There were a couple of maintenance issues but they were addressed by the maintenance very quickly. The location was great and the unit was very clean and nice accommodations. The neighbors above and beside us were very loud and disturbing the entire time all hours of the night and day, but other than that it was nice.

The moment I walked in it was clean and felt like home away from home. If I had to complain about anything it would be grab bars in the showers for us old folks. The beds were fresh. The bathrooms were spotless and everything you could possibly need was stocked in the kitchen. I had the pleasure of meeting a few neighbors and the were delightful to talk to. Brief family stay

Clean. Wi-Fi could use an upgrade. Not allowed to turn up hot tub heat. Hot tub not very private from nearby tenants. Listing could use some details like type of coffee pot and what is supplied. It was nicely stocked for a couple days with paper towels, shampoo, tissues ( all stuff I didn’t need to pack but did).

Awesome place!

Me my wife and two girls booked this place and have to say it was quite amazing. It was try to pictures. It is actually bigger then what the pictures show. The hot tub looks out to the mountains. It was so spacious we didn’t even use the extra bedroom with the bunk beds. The girls used it as a chill zone lol. It’s 5 mins from the pidgeon fordge strip. And it takes you back the roads away from traffic. Right across from Dollywood. The girls stated multiple times how comfortable the beds were. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could imagine. Just bring your own spices. The fireplace was an awesome extra touch. Everything was great until checkout when at 958 am as we’re bringing a weeks worth of luggage and food down stairs finishing packing our car i guess the cleaning guy showed up and asked me if i was done. I said shortly as we’re walking past with luggage. He then harassed my two daughters to speed up three times in about 5 mins and then proceeded to harass my wife telling her she needs to speed up. We are sure we left something as we were done at 10:08am. Everything was perfect and inwoukd highly recommend this place to everyone. But the harassment upon check out was increasingly unprofessional and not guest oriented AT ALL. Still a 5-star place!

I was very impressed by the amount of room and cleanliness of the cabin. The kitchen was amazing and very well stocked. The beds were a little old and soft but by bedtime anything was great. If I had to complain about anything it would be my code did not work on our last day fortunately my son was there to let us in, I attempted to report this with no avail. We will be back in Sept for my daughters birthday. Thank You for sharing your cabin with our family.

Close to Dollywood

Had a great stay. Listing is close to Dollywood. Pet friendly and very clean. This condo has everything you would need for a convenient stay. The kids enjoyed the arcade, foosball, and shuffleboard. The office was very helpful. We even got a complimentary pass to Dollywood which is an $85 value!

Weekend get away

Over all property was nice had issues with one of the showers being slick and my sister in law feel because of it other then that it seemed clean. Parking was a nightmare really should work on that but over all it was a good vacation.

Beautiful cabin

Such an amazing experience. The neighbors were also friendly and happy to be enjoying their time with their family. Beautiful ambiance and space. The only recommendation would be to mark parking spaces. The death-defying cliff was a new experience for me. But still a beautiful location. A note of what floor the cabin is would be helpful for more elderly patrons in the future to avoid climbing stairs. But still, such a beautiful place to vacation at.

Wonderful

We just got home. Me and my family were there for my sisters wedding. This place was absolutely WONDERFUL! They helped with everything!!! The place is exactly what we needed. The game room for the kids was great also!!! We will be planning a stay for our family vacation 2023!!!!! They even called in the middle of our stay to make sure everything was going ok!! Definitely recommend!!!

Convenient location

The location was so close to everything and still nicely tucked away from the the busy highway. We had 4 adults and 3 children and had plenty of room. Rooms were very clean and plenty of linens and necessities. Thank you for a great stay!

Too short but amazing!

We loved coming in to a warm cabin with a lit Christmas tree! The cabin was warm, welcoming, and clean and the teens running around calling "dibs" on their beds was fun! We enjoyed the heated hot tub, space, and even tho it was a multi unit complex, the privacy. Never saw anyone else! Well equipped kitchen too! Just bring your clothes and the rest is waiting for ya! Will rent again, we are already planning it!

Nice but needs work

The inside is clean and big. Can tell has been updated. There are poorly patched hole spots in the walls. The ceilings are thin! Can hear absolutely everything from neighbors. Also can hear the water run through the pipes very loudly anytime your neighbors use the bathroom! Parking is a nightmare. Don’t expect more than 2 max cars! The hot tubs are pointless as where they are randomly placed it would be awkward since all neighbors can see each other. The outside is sketchy and run down looking. This is a building of many condos together not individual or double. Laundry room is shared with 1 washer 1 dryer. Overall not a bad stay. I wouldn’t say is worth the amount paid.

It was okay

The parking is a complete mess, and a flea issue, was the biggest drawback. But it was adequate for a quick stay, wouldn't want to stay for very long mainly due to worried about going out and losing a parking spot, even if you could find one to begin with.

Family Vacation

My family of four wanted to get away for a few days to relax and enjoy the Smoky Mountains. This was was the perfect place to do just that! It was quiet, comfortable, and relaxing! It was the perfect getaway! We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to getaway and relax.
