Il s'agit d'un logement situĂ© au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©, juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la tĂ©lĂ©cabine de Steamboat, situĂ© dans le Lodge at Steamboat. Ce condo est situĂ© dans le bĂątiment A - le plus proche de la piscine et de toutes les commoditĂ©s et Ă  seulement 2 minutes Ă  pied des fauteuils ascenseurs et de la place de la gondole, oĂč se trouvent tous les magasins et restaurants. Le plan d'Ă©tage spacieux permet d'avoir 7 personnes confortablement dans le condo.

La cuisine est Ă©quipĂ©e de tout le nĂ©cessaire pour un repas gastronomique, avec des comptoirs en granit, des appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers en acier inoxydable et des armoires en merisier qui contribuent au look luxueux de ce condo de ski pour bateau Ă  vapeur. Vous pouvez tous vous asseoir ensemble Ă  la grande table de la salle Ă  manger juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du foyer Ă  gaz confortable et chaleureux. La chambre principale est trĂšs grande et dispose d'une salle de bains privative, d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et d'un lit queen-size. La deuxiĂšme chambre a une reine et des lits jumeaux et une autre tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et une salle de bain complĂšte juste Ă  l'extĂ©rieur de celui-ci. Outre son excellent emplacement, le complexe dispose Ă©galement d’incroyables commoditĂ©s, dont plusieurs bains Ă  remous extĂ©rieurs, un bain Ă  remous intĂ©rieur, un sauna, un court de tennis, plusieurs barbecues Ă  gaz et une piscine entiĂšrement opĂ©rationnelle en hiver et en Ă©tĂ©.

We loved our first visit to Steamboat Springs. The condo was comfortable and well supplied with everything we needed. The location was convenient to shopping and activities. My son, DIL and I had a great long weekend getaway.

We had a wonderful stay. The house has a nice, cozy cabin feel and was well stocked with everything we needed. Being on the ground floor was a huge bonus, giving us easy access to the pool, hot tubs and grill. Would highly recommend this property.

Great location

This unit is in a great location, walking distance to Steamboat Gondola Square, and right next to pool and hot tub. Plenty of space for our family of 4.

The location was great, 5 minute walk to gondola.

Property is dated, difficult to get the temperature right in the unit. Great fit for 5 people who place location above everything else.

Overall A Good Stay

Unit was spotless and well-stocked. Location is good given that it’s not ski in/ski out and the Shuttle was great to/from the mountain and into town. Second bedroom is small, made smaller by having both a Queen bed and bunk bed. I think it would be a tight squeeze for two couples versus a couple and kids. Two issues: the master mattress is too soft and the footboard is a hazard.

great property -- horrible service at check in

The place is great. But if you need to get check in help--- the from desk at property refers you to this booking person who is NO HELP. I was told I could check in early based on cleaning. My wife has a broken leg and we needed to get in early so she could put it up. When I got to property --they did not know about this. They then made me call person who said-- I will see and get back to you. They NEVER did so we waited 4 hours for a call back and then it was check in time. HORRID SERVICE if you need something. but great property

Great location, solid amenities, no frills.

The apartment was perfect for our group of 2 couples. The location is about as good as you can get without being “ski in ski out”. You can ski about 100 yards from your doorstep. It’s also an easy 5 min walk to the gondola. Everything works fine. The kitchen, WiFi, tv’s, and bathrooms were all up to standard. The beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of hot tubs at your disposal, 2 of which are visible from your front door. The bedrooms are spacious, and the living room is comfortable for 4 people to hang out in. 6 adults would probably be a little tight. Everything was clean and in working condition. With that said, this is not a luxuary unit. The unit needs a couple repairs. The front bathroom had no vent cover in the ceiling, with the fan and lightbulb exposed. The fireplace worked, but a grate was off, exposing some wires. These are minor and didn’t negatively affect our experience , but the apartment could use some routine maintenance. If you’re looking for a good price on a just further than ski in ski out unit, this is for you. If you’re looking for luxuary, spend a little more and look elsewhere.

You get what you pay for

Unfortunate our stay was not all that we had hoped it would be. The check in process was the best part being that it was hassle free. The condo was a lot smaller than it looks in pictures. Upon arrival i had noticed trash and what seemed like blankets and someone’s belongings under the stairway in front of the front door. Possibly a homeless persons belongings?. It stayed there our entire trip. On our last day we had woken up to no power in the bedroom with the twin bunks and nearly froze our butts off. The tv in that room had also not been working the entire trip. Very disappointed in our stay and will not be going back. It was cheaper than most places we had looked into and now I know why. You definitely get what you pay for.

Family Ski Trip

Location was a five minute walk to gondola and restaurants. Condo was right next to swimming pool and hot tub but we never heard any noise from the guests using them.

5 minute walk to gondola

Perfect location, perfect condo- very with a cozy living room with fireplace and kitchen overlooking the living space. 2 bedrooms that are roomy and cozy! The hot tub is right outside of the unit. Love this place and will definitely try to stay again.

Perfect Getaway!

Absolutely perfect for our girls weekend getaway! The location is super close to everything but still quite and quaint. We fit 5 girls very comfortably and all felt right at home.

Beautiful and comfortable accommodations, enjoyed the space, kitchen, patio and loved the furniture.

Girls weekend, our first time to Steamboat, love our location for getting to town yet being out of the busyness from town. Attended the Food and Wine Festival, perfect location. You have love to take the leotard material recliners home. Would love to know where I can purchase/order them 😍
