Lake House - Mirror Lake

The Lake House est un chalet original de Lake Placid Club, entiÚrement rénové en 2013 avec 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains. Il y a 2 chambres principales chacune avec un lit king donnant sur le lac Mirror avec salle de bain privée. Les 2 autres chambres ont chacune 2 lits doubles et partagent une salle de bain. La cuisine est finie avec des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, des armoires personnalisées et des planchers en bois.
La grande salle dispose d'un plafond cathédrale avec cheminée du sol au plafond et une vue imprenable sur le lac Mirror. Le Lake House est équipé d'Internet sans fil haut débit gratuit, laveuse et sécheuse et dispose d'un patio extérieur donnant sur Mirror Lake avec des meubles de patio et Weber Grill. Les clients du Lake House peuvent utiliser la piscine intérieure de l'hÎtel Crowne Plaza (à 800 mÚtres) et une plage privée située de l'autre cÎté de la rue. La maison du lac peut accueillir confortablement 12 personnes.

Great location for a group of 6 adults to explore various points in the ADK. Property was clean and as advertised, with plenty of space. A couple improvements could be made - bedding could be updated, and could use a few more items like real dishcloths, recycling bins, spare blankets, etc. Definitely spartan for the price, as other reviews have noted, but you're paying for location here.

Lake house stay

Our stay at the Lake House was quite pleasant. We went to the hockey games, which was a 10 minute walk. Everything was as expected. We had a great time.

Annual family trip to lake placid

This was a fantastic place for a family trip to Lake Placid. The half walk to the beach, the big yard, easy access to Lake Placid made it perfect for all. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place.

This property is in a great location over looking Mirror Lake. It sits on a large private lot. The amenities and 4 large bedrooms make it a wonderful place for a family and/ or friends stay. Highly recommended.

Perfect set up for families

The property completely met our needs. It was spacious for our three generation family. Location couldn’t be better, close to village and if ice is frozen, you can walk across the lake to the center of town.

Beautiful location, views and layout of the house. Property manager was very responsive. By far the cleanest and most cared for home we have rented. We will most certainly book again :)

Another great stay

We enjoyed our first visit last December so much, that we booked again for Thanksgiving. The house is very well suited for multi-generational families. There are two master suites and the grand children had their own bedrooms. The location is perfect for all Lake Placid activities. We hope to return again soon!

Family Celebration

We had the best time in Lake Placid. This house is located so close to town and is clean, and comfortable and the view is beautiful. Our family gathered to celebrate an engagement right on Mirror Lake. We will be back!!

Perfect Location

The house is the perfect location to town and whiteface mountain if you are there for skiing. The have definitely listened to past reviews as many items were in the house. There is only one TV, but what worked out fine. House was clean, layout was great. Wonderful stay

Wonderful!!

Our second year at this beautiful property and it was wonderful! The house is perfect, so spacious and clean. All the comforts of home, nearby to all the and the view is spectacular. Property management and maintenance are fantastic. We couldn't ask for more! Cannot wait to plan our next getaway at the Lake House.

Great weekend at Lake Placid

The property is really great, me and my family (a total of 8 people) enjoyed our stay here. It is centrally located, and is a short walk away from major shopping centers of Lake Placid. The view from the living room is absolutely brilliant. Raymond and his associates were very approachable before and during the stay and fixed any problems we had very quickly. They even threw in a late checkout! Overall, I would recommend anyone this stay, especially if you are going with a large group.

Great view & location !!!

Wonderful home on Mirror Lake with great view from patio over Mirror Lake to Lake Placid !!!! Two master bedrooms facing the lake and other two bedrooms are perfect for a large family. Kitchen & family room are large enough, and “mud room” is perfect for ski season. Kitchen is well equipped with cooking needs & plenty of tableware. Only thing you need to be aware of is that there are no accessories (coffee filters, ice trays, salt/pepper or like items), so you’ll need to bring your own ... not an issue with us a good grocery store 10 minutes away. We loved this property and would definitely recommend & return !
