Récemment rénové 3 Beach House, avec classe mondiale de surf et de pêche à proximité. Passez une journée à Montauk State Downs pour un excellent golf et tennis. Nous sommes à 200 yards de 'Le lac Montauk Yacht Club', qui a feuillets pour bateaux aussi grandes que 160 pieds. Cette belle maison est située dans un quartier privé à quelques minutes de toutes les plages. Vous pourrez profiter récemment rénovées cuisine, salles de bains et salle de séjour. Toutes les chambres sont ultra-silencieux de nouveaux appareils de climatisation Mitsubishi.
Notre salon surdimensionné BRIGHT AND AIRY a des plafonds cathédrales avec puits de lumière, un grand téléviseur Smart LED, une connexion informatique, une barre de son avec connectivité Bluetooth, un système stéréo avec connexion iPod et une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit.
Cuisine gastronomique pourront profiter de notre cuisine entièrement équipée qui comprend fabricant de café filtre, une machine à café expresso, machine à glaçons et d'eau filtrée. Accès direct à la terrasse surdimensionnée depuis la cuisine et la salle à manger pour un barbecue facile sur notre barbecue au charbon. Vous pourrez profiter de café le matin pacifiques et dîners de détente tout en regardant les couchers de soleil spectaculaires! Nos soirées familiales se terminaient toujours par un événement de regarder les étoiles sur le pont! Master BR a un lit queen, TV LED, et salle de bain récemment rénové. La deuxième BR a également un lit queen size et télévision à écran LED. Les deux chambres ont des portes coulissantes en verre à une terrasse privée donnant sur le jardin et le lac Montauk. La 3ème BR dispose de 2 lits jumeaux, télévision à écran LED avec lecteur DVD. Cette magnifique propriété paysagère comprend une aire de jeux pour enfants, des planches à voile et des kayaks. Grande cour arrière est parfait pour les jeux de pelouse ou de détente! Profitez d'un bain rapide ou une balade douce dans notre kayak sur le lac de Montauk, accessible directement depuis notre arrière-cour. Rincez dans notre douche extérieure spacieuse et privé. Downtown Montauk est un court trajet en voiture. Dinning, boutiques et divertissements sont tous à quelques minutes, ou simplement vous détendre sur le pont à notre belle maison ou apporter quelques chaises vers le lac et profiter du soleil. Kayak dans le coucher de soleil est une excellente façon de commencer la soirée.

Pictures don't do it justice!

The house was perfect for our stay, awesome setting in a great location. A clean, spacious and very homely place which is just what we wanted. The deck is HUGE and so is the garden which backs onto the lake to give stunning views. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Home on the Lake

My family of 5 enjoyed a great weekend at this lovely lake-front home! The property is large, with lots of space for kids to play, direct lake access for swimming and kayaking, and a view of the sunset that is one of the best in MTK. Have your choice of beach or lake (or both) each day. Highly recommended for a family looking for a relaxing weekend!

Autumn Girlfriends Retreat

Seven women who were all classmates in high school 45 years ago came together for an outstanding relaxing weekend in Montauk at this fabulous house. The weather and location could not be beat! We can't wait to return.

Amazing Montauk getaway!

We spend the July 4th weekend here and it was perfect. The hot tub to the grill to the gorgeous backyard, it was the best way to spend the 4th with friends in the perfect setting. The house is beautifully kept with everything you'd need. Will be back for sure!

Wonderful few days in this lovely, well appointed home! It was more then we could ask for! Each room was comfortable and amazing, but the crown jewel of this home is the back deck overlooking the pond Sitting on the deck, looking out at the water is very calming and thats just the weekend we wanted We will be back!

Love Montauk

We just ended a 4-night stay at this beautiful home. We ate and drank too much, but it was worth it! We've been going to Montauk for decades, and we just found our new favorite restaurant, Inlet Seafood Restaurant at the end of the road where the house is, very convenient! The views are spectacular, the home is very comfortable. We feel very fortunate to have been able to stay there. Thank you!

Breath of Fresh Air

We have rented many homes in the past but nothing can compare to this unique rental. Besides the house being absolutely spotless, it was the most well equipped rental we have ever experienced. The property manager, Tabitha, was always available & responded immediately to any of our inquiries. The house location & property was also phenomenal. My husband, dad & I enjoyed our mini vacation in this very comfortable home. We especially enjoyed the view of the lake & the occasional deer in the back lawn. Off season visit

We decided on this house based on the lakefront views, families only listing, comfortable rooms with TVs and swing set in the backyard. (Picture 2 in the listing) We were incredibly disappointed to see upon arrival that the swing set had been completely removed. We had hoped to enjoy dinner on the deck, watching the sunset while our kids enjoyed the advertised play equipment. Our children were so upset at first but luckily the weather was nice enough for outings that we weren’t at the house much during the day. We also were happy to have TVs in the bedrooms, however the batteries were either missing or dead in all of the remotes. By chance we had extra batteries with us, but as it was quiet Montauk during the off season, we were unable to buy extra batteries until the next day. The house is a very interesting layout and the view is absolutely beautiful. These minor inconveniences were frustrating but overall we had a lovely time.

Unfortunately, there was a mix up in communication with removal and install of new play set. My apologies. Extra batteries and all sorts of "house stuff" are located in kitchen hutch. Wonderful September weekend

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable house. Single level house made it easy on the grandparents and the deck was a great place to relax overlooking Lake Montauk. Played golf at nearby Montauk Downs (5 mins away). Very enjoyable.

Wonderful stay !

Had an amazing time at this Montauk house on the lake. The property is huge - front and back - and very well kept. There is access to the lake - the kayaks and floats were used daily ! The 3 bedrooms are all very nice size and the living room is very large as well - as are the 2 1/2 bathrooms- outside shower was great as well. The large outside deck - hot tub and the view are truly amazing during sunsets :) Will def try to book again next year. Only negative is you are far from town and beaches - so pack well - but my family was fine with that and parking in town was easy. Great stay. Highly recommend.

Enjoyable lovely place

Right on lake Montauk can’t beat the views nice breeze, multiple decks and seating, clean kitchen, comfortable furniture and bed. Ac in our room with en-suite was too cold but otherwise fantastic. Weekday price was high but what can you do? Weekend price would have been completely unaffordable. WiFi was good easy clean up but stair bannisters to basement where you have to bring linen and garbage before leaving were slick for an older person. I had to fix the element on the stove which was loose. No big deal. Hot tub was great, was able to watch Netflix. Can bicycle up and down road of lake montauk east. Incorrect info about beach pass at iga supermarket. You just go to parking lot and pay 35 dollars. Beach was great. Bring wind proof umbrella with screw down anchor. Lots to do in montauk. Too bad you need an ungettable parking sticker for a lot of the other . beaches. Plenty of outdoor dining for the Covid conscious. I’d come back again.

Beautiful lakefront home

We had a great stay at this property!! The house is right on the lake so we enjoyed taking advantage of the kayaks and grill. The only negative to note was that there were no basic toiletries in the bathrooms like shampoo, conditioner, body wash so we did have to go out and buy or own. We were also short on towels but the property manager was super responsive and brought some over right away. Overall, best location if you’re looking to be right on the lake!

Our family has been visiting the East End since the 1960's when Montauk was a quiet, sleepy little fishing town. My Mom, Aunt and Grandmother fell in LOVE with the area and built our family home in the 1970's. As much as we loved the 70's "look", we thought it was time for a change. Our recent remodel brings it to the modern feel and comfort we all enjoy.

Our back yard, which has access to Lake Montauk, sets us apart from other homes. We enjoy a quiet neighborhood with plenty of room in the backyard for kids to run and play. In fact, when our kids were younger we would set up 2 tents for them and their friends to enjoy a "camping out experience". It's a fond family memory. As a couples vacation our backyard is ideal for romantic dinners on the back deck while enjoying sunset views, stargazing, or maybe just a stroll down to the lake.
