room and kitchen. Highly Recommend!

Great location for a relaxing vacation

Our family stayed at this property for a week and loved it. It is a perfect location. There is direct beach access, and there are many great restaurants within walking distance. The huge balcony overlooking the beach is a wonderful place to spend time. The property was in great condition and had everything we needed for the week stay, including plenty of space for the 7 of us. Will definitely stay here again in the future.
