The location near DW was great, but the condo had several issues. We were 4 adults and 6 kids (ages 10, 9, 9, 8, 5, 1). Since it was unit “A,” I assumed it was ground level. it was actually three flights up. My friend had a recently dislocated knee and struggled up the stairs, so clearer info on the floor level would’ve helped.Several doors didn’t latch securely and had visible gaps, especially the game-room door where the top lock was barely attached. This felt unsafe. The king and queen bedrooms are on the opposite end of the condo from the bunk room, which is tough for families with younger kids. I ended up on the pull-out couch because my daughter was scared; the pull-out was extremely uncomfortable, and all the beds felt worn out with noticeable springs. Pillows were also very poor quality.The shared laundry room is in the game room beside the bunk room. Its door had no handle and a loose deadbolt, which didn’t feel secure at all given how close it was to where the kids were sleeping.The unit looked clean overall, but maintenance is badly needed. A light above the bunk bed fell off when my daughter bumped it. It appeared to have been glued on. The towel racks came off repeatedly. We only stayed one night, but I imagine more issues would’ve come up with a longer stay.I wish I had taken pictures to include here, but the owners will know exactly what I’m talking about. If not, maybe they should spend a weekend here and see for themselves.

The location was great and condo was nice but trying to use wager and dryer was very difficult as neighbors used it constantly. And I’d prefer lower with disable mom. Thanks your is good. The big mattresss and the pads need replaced

Great place!

The condo was great for our group of 11. The only “complaint” I have is that there could have been a few more bath towels. Not a huge deal, just a minor inconvenience.

Little family trip

We had the best time! We had a minor maintenance issue that was repaired as soon as we contacted the host. Such a cute little place.

Overall nice and comfortable place. On arrival The only thing I will say is the knives are dull, one pot had something burned on the inside I was not able to clean it after 4 days of soaking it with waiter. One pot lid did not have a knob to pick it up . . Family enjoyed it you can see fireworks every night from Dollywood . Although it is located near Dollywood you still need a care to drive into the park

Inside is lovely

The inside is very pretty. Shower was fabulous! No complaints with inside. I cant say enough about accommodations. I have more pros than cons but just so the next guest has clear picture. The outside needs some paint and cleaned up.with pressure washer. If other condos are rented you can hear noise. The hot tub was grand, but with that said it is a little awkward to be in it when other guests at other condos are sitting in theirs or coming up stairs right by others enjoying their hot tub. Just not much privacy. Location is close to everything! Im sure it would be beautiful location in summer and fall. Would recommend to friends

Great location

We came to Pigeon Forge to visit Dollywood and this property is literally less than a mile away. Also very close to many attractions, restaurant’s and shops. The unit had entertainment for all, nice kitchen, very helpful staff.

Pros: Spacious, nicely decorated, well-stocked, LOTS of beds, good layout, perfect location, beautiful property. Cons: Mildew smell outside the unit from the hot tub, dirt smeared on the walls (minor but noticeable) in hallway, dust and grime on baseboards in master bath, unknown brown smear on wall by toilet in master bath, fireplace not working Notes: we loved this property and unit in general and had a nice time there. It truly is across the street from Dollywood (although not walking distance due to Dollywood’s long driveway). The property itself is beautiful, tucked in the hills and surrounded by nature. The unit is adorable, very cabin-y which is what we wanted. I paid more for this unit than other comps due to the hot tub and fireplace. We fully anticipated taking advantage of both and we’re very disappointed to find both in poor repair. The hot tub reeks (no exaggeration) of mildew and in fact our bathing suits held the smell and when I washed them with other clothes the clothes the smelled like mildew too. The bathing suits still smell like mildew after washing. My daughters hair still smells like mildew after washing twice since then. The entire entrance of the property reeks of mildew. We used the hot tub once and couldn’t go in again due to the smell. It’s a safety issue as well. We had one cold night and wanted to use the fireplace but it wouldn’t turn on. We weren’t sure if it was dysfunctional or if they turn off the gas at a certain point.

Worn unit. Poor check in procedures

Location is good, but the beds were awful and the spare bed had so many missing slats it was unusable, parking was a nightmare and they did not send the keypad log in or update it in the portal for remote entry. We arrived after hours and I was on hold for a half hour and starting a booking at a hotel before someone finally answered and resolved the problem. We could also hear every word from our loud neighbors and the bedding smelled terrible. No not recommend.

Beautiful, very clean condo. The only thing I wouldn't do is third floor stairs.

Third floor stairs were not what we were expecting. The unit was very clean and comfortable.

Excellent location, super clean!

Perfect location, easy to Dolly Wood, and to the strip, but still secluded. Great size, with bedrooms spaced out for maximum privacy. Nice spa on the balcony. Very clean. Whoever they have hired to clean, I highly recommend!! Ceiling fans were so clean they looked like mirrors! Large spacious living room, and good size kitchen as well. Would be perfect for a group of adults or a family with kids. BOOK THIS PLACE NOW IF YOU ARE READING THIS!! You won’t regret it!! I know we will be back in the fall for sure!!!

We will definitely consider staying here in the future! Communication was great, check-in was easy, condo was extremely clean. Lodging was everything we expected it to be, and then some. Highly recommend!

We Loved Our Stay At Eden Crest!

We loved the condo we stayed in, it had three rooms with about 16 beds total and our own personal hot tub on the balcony! My husband and I and our three sons stayed here and they loved having all the space and the foosball table. We loved sitting around the fireplace and just hanging out in the hot tub. The area where they are located is beautiful. I would definitely recommend staying here. We would love to stay there again and can't wait until the next time we can go there.
