Bienvenue Ă  Sand Pebble Cottage!

Expérience vivant dans une maison minuscule!
Ce petit chalet confortable est de 1/2 mi à pied de la plage de l'océan et un 1/2 mi à pied du village de Dennisport.
À proximitĂ© des restaurants et Sundae School Ice-Cream Parlor.
À la fin d'un cul-de-sac, ce chalet est minuscule et sans prĂ©tention mais a tout ce dont vous avez besoin.

* Pendant les mois d'été (fin juin-début septembre), je loue à la semaine, samedi-samedi.
Votre animal de compagnie est le bienvenu! Un seul animal domestique.

1BR Cozy / 1BTH Cottage dans Dennisport / Harwich frontiÚre à la fin d'un cul-de-sac. Partiellement clÎturé cour.
Promenade Ă  la plage et village (1/2 mile), Ă  ​​pied de nouveau parc pour enfants et parc pour animaux de compagnie. La cĂ©lĂšbre Ă©cole Sundae est Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied comme il est tout Ă  fait quelques restaurants.
La piste cyclable est Ă  moins d'un mile de distance.

Votre animal est le bienvenu à notre chalet pour un supplément gratuit de 30 $ par séjour et 75 $. 00 pour des séjours hebdomadaires.

Cottage dispose du WiFi, un 32 'plat T. écran V & DVD, grand lit, cuisine bien équipée. Profitez du barbecue Weber (s'il vous plaßt apporter votre propre charbon de bois) et le pont Trex avec douche extérieure ouverte.

Stockés avec un mur de la bibliothÚque de livres (si vous ne terminez pas le livre, ne hésitez pas à prendre à la maison!)

S'il vous plaĂźt apporter vos propres draps et serviettes pleine grandeur. Tout le reste est fourni.

Victoria was very nice and answered very quick at my questions. The cottage was very little but cozy, nice and has everything you need for a Little vacation. We enjoyed the bicycles. I have a suggestion: put please some curtains that cover the blinds cause they are transparents and we feel a Little bit exposed. Thank you for everything.

This cottage is perfect for one person and a dog or small child. It was very clean and organized well. I loved it and would stay again. Keep in mind, that its very close to other cottages. The area was noisy at times. However, that would not deter me from staying here again. The location is ideal. Everything you want or need is just a stones throw away. Beautiful small cottage.

Victoria's tiny house was big on accommodations! Check in was a breeze, she was extremely communicative, and she even had little dog biscuits for our dog. The neighborhood was friendly and convenient to shops and dining. Highly recommend it!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at Sand Pebble Cottage. The central location coupled with the bikes provided were the highlight of our trip! Just be prepared for a TINY home and bathroom. Combo Washer/Dryer machine doesn’t dry clothes thoroughly and the cottage is a bit damp, but very clean!

Tiny House Stay

We found the tiny house to be the perfect size for just the two of us and our dog. All 3 of us had the best time out on the cape.

This cottage was just perfect for my couple of days at the Cape. It had everything I needed and was so comfortable. Just a couple of minutes walk to a park to walk the dog and convenient to West Dennis beach and village.

Cute Cottage

Cottage was very cute and in a great location. Walking distance to the beach, the cottage was clean and stocked with essentials. It is tiny, but enough space for two adults. We had a great stay! Owner was easy to communicate with and responsive. Zero issues while we were there.

Nice cottage

Tiny is a very accurate description of the cottage. My only qualm is that the summary states there's an outdoor shower, but it's not one in the traditional sense of a Cape outdoor shower. It's not enclosed and is more of an after beach rinse off faucet.

Tiny house convenient to everything Cape Cod

The house is definitely tiny and the description is accurate and while snug, there was plenty of room for two of us. We weren't comfortable using the "open air" shower because it was on road frontage next to another house and had no enclosure. Everything that we were told would be there was provided and the host couldn't have been nicer. Very nice house for a week's stay.

Always a pleasure!

This was my second stay with Aruna and it’s just the perfect place! Listing is accurate, it is a clean and cozy cottage. Perfect space for 2! Comfy bed, hot water with great water pressure, ice cold AC, Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need, isolated enough to have your privacy, but still a great location with plenty of entertainment in either direction! 10/10, you won’t regret staying here!

Perfect for 2!

Just as described. Very small house but we are fine with that. Outdoor space could be improved upon, more private, landscaping etc. But was ok. Minimal walk to beach with bikes, chairs and wagon in good shape. Aruna was great!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our time at sand pebble cottage. Me and my boyfriend loved the outdoor shower as well as the bikes. We were able to bike to sea street beach which was nice. I would say the area is pretty central and other towns in cape cod were within a 20 min drive. We usually like to walk into a town for shops however Dennis port did not have a town like that, at least we didn’t know of one. We did drive to Hyannis which had a town as well as Chatham. The house was clean and very cute, definitely gave the coastal vibe. It was also set back down the road which gave nice privacy. I would definitely recommend this property!

Place was super cute and very clean, close to the beach and food places. Host was super helpful throughout the whole trip and very easy to reach if needed. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to go visit cape cod!

Clean and Cozy Cottage

My husband and I, along with our two small pups, absolutely loved everything about our stay in this adorable tiny cottage! Aruna was incredibly helpful from the moment of booking months ago (sending us all sorts of great recommendations of things to do and places to eat on the Cape...all of those we tried did NOT disappoint 😊) all the way up to and throughout our entire stay. Pet friendly accommodations aren't always easy to come by, so we are always grateful when we find one, especially one as lovely as this cottage. We have stayed in a tiny house before, so we expected it to be cozy, but it was actually pretty spacious relatively speaking and laid out very well. The bed and couch were comfy. The shower had good water pressure. The A/C units were both beyond adequate in keeping the space cool during our stay, as it was unseasonably warm for early June. The provided Amazon Echo was a nice perk too, as we are music lovers. It was very quiet and safe in the neighborhood. Short walks to several restaurants that are a must try. All in all a wonderful stay. Would love to stay again, if/when we are back in the area.

The host was very helpful and friendly and got right back to me on questions. The space was small but very clean and had everything I needed as a single guest with one dog. The bed was quite comfortable too. As a woman traveling alone, my only issues were with the isolation of the area in the off-season (there were coyotes outside at night), and I would have liked to have had a more secure bolt lock and less see-through blinds.

Tiny House Success

My husband and I needed a place to take our pup to enjoy the Cape. The tiny house was just what we needed, as it was perfectly located near so many places we wanted to go too, and also had everything we needed in such a small and affordable place. The place is super small and the mattress is not the most comfortable, but if you are like us and just need a place to rest your head a couple days so you can go out and check out the Cape all day this is the place for you! So worth it and will be back!!

The cutest little cottage!

What an amazing little place!! Sand Pebble Cottage was perfect for myself, my boyfriend and our pup! The fact that it was dog friendly was also huge for us. Aruna did a great job with this little place. It was beautifully decorated and super cozy! We will definitely stay there again!! It's so close to everything you could possibly need. There is something so peaceful about the Cape during off season. If you haven't experienced it I definitely recommend it!
