Great location and perfect as a home base

This property is perfectly situated the the historical center of the city. You enter from a beautiful little piazza that has a great bar steps away from the door. It can sleep many people. Apartment is average in terms of furnishing but it is clean and functional. Giuseppina is very helpful and attentive. Worth booking.

Very uncomfortable apartment

the age of the furniture together with the total lack of maintenance in the apartment have completely jeopardized the comfort of our stay: damaged WC missing the WC-ring, old rigid mattress on the double bed, old damaged sofa-bed with broken mattress, not to mention the stink of sewage coming from the bidet.

Gentile signor Arturo, la ringrazio per la sua recensione, mi aiuterà certamente a migliorare, le faccio i complimenti per il suo inglese, non ha nemmeno avuto il coraggio di scrivere nella sua lingua madre, che strazioooooooo.... È strano come tanti ospiti , si siano trovati a proprio agio nell ‘ alloggio, mentre lei, ...peccato sia stato costretto a restare in un ambiente così indecente, riprovi sarà più fortunato , buona fortuna per le sue prossime visite finalizzate a screditare ...ahh ...già e’ vero, doveva sentire il suo avvocato, ma mi faccia il piacere, non ci vuole nulla ad essere querelati ....

Super Appartamento!

Sono rimasta soddisfatta della mia scelta in quanto l'appartamento è in una posizione ottima, sia per dove è localizzato ma anche perché essendo tra altri due palazzi e non venendo mai toccato dal sole, la temperatura all'interno era ottimale in confronto al caldo l famoso della Sardegna. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia e l'ordine anche qui do 5 stelle su 5. Ringrazio Giuseppina per la sua disponibilità e comprensione.

Nice appartment

Nice appartement in the center of Alghero. Quit but just100 meters of the lovely center and close to the boulevard. I would recommend this appartment to my friends.

Abbiamo soggionato in questo tipico appartamento nel cuore del centro storico. L appartamento e arredato con gusto cucina moderna e nuovissima come anche tutto il resto dell appartamento.La posizione e favolosa perche nel centro storico ma in una piazzetta assolutamente vivibile e silenziosa di notte.la proprietaria Giusy e stata sempre molto disponibile e gentilissima!!consigliatissimo!!

Splendido appartamento

Bellissimo appartamento in pieno centro storico di Alghero, circondato dai più bei ristoranti e locali, ma nello stesso tempo molto silenzioso e confortevole. Spiagge raggiungibili a piedi con una breve passeggiata e perfettamente collegato con altre spiagge famose tramite bus (fermata a 5 minuti a piedi dalla casa!). Ottimo l'arredamento, cucina completamente attrezzata e spaziosa. Una vacanza indimenticabile.

L appartamento ha un otti...

L appartamento ha un ottima posizione, si trova nel cuore del centro storico, si può raggiungere a piedi qualsiasi punto di interesse (ristoranti, negozi, bar, mare). L alloggio è molto silenzioso, pulito, dotato di tutta l attrezzatura necessaria per la permanenza e inoltre molto carino nell arredamento. La Proprietaria è stata molto gentile, disponibile e premurosa. Consiglio a tutti questo appartamento io sicuramente ci tornerò per le mie vacanze.

The apartment is close to everything and better as it gets. Next time I travel to Alghero, I will book it again. It should be added also that the landlord gets the highest marks for theirs sense of service and simplicity with the entire booking process. Till att börja med så överträffade den här lägenheten mina förväntningar på alla plan. En fantastiskt fin lägenhet med bästa läge i staden. Rent, snyggt och modernt. Lägenheten har nära till allt och bättre kan det inte bli. Nästa gång jag reser till Alghero så kommer jag att boka den igen. Det bör tilläggas också att uthyraren får högsta betyg för sin servicekänsla och enkelhet med med hela uthyrningsprocessen."

"Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Eine tolle Lage und eine moderne Einrichtung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Kleine Randbemerkung: die Außenansicht des Hauses im Angebot ist das historische "Teatro" gegenüber und nicht das Haus selbst, das von außen nicht so attraktiv ist."

"The best apartment I've ...

"The best apartment I've stayed in Alghero. Amazing location right opposite the old Theatre in Alghero. Bakery 30 seconds away. Kitchen is fully stocked including an espresso maker. Great bathroom. There was a double and single fold out bed in lounge and a very comfy chaise longue that i watched a lot of mtv from! Can get a little noisy from the theatre goers but nothing you wouldn't expect from having such an amazing position."

Alghero è una bellissima ...

Alghero è una bellissima città di mare. L'appartamento si trova nel cuore del centro storico ed è completamente accessoriato. Silenzioso, di fronte al teatro, si trova a 50 metri dai bastioni sul mare. Unico inconveniente: l'accesso in auto nel centro storico è limitato a certi orari del giorno. Per il resto tuttto stupendo.

"Abbiamo passato una bella settimana nel cuore del centro storico.L`appartamento è bello, pulito e arredato con gusto.La posizione è perfetto per raggiungere il porto, le spiagge vicino ad Alghero, gli altri posti, come Stintino, Castelsardo,Bosa e tutti i negozi e ristoranti.TIP:La settimana santo, la processione di Miseri e s`Isacramentu costeggia direttamente accanto all`appartamento.Il contatto con la proprietaria è stato molto gentile. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in der historischen Altstadt von Alghero verbracht.Die Wohnung war schön, sauber und geschmacklich gut eingerichtet.Die Lage ist perfekt,um Hafen, Strände,Orte,wie Stintino,Castelsardo und Bosa zu erreichen.Geschäfte und Restaurants befinden sich zwei Ecken weiter.Tipp:In der Osterwoche gehen die Prozessionen seitlich an der Wohnung vorbei(mit Blick aus dem Fenster). Ein wirklich sehr schönes Erlebnis. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Im Monat April sollte man sich lieber noch einen dicken Pullover ins Gepäck packen,da die Wohnungen auf Sardinien noch sehr ausgekühlt sind."
