"Solaria" an oasis of peace in the heart of Valle d'Itria, upper Salento, PUGLIA

"Solaria" is a modern house with air conditioning and heating for the cold months (2 + 2 beds) located on a small hill, surrounded by a large porch, equipped with an oven and a large table and wooden benches; inside the structure there is a large living room that includes a two-seater sofa bed, a wardrobe and a large solid wood table; the living room leads on one side to the double bedroom and the bathroom, on the other to the kitchen; from the kitchen you can directly access the patio with a large table with benches and a view of the hills of Valle D'Itria. "Solaria", located in a property called "EUTOPIA" of about 3 hectares of olive trees and over 30 species of fruit trees, in the center of the Valle d'Itria characterized by the white towns of Ostuni, Cisternino, Ceglie Martina Franca, Locorotondo, a about 15 km from the Adriatic Sea and 45 from the Ionian Sea.
In 20 minutes you can reach the regional reserve of coastal dunes and in 40 minutes the national reserve of Torre Guaceto.
