Great location in a fun neighborhood and very walkable. The bedroom set up was perfect for our party of four. Host was very responsive. The three flights of stairs were not very well lit and the stairs were uneven so this would not be a place for someone with mobility issues.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! The check in process was so easy. Nicolas met us to let us in and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment. The location is incredible. It is very close to metro lines and close to many delicious cafe’s and restaurants. Walkable to many of the main sites of Paris. The apartment itself is very comfortable, clean and we were happy to have air conditioning. We didn’t have any issues while we were there. Everything was wonderful! I one hundred percent recommend staying here!

We can share very positive feedback. The host is very professional and responsive. The apartment had everything we needed for our family with children aged 8 and 11. The location is excellent. Older people may have a bit of an issue with the stairs but that’s the feature of the building. We’ll stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in Paris! The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and having air conditioning was a huge plus. The location was excellent—right next to the Louvre and within easy walking distance of so many sights, restaurants, and cafés.We stayed as a family of 7 and found the space worked very well for us. Having a washing machine was also incredibly convenient, especially when travelling with a large family.Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to families or anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay in an amazing central Paris location!

There are 63 steps on a very steep and windy and uneven staircase. The air conditioning can only be set to five degrees below the outside temperature. I did find a blood spot on my sheets and comforter that I know I did not create. However, the location is ideal. Great restaurants and the metro to go everywhere is extremely close.

Thank you for staying with us and for your kind words about the location — it really is hard to beat. The apartment is in a 17th-century building with no lift, and a staircase like this is pretty standard for Parisian buildings of that age; we mention it in the listing so guests can choose accordingly. The air conditioning can be set as low as you like. However, a gap of around five degrees between inside and outside is a widely recommended guideline for air conditioning in general, as it is both the most effective setting and the healthiest. With temperatures in the low twenties during your stay, the apartment should have stayed comfortably cool. Had there been a genuine problem and you had got in touch, we would of course have addressed it straight away. We were also sorry to read about the mark on the linen. All bedding is professionally laundered, checked by our housekeeper between stays and checked again by our check-in agent before each arrival. We would have replaced it immediately had we been told during your visit, and we've raised it with our laundry team. We offer a high standard of professional cleaning and high-quality linens, so this is surprising. In any event, I was happy to gather from our communication that you had a good time, and we hope to welcome you back to Paris. Kind regards , James

You could not beat this location!! Communication was so nice and easy, from checking in early to checkout. Very clean, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Even the water pressure and hot water heater didn’t disappoint for a large group :). Would stay again in a heart beat. Thanks so much for a wonderful trip!!

The apartment was perfect for 3 adults with 2 full bathrooms and comfortable beds. I loved the boulangerie and fruit shop a few doors down. Luminescence at St Eustace church was stunning and a couple of minutes walk. Merci!

Perfect stay with Pad-à-Terre in the three-bedroom flat next ( literally) to the Louvre. Very comfortable, well set up, and in a quite simply in perfect spot. You can’t go wrong and solid service was there to back it up with a smile.

Great apartment and location is ideal and very central. I've stayed in this neighborhood before and love the access to museums and restaurants as well as a large central Metro station. Host was very responsive and helpful. Apartment is very up to date, modern and clean. It felt like the right amount of space given that we had 6 people in our group.Only challenge would be if you can't do stairs. It's a couple of flights of stairs. Not terrible for the average person, but was a little bit of a struggle as we had older parents with us.

Great spot to launch your visit to Paris

Centrally located, easy walking to sights, shops and Metro. Beautiful apartment, great bedding, comfortable beds and furnishings. Very nice list of recommended restaurants and shops, James was a lovely host.
