Excellent location, spacious and clean. Plenty of kitchen equipment and had everything we needed. It was a bit tricky having only one parking space for such a big property but the public parking over the road was convenient.

Really enjoyed our holiday in Ilfracombe. The penthouse was a gorgeous place to stay and right on the front near all amenities. Thank you to Melanie for letting us stay in her lovely place. The property had all we needed and we would definitely stay hear again.

We had a great time. The apartment had everything we needed, it was very tastefully decorated and very spacious. It was very close to the beach and lots of entertainment available close by. The hosts were very helpful and answered all our questions.

Lovely spacious apartment. Clean and tidy with everything we needed for our holiday. Ideal location, right on the sea front, and car parking space was a bonus. Restaurants, beach, shops and harbour all close. Excellent holiday will definitely be back.

Couldn’t have asked for more

Great location and a fantastic 5 ***** property. We stayed for a week and had a great holiday. The apartment has everything needed and was in a great location for the harbour town and beaches. Close to some very good restaurants and some of the local seafood is excellent. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.

Wonderful property in the heart of Ilfracombe.

We arrived for a family mini break at the end of August for three nights. The property was spotlessly clean and things like towels, bedding etc all included. Ideally situated for walks, tourism, dinner/drinks all on the doorstep, suitable for families and couples. We can’t wait to come back!

Brilliant apartment right in the centre!

A lovely property, very well located and parking outside which is handy. Owner great communication.

We had plenty of room with 6 adults and a teenager, easily could have had more guests. No complaints at all.

Excellent stay in 5* accomodation

An excellent place to stay for our first visit to Ilfracombe as a group of 4. The accommodation was clean, tidy and very presentable with all of the necessities we could think of... and more! We found it easy to locate and clear instructions for things such as the heating controls and wi-fi were left for us to see. Looking forward to our next stay and would definitely reccomend!
