Ceci est une unitĂ© belle rez de chaussĂ©e, un coin pour vous d'obtenir loin de tout avec de superbes couchers de soleil. L'unitĂ© est contenue dans un petit 3 histoire complexe de condo offrant intimitĂ© et la paix l'annĂ©e sur la plage et tandis que vous apprĂ©ciez la piscine, gazebo, ou de la jetĂ©e. L'unitĂ© a Ă©tĂ© juste achetĂ© en 2014 et est entiĂšrement mis Ă  jour avec des planchers de tuiles de porcelaine, comptoirs en granit, de nouveaux meubles, et de nouveaux luminaires. L'unitĂ© dispose de fenĂȘtres d'angle dans le salon avec vue sur l'eau et une retraite de maĂźtre avec vue sur le canal et un matelas trĂšs confortable. La cuisine a appareils en acier inoxydable et de nouvelles armoires de chĂȘne. L'unitĂ© est au rez de chaussĂ©e pour un accĂšs facile Ă  la plage et de la voiture. Le sable blanc est exactement 30 Ă©tapes de votre patio. L'unitĂ© est adjacente Ă  la Gulf Island National Seashore, qui accueille miles de plage non amĂ©nagĂ©e avec une piste cyclable. Relaxing

The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. The view of the bay and the distance to the dock for fishing was perfect. Would highly recommend for your next relaxing vacation.

Ideal location and setting

Great Location!!!

Very nice condo in a safe and friendly environment. The kitchen was well stocked and condo was clean!!! Mattress was very comfortable and location was wonderful! We were able to sit on the back patio and watch the sunset.

Best Kept Secret

This gem of a location far exceeded expectations! We were pleasantly surprised to find the private fishing pier right out the back door, and the view of breathtaking sunsets from the back porch was incredible. Top that with easy access to the prettiest end of Navarre Beach, and you’ve got a perfect vacay!

Perfect Getaway

This property is more and better than advertised from access to water, quiet area, beauty, accessibility to everything you need and want, and great amenities. My friend and I needed an end of year getaway and we hit the jackpot with this property. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Also, everyone we met - locals to visitors - was wonderful. We cannot recommend this property more.

Bay side condo.

Very nice condo in a good location. There were a few very minor housekeeping misses. Melinda was great to communicate with & all was solved. This will be my 1st choice if I get to go back again.

Great location for families with young kids

We enjoyed our stay here! The location on the calm sound side next to a small beach was perfect for our child. The sand toys we could use were a great bonus. All the dishes we needed were included and the key pad check in was a breeze. (The ONLY negative was some mold/mildew in the front load washing machine. This seems to be an issue with EVERY front load washer, though.) The condo was clean, had lots of "extras" that made it feel like home, and was conveniently located for Gulf, sound, and National Seashore adventures. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Relaxing Vacation Experience

Wonderful vacation stay w/ family at this beach home. 4 adults & 2 kids (under 6). Location is fabulous. Unit is equipped with everything. Our only suggestion is a small folding step stool so kids can reach the bathroom sinks and a step ladder in the kitchen for us short folks We also brought booster cushions and 2qt air fryer for "chick-nuggies". A/C did go out momentarily while we were there but, the owner had it fixed and back up and running within a couole if hours, while we were out sightseeing. Highly recommend rental if this unit from this owner. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Great place wonderful communication

The bad: arrived to a condo where the cleaners didnt show up to clean. Although, we agreed to allow someone else to clean it, we couldn't stay outside waiting with my 77 year old mother while they finished. We ended up finishing ourselves but the property manager was wonderful through it all and returned our cleaning fee. The Good: everything else!!! Location amazing, we fished from the dock and grilled out every night. They had so many tv channels, but we spe t very little time watching. Furnished kitchen, with coffee maker. Appliances all looked new and worked great! We will return and hope to stay here soon. The condo is very well laid out and spacious.

Best Ever

This condo was the nicest my husband and I ever stayed in. It is clean, spacious, and modestly decorated for relaxation. The kitchen, dining, and living area had a rustic decor. The furniture looked new and was clean. The appliances are top of the line. The cookware, bakeware, and tableware are top quality. Nothing cheap here. My husband liked the outdoor storage for our fishing gear. The view of the sound from the patio is breathtaking. All around the unit is nice views from the master bedroom window, kitchen window, and living room window. Check in was a breeze. Melinda was considerate to email me the codes to the condo, pool, and fishing pier 5 days before check in. This unit is my first choice for 3 or more people. We loved it.

Best location on our favorite property

We've stayed 4 times at Sunset Harbor Palms and this condo is the ideal location for us. My husband spends most of his time on the pier and I can sit on the patio and watch him or join him. Sunsets each night and dolphins in the sound in the morning. The only draw back was staying Memorial Day weekend and there were noisy tenants upstairs with children who ran up and down the halls constantly and a strange mechanical knocking noise that sounded to be plumbing related that would wake us up at odd hours but had nothing to do with this accommodation. All and all a comfortable stay.

Perfect time of year!

We have stayed in multiple condos at The Harbors & this one by far was the best! Melinda has done a great job providing everything you could possibly need while on vacation. The chairs & bikes are an extra bonus! We will request this condo again for sure!
