Excellent location in Kona, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, etc. Condo is quiet, clean, maintained with everything working. Facility, including the pool is the same. Owner answers emails promptly. This is a great choice. Oh, and the view from the lanai, spectacular!!!

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home. Yes you feel like you’re living in paradise. The sunsets on the lanai are breathtaking every night. This condo is completely stocked with everything from kitchen to beach gear. I have stayed here twice and would go back again.

Beautiful remodeled condo in heart of downtown. Condo has all the amenities needed for a fabulous vacation. The property manager is on site and very responsive with any questions should they arise. Would defineatly stay there again.

The property was close to perfect. Beautifully remodeled, well appointed kitchen, great location, ocean front, perfectly clean. Some noise from the street but nothing that interfered. Well equipped lanai and covered garage parking. Can't wait to go back.

Beautiful, perfect location

We love staying right on the ocean. This was the perfect spot. Beautiful view of the ocean. Kona was a block away - walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants. The condo was also beautiful. Spacious, plenty of amenities, exactly as pictured. It was a good location for all the things we wanted to do and see.

Great Place to Stay!

We highly recommend this condo, with its ocean views right in the middle of Kona where all the action is. It was great to be in town and be able to walk everywhere. Yes, you can sometimes hear the street noise over the pounding waves, but we found it was not overwhelming. Rather, it was interesting and not annoying. It's a perfect place to both people watch and whale/dolphin/sunset watch. The condo itself is well appointed, with upscale furniture, bedding, and linens. The manager, Tom, greeted us in the parking lot, helped us with our luggage, and spent quite a bit of time going over the various aspects of the condo, which was very helpful. Thanks, Tom! Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we will come back!

Amazing!!

Could not have dreamed of a more perfect property!! Clean, comfortable and an amazing location right at the water’s edge. The condo is larger than most VRBO’s that I’ve rented in Hawaii and equipped with all of the amenities that you’d ever need while on vacation. The check-in/out process with Tom was easy and he and Carol bent over backwards to make sure our stay was comfortable!! We will definitely be returning to this property!

Great property. Easy check in. Comfortable bed. Well stocked kitchen of utensils and pans. Walking distance to tons of store’s & restaurants in Kona. Up on the 4th floor, the road noise wasn’t too bad, except for the teenagers with concert sized speakers. Very good ocean surf sound!!b

Perfection!

Family lived in Kona for 20+ years but no longer does so this was our first experience having to rent a place to stay. I am so glad we chose this condo. It could not have been more comfortable for us. It is beautifully decorated and had everything that we could have asked for. 10 days was not long enough. We will be back!

Perfect spot in Kona

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in beautiful Kailua-Kona. The condo has great views of the ocean - sunsets are not to be missed. Property manager Tom was very helpful getting us oriented during check-in. The condo is located next to a number of restaurants and shops along Ali’i Drive. We have so many wonderful memories from the trip. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay in this VERY well appointed and perfectly represented condo, thanks to Carol and Tom! Due to the fires in Maui needing to redirect our visit to Hawaii, we were in last minute need of a place to stay for more than a week. I was able to book this condo and reach out to Carol who responded immediately. She coordinated with Tom, the onsite host, who coordinated with housekeeping and the 3 made it happen for us to be able to arrive the very next day. Weary from change and now needing to plan our vacation as we go, the one thing I didn’t need to think about was the condo or anything in it! Anything you need and a few surprises (thank you, Carol & Tom) were all there. I knew the location of the building before booking as I had visited the area before, and it could not be more centrally located! We walked to everything in town and had easy in-and-out parking for our other excursions. With being so centrally located on the main Kona strip comes some noise, but it didn’t bother us at all. We could sit on the lanai and listen to the music being played at nearby restaurants and enjoy our much more reasonably priced meal with the same view. The bedroom is away from the street, so the only thing you hear is people coming and going to their condos. Most people were very respectful and quiet as they passed as they are reminded with building notes in the elevator. Tom asked if I would recommend the place to others
 “Only at times I don’t want to be there myself!!”

I can’t say enough about this condo. Clean, updated, comfortable, excellent location, and on and on. The condo is very well stocked. It has all you will need. The on-site manager (Tom) was excellent. Very detailed in his instructions and tended to our every need. Very nice guy. View is amazing. Next time we are in Kona, we will definitely stay here again. Until next time
