Perfect location!

Excellent location, just steps to the boardwalk for the beach. Cute little pool for the kids to dip into after the beach. Very clean. Perfect place to stay, will definitely stay here again!

Great view, easy access to beach. Beds were comfortable, place was clean, and host was very responsive. A few cons-Kitchen table is quite wobbly, key pad was not working, and we would have appreciated being able to watch more than a few basic channels in the bedroom. Easy fixes. We had a fabulous time at the beach condo. Just a short walk across the boardwalk to beaches and an on-site pool which was so refreshing! The condo was comfortable and had all the kitchen items needed.

Exceeded expectations!

We loved staying at this property and will definitely be staying here again. The condo was MUCH larger than I expected and the location was perfect - close enough to the center of town, without being in the middle of the busyness. The access to the beach was right next to the building, which made getting to the beach easy! Overall, we loved our stay and would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone going to Port A.

Perfect Retreat

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the weekend. The proximity & access to the beach spoiled us as well as the unobstructed views of the water from our balcony. The condo was clean, modern & well appointed with the best stocked kitchen i have ever experienced at a rental. Easy check in/checkout process and Collin provided a very helpful pre -read that gave us ideas to see in the area as well. Definitely look forward to staying here again in the future for a little R&R

Family visit

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. Location is great for seeing local family and we love being by the water. Collin is excellent at communicating and we all have always enjoyed our stay. We are planning our next visit and plan to stay at the same place when we do. Our daughter loves this place. She has been here at age 5 and 7. Just perfect.

Great stay at Port A

This was a great property to enjoy a beach view as well as all the things to do at Port Aransas. The property was a described. Very spacious for my friends and me. The remodel is very nice. Waking up to have coffee in the balcony and listening to the ocean and the birds was fantastic! Collin was very helpful in his welcome packet and during the check in process!

Perfect stay with family

We loved being so close to the water with having a 3yo and 1yo. Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Comfortable beds and linens. If I were to pick apart anything it would be to have darkening shades or curtains in the rooms. We were able to darken with some blankets in the smaller room for the kids. We would love to come back and stay again.

Great family vacation stay!

The condo is right on the beach, and close to everything in town. The owner was extremely responsive so we had no problems getting answers or help when we needed it. The kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked. We were a little bummed with the 2nd bedroom since it's pictured with twin beds, there's actually a full size bed. We have 3 kids. Overall we would definitely stay there again!

The partnership was formed by Three brothers, David, Collin, and Brian in 2014. After a successful year of reviews from renting our Condo 2 doors down the brothers decided to purchase and remodel this unit to provide an updated, comfortable atmosphere for our new guests.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The condo complex is very well maintained and has won awards for its beautiful landscaping. There is plenty of parking for your boats, cars, or buggies. The property is close to restaurant's and everything Port Aransas has to offer, not to mention the beach is less than a hundred yards over the boardwalk. Your unobstructed view of the Gulf is breathtaking.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The condo is a end unit on the top floor of a 2 story building with covered entry way. There are no obstructions to a Gulf View and you are so close you hear nothing but the ocean. The fish cleaning station, bbq area, outdoor showers and multiple pools gives our property more to offer than most others.
