This was one of the nicest places my wife and I have ever rented. Very clean and neat with wonderful grounds and a great view of lake and property from an elevated deck. We enjoyed our stay as did our yellow lab Ellie who loved swimming in the lake.

A quiet and nice location on a small lake, great for swimming, fishing, and non-motor boating. Our cabin had everything we needed. It is close to town as well as numerous hiking trails.

The property is in a nice quiet setting. We enjoyed using the fireplace and working puzzles while we were there. The kitchen is fully operational and well equipped with everything you need to make a meal. Local attractions are nearby and hiking is plentiful in the area.

We really enjoyed the visit. It's a smaller house, but you'll want to be outside the whole time anyway. Nice big deck, dock, great lake for fishing/swimming. Very quiet setting.

Everything was perfect. Exactly what we expected and more. Very relaxing and the dogs enjoyed the lake too. Can’t really think of anything negative about the home! Many excellent restaurants and Murphy has about everything you need. All the reviews we read prior to booking were 10’s and now we understand why!! This was a fabulous cabin, lication and setting. The owner has this in perfect conditions while preserving the contry style and ambiance. The property is located in the best lot in the lake. The owner is fabulous and the communication pristine! Cabit is spacious, cousy and confortable. The patio is really big, my dog had a.blast all around. The community is beatiful with little.roads to.walk freelly enjoying the silence but also the neatiful arquitecture around... air is as.pure as it could gets!!Thanks God for.this superb week vacation here will return definitly.

Quiet lakeside vacation

Amazing Location

Absolutely loved the property! Everything was as described. Loved the view and the lake. Very peaceful yet close to Murphy and great food. The property manager was the best of anywhere we have stayed. She was genuinely interested in our plans for the trip to make sure the area offered what we were looking for. She also contacted us after we needed to leave for a family emergency to check on us. Above and beyond. We will definitely return!

This is a unique property... a cottage on a peninsula surrounded by water in three sides. it is the prettiest lot on the lake. Also known as "Blackberry Hill." One of our guests prepared this drone footage as a gift for us.
