An amazing getaway in a perfect location

Beautifully decorated, clean and inviting beach house in a great location. Steps to the beach and has an amazing wrap around deck to enjoy the views.

Beautiful home steps from the beach! The owner communicated perfectly and responded quickly to any questions we had. He welcomed us to check in early and stay late!The house smelled amazing and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be staying at this home again!

Great location, nice layout

It was a good place for a long weekend with family. The beach is close, the layout is good for a large group to get along. Only down side was the pots and pans were not good for trying to cook for everyone.

Perfect stay

The house is perfect for a family or a group of friends. It is beautifully set up and doesn’t feel worn from the steady stream of renters. It is super clean, convenient and stocked. We would definitely rent again.

Family Vacation

The house was exactly as captured in the photos and proximity to the beach was perfect. If we ever visit the Gulf again, we would definitely stay again at this property. The owner was very responsive to all inquiries and very accommodating. Definitely a 5 Star property.

Perfect place for family fun

We love this house! This was our second trip to this property and our 5 stay in this neighborhood. Great fishing and beach spot. Five big fat stars for this well kept and designed beach house. We will return.

House was exceptionally clean. Great location and the covered patio was nice to relax on with a great view of the ocean. Host was very responsive during our stay. Overall a great house, only downside was mattress’s but wouldn’t stop us from staying here again!

Lovely Beachhouse!

This is a very nice house, which was very clean and large. The deck was very pleasant to sit on and listen to the waves. Now this house is several houses from the actual beachfront, but it has a very nice view and like I said, hearing the waves roll in was a plus. It is a little pricey, but well worth the money spent for the week we stay.

Girl’s Trip

A group of six friends got together for a beach trip, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The location was just steps away from the beach, and the beach itself was quiet…just a few families to share the space with. Made the most of our beach days and enjoying our fantastic home by relaxing, reading, and playing board games. We went into Galveston for one of our days…about a 30-40 minute drive. One of our most enjoyable Girl’s Trips. The host was communicative and helpful along the way. Would definitely return.

Jim was very helpful with any questions we had and responded quickly. The house is beautiful with the best porch in the neighborhood and a wonderful view! We had 5 adults and 4 kids and everyone had plenty of room. Definitely recommend it!

Beach Get Away

This was a great house for our beach get away. It has everything you need to cook. Views were amazing. Guest bed wasn't to good as they ended up sleeping on the couch. Plenty of seating inside and out for 8 people with wrap around deck. Would definitely come back again

Trip of a life time

The first night we got there, Tropical Storm Alberto hit and flooded the whole island. The owner was so helpful in this whole process. Even going to the house personally to check and make sure everything was safe and we were safe due to the storm. The house was amazing as well. Absolutely beautiful location.

Great Property

Nice location and the beach is amazing. Just know that going unto Galveston is $2 on toll bridge each way. The house is spacious and perfect views from the deck. Comfortable and clean. Firestick didnt work most of time but not really a problem for us. Great place to bring the family and friends.

Janine, glad you enjoyed the house. I think the problem with fire stick was that it was plugged into tv usb for power rather than wall outlet. I changed it and it's working great. Not sure how that happened...sorry for the inconvenience...Jim

I designed and built this house in 2010/2011. The large living/kitchen/deck area was most important to me in the design. I have spent most of my life fishing the area and will be glad to help you with any fishing questions. My family and I love the time we spend at the house and hope you make great memories as we have.

Treasure Island is a very family friendly area that is very quite and safe. On our beaches you won't find loud parties, just families and fisherman enjoying the coast. We have neighborhood security and the Brazoria County Sheriff is very active in the area. Be aware that this is not a neighborhood for late night parties, loud music and disruptive behavior. The local security and sheriff react swiftly to residential complaints.

We are the only area in Texas with Bay, Offshore, Kayak, Wade Fishing & Marina all within eyesight. Bait, tackle and groceries are available within a few minutes of house
