Belle villa d'une chambre dans la communauté très recherchée de Seagrove à Wild Dunes. L'emplacement au premier étage offre un accès facile à la piscine et à la plage communautaires.

** Veuillez noter que le premier étage est surélevé d'environ 15 marches pour vous offrir une meilleure vue sur l'océan. Ce n'est pas une villa accessible aux handicapés car il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.

Wild Dunes a tout, des belles plages au golf de classe mondiale à la beauté naturelle exceptionnelle. Il n'y a pas de meilleur endroit pour passer vos prochaines vacances que Seagrove Villas! Cette villa de 1 chambre, 1. 5 salles de bain mise à jour offre une vue sur l'océan depuis le balcon privé et est à seulement quelques pas de la piscine communautaire.

La communauté Seagrove de copropriétés bien entretenues, de verdure luxuriante et de piscine communautaire est située à distance de marche du Grand Pavilion, du centre de conférence, des villages et des boutiques et restaurants de Wild Dunes. En plus de son emplacement, cette magnifique villa a été entièrement rénovée au printemps 2015. De la toute nouvelle cuisine au nouveau mobilier, tout parle luxe.

En entrant dans la villa, vous êtes accueilli par la nouvelle cuisine moderne qui comprend des armoires personnalisées, des comptoirs en quartz et des appareils électroménagers haut de gamme en acier inoxydable. Le grand espace de travail et le bar offrent des sièges avec quatre tabourets de bar. Un plan d'étage ouvert offre une vue sur l'océan depuis la cuisine jusqu'au balcon. Avec de beaux nouveaux planchers de bois franc, cet espace est confortablement meublé avec un canapé-lit, une table à manger pouvant accueillir quatre personnes et un grand téléviseur monté. La chambre king size comprend également une télévision à écran plat. Le luxe continue dans la nouvelle salle de bain avec une douche carrelée personnalisée et une nouvelle vanité. Pour plus de commodité, la villa comprend une salle d'eau et une laveuse et une sécheuse.

We had a wonderful stay in Wild Dunes. It was a very peaceful and quiet location with ocean views from the dining area and patio. It was a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils for cooking. There was lots of parking available. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is because you could occasionally hear footsteps and walking in the unit above, so that was a little distracting.

The condo was nicely remodeled and clean. The location was nice and felt safe, however the lock on the patio door was broken and there is not a deadbolt on the front door. It would have also been nice to have a rug inside the door for sandy feet when returning from the beach.

Great stay!

The property was clean, spacious, and in a great location! We had everything we needed both in the condo as well as a short walk away in wild dunes. Highly recommend for a couple or young family.

Clean condo with views

We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious condo. The balcony was nice to have meals on with the view of the ocean. It was also walking distance to Sweetgrass/Wild dunes resort restaurants. Nothing bad to say about this rental.

We had a great time in this outstanding villa. It's very modern, comfortable, and extremely clean. The only thing between the villa and the beach is a great pool. We love the entire Wild Dunes complex and would definitely stay in this unit again if we return to the area. It's an easy drive to so many great restaurants and activities.

Great place

Great location and the kitchen is fully stocked. Nice appliances, furniture and plenty of blankets. The only negative is the noise from the unit above. Would definitely recommend.

Responsive and helpful. Parking pass delivered in advance. Nice condo with nice ocean view. right at the beach. Nicely furnished and well kept with an extra 1/2 bath. There are 3 beach accesses so, although two were temp closed because of King Tide erosion, the third was open. Beautiful neighborhoods to go for morning walks. Very short walk to the restaurants, shops in the Hyatt Resort next door.

Quick getaway

Great place and location. Beautiful view. It would have been nice to provide one coffee filter since you provided coffee for one pot of coffee, I would do provide something so you can have a pot or nothing at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo!

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Seagrove is a great location and the condo is lovely. It's updated, well furnished and very comfortable. Sweetgrass Properties was also wonderful. When our lockbox wasn't working, they were very quick to assist and when I left a favorite sweater, they graciously retrieved it and sent it to me. Definitely five star!
