Comfortable & Convenient Location

Clean and very comfortable furnishings. Layout works well for a family or multiple couples. Pleasant view of the fountain from the deck. Nicely equipped kitchen. Short walk to the pool, and if you enjoy walking, you can walk to the beach/boardwalk. We would most definitely stay again!

Great place to stay

Very well maintained condo, with well appointed kitchen. This place is great for a relaxing week at the beach. The condo also has a great pool as well. This place is a real gem and makes for a pleasant stay- we enjoyed our week and will book again.

Another great stay

My family of 5 has stayed here many times and we always have a great time. The home is clean and comfortable. It’s a great distance from all of our go to spots for recreation, food, etc. Beach access is just a short drive away with plenty of parking. You definitely won’t be disappointed with this property.

Relaxing Rehoboth Beach Week

The property was as listed and tastefully decorated. It provided a great, comfortable space for our family of 4 to relax and enjoy a week in Rehoboth. Rooms were spacious, there was lots of natural light, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and dining in. The 2-floor layout is ideal for giving everyone space to retreat to. Some minor usual wear and tear upgrades are needed, e.g. missing or hard to turn window handles, upstairs window can’t be opened, etc., but none of these issues took away from our enjoyment of the condo. The upstairs mattress was not as firm/comfortable as the beds downstairs, it may need an upgrade. Important to know it’s an open loft space, which worked fine for us. We found items missed by cleaning crew, hence 4 not 5 stars for cleanliness. Would stay again. Thank you!

Very nice condo

Fantastic property. Location was perfect, right across from the unit was the main pool. And driving in and out was a breeze. Unit had plenty of room for all of us, very spacious. Would definitely book there again.

Very restful getaway

We were happy with the property. One thing we wish we had known was that the upstairs bedroom is like a loft so it was not enclosed. It made keeping our two kids quite in the morning hard to do.

Owner upgrades were great but unit not being maintained

The owner obviously has not seen the damage to this unit. The owner had many beautiful upgrades, but apparently people damaged it severely in my opinion. It was very sad to see how much damage was done. There was a beautiful rug in the living room that someone burned a iron mark in the rug and ruined it. In the bedrooms there were gouges out of the walls and black marks everywhere. One of the bedrooms had a lampshade that looked like it was shredded with a knife. The master bedroom had red stains on the carpet around the nightstand and in the closet. This unit was filthy I had to clean it before we could use it. Floors were black with dirt. Counters still had crumbs on them. Shower was dirty. We found out after checking out that the unit was missed by the cleaning company. I called upon arrival and left a message regarding everything. The rental company was closed, as it was a Sunday. I also sent them a letter listing all the damage we found upon arrival. They did refund our cleaning fee but it’s disgusting to know the unit was not cleaned between guests. I would say the owner needs to get a new cleaning company and find someone to report the damage between guests. It was sad to see how badly this unit was damaged by people.

Feels like home

This is our second stay at this property and I’m so glad that we chose it again. It really does feel like home. Staying somewhere clean, modern, fully equipped, and spacious enough for our family of 5 is a must. I love the new keyless entry system which made checking in and out a breeze. This will always be our first choice!

Nice property

Beautiful unit. Perfect for a family of 4 or 5. A little far from the beach and board but perfect if you dont mind driving to beach. Some minor issues arose but handled immediately by remax. Highly recommend.

Great getaway

This place was the perfect getaway for my young family. Short distance from the beach and shops but still secluded from the bustle. Highlight moment- my oldest daughter loved the access to the pool.

Nice property

Nice quiet location. Lots of parking. Easy to get to! No issues with move in. Even had some unexpected items stocked in the house. (Kitchen towels, tp, soaps, laundry stuff etc). A few broken things, potty cover, floorboards that ‘give’.. but not a big deal. Just wish the loft area had a big curtain to close off. The sky lights kept it pretty bright in that room. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place to stay

We loved the place. It was clean and very well equipped with plenty of free parking. It’s a short drive away to the beach. There were two minor things that were not working as well. The cable box in the back bedroom did not work. I changed the batteries and plugged it in a different outlet and still did not work. The WiFi could have been more robust. Zoom video on laptop were very slow.
