Ce 6 chambres spacieuses, 4 salles de bains, 2e rangée, 2 étages condo est situé dans la section Grove Cherry North Myrtle Beach. Cette grande unité peut accueillir un total de 15 invités avec 3 rois, 1 reine, 1 complète, 3 jumeaux et un canapé-lit queen size. Suivre Pier II propose une connexion Internet sans fil, accès par ascenseur et une piscine extérieure commune. Unité 302 a été entièrement rénové en Août 2014 et a son propre laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité, TV à écran plat dans toutes les chambres et salon, et 2 balcon privé donnant sur le marais. Cette unité possède également une cuisine entièrement équipée afin de préparer les repas pour les grands groupes est un jeu d'enfant. Suivre Pier II a tout ce qu'il faut pour des vacances à la plage parfaite! Cette retraite confortablement et spacieux peut accueillir de grands groupes et est remarquablement proche de la plage et du quai de pêche de Cherry Grove, qui dispose d'un restaurant et bar. Il n'y a que 3 places de stationnement par unité. Piscine est ouvert en saison (habituellement à la mi-mai à mi-Septembre), mais pourrait varier.

Great Beach Vacation

We just returned from a week in Cherry Grove. This location was the best!! A short walk to the beach was so convenient. It fit two families with 12 people.

Great vacation

Loved the condo. Was just as described and clean. Spacious enough so we weren’t crowded, but not too big. Easy access to ocean and beach. Appreciated the elevator to load and unload. Would stay again!

Great vacation stay!

My family and I had a wonderful week at the condo. Great space with lots of beds and seating for all. Really short walk to the beach. AC worked great which was good in the heat! The dryer was a bit slow to dry our clothes just an FYI.

Very nice condo but my wife didn’t get to go out after Monday because we were on 3rd floor and the elevator broke down for the rest of our stay and it made it hard to get the children up and down for trying to go out and eat I would have rated it 5 overall if the elevatio

Immaculate place but horrible check in process

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is immaculate & very close to beach. Spacious house with room to spread out. Pillows were horrible and everyone had neck aches & I even went and bought a new pillow and took it home with me. The pier was still getting fixed so the fishers that came were pretty bummed. Now lets talk about the check in process. Its absolutely horrible. You have to go to a separate place to check in and get info on your room & its not convenient or practical. You need to go there at 4pm & then theirs a line of people all checking in & the employees working there are rude. We came 3:45 & got sent away & then had to get back in a line of people which is not fast moving by any means. As nice as the house is it would defiantly deter me from renting any house in the area that uses that rental service. I rent places every year for 12 yrs now and never has my vacation started out on such a wrong foot.

Do not stay here!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we walked past the first floor HVAC room we knew we had a problem. It looks as if it has never been cleaned and has so much caked on debris it is all over even the outside of the door, horrible for anyone with breathing issues such as asthma, but overall gross. Sheets and bedding were our next issue, so we removed all to begin washing them. I called management and they did immediately come over with new bedspreads while we were at dinner. But after seeing dirty sheets and bedspreads it's very hard to feel good where you are staying. The carpet needs to be removed it is so filthy we all kept are shoes on any time we walked. We had to mop the kitchen floor first day (it had not been) The dryer had many reviews about taking so long that is because it is so caked of debris and probably in need of the vent unclogged- that is why it takes hours to dry. Fans in rooms need to be cleaned, remote for tv had duct tape and it was even hanging off. Trundle single bed is about to fall apart. The building is less than desirable; it needs to be power washed, and many steps are in need of repair. Elevator stinks and dirty so only those in our party that had to use it did. The pool does not have much on the ocean side, it was dirty and had no tables or grill. Only positive was that management was attentive to the sheet/bedspreads and refunded the cleaning fee. The place should be taken offline and Maintenace performed first! Will never rent from this unit or building again.

Pier Watch II - 5th year in a row

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this location for 5 years now. This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this unit. The unit is great, but I don't think all rentals are being adhered too. There was one unit that had over 20 people staying in it. I think this is well over the max allowed per unit. The entire unit took over the pool and no one else could use it. We are going to look for a private home next year. Again, our unit was fantastic, but I don't think other renters are adhering to policies for the other units located within the complex.

Great Family Vacation

Very easy and cordial process!We had to make a service call regarding the dish washer and they were out within 2 hours and fixed it within 5 minuets. (Note, nothing wrong with the dish washer we had a Toddler that was pushing buttons! YIKES)

2024 Family Vacay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was spacious, clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked and our sons were able to prepare meals for our family of 14. Even though on the 2nd row, the walk to the beach was very short. With little one a short walk was crucial! The marsh view from our 3rd floor unit was beautiful but there was no ocean visible from our unit. In my opinion this unit is excellent and would be perfect if it was ocean front! Great vacation and lots of great memories made!Can’t wait for 2025!!

Myrtle fam vaca 2022

The condo is very nice. We had everything we needed except we were told there was a Keurig on premise and when we got there we couldn’t find one. As soon as I called the RE company a Keurig was brought over. We also had an issue with light bulbs and the laundry room light but all was fixed by Monday. The cleaning left a little to be desired but we were also compensated for that as well. Overall it was a good experience and we would consider renting again.

Family trip

While the condo had everything that was advertised, I was extremely disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. There was sand all over the kitchen and entryway floors, sand in two of the beds and food on the floor left from prior guests. I contacted the management company and was told that they would come back and clean the next morning, however we were given a time of arrival and they did not show up until much later. I had small children that were napping so they left me extra sheets and we cleaned the rest ourselves. We also could not initially get in the condo because the code they gave us didn’t work and it took me about 30 minutes to get someone in the phone that could help. While my cleaning fees were returned to me, I would have much rather had a clean condo to stay in

Family Vacation

Our stay was great. Everything about the stay was enjoyable. The only problem we had the microwave went out but I called the rental company and their service tech came out and put a new microwave in. He was very professional and our family really appreciated how fast he installed microwave. This property was just a short walk to the beach. Grand kids also enjoyed the pool. We had 6 adults and 6 grandkids and the bedrooms worked out great for our family. I give this owner a A+. This property is well taken care of.

Great Time

The shower liners need to be changed, there were bugs but it did rain most of our time there. The pool was cloudy the entire time so we didn't get to enjoy it. The home itself was very accomodating and roomy.

Nice place in Cherry Grove

It was great. Had a nice time. Had a couple of issues the management company took care of. Pool not that clean but great location. Furnished nicely. Could have used a hand mixer in kitchen. Needed a trash can in master bathroom which rental company brought to us when we asked for it. Grilling facility not that convenient. It was across street. Overall a great vacation spot.

Good Overall

The unit was very nice inside. We enjoyed being so close to the beach. The kitchen and living area was dirty when we first arrived. However, the property manager was very helpful and sent a cleaning crew back over to clean very promptly. This wasn’t her fault. I found communication with her to be excellent.
