Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! Ce magnifique condo Immaculée a été amélioré et est situé à la base de Park City Mountain Resort! Il s'agit d'un condo de 2 chambres + loft / 2 salles de bain entièrement meublé et a une nouvelle peinture, laveuse / sécheuse, Internet, piscine, bain à remous, cuisine complète (lave-vaisselle, etc.), foyer au bois et bien plus encore! Le salon et la terrasse offrent une vue spectaculaire sur les montagnes, le parc à neige et Park City Resort. Le patio offre un environnement après-ski incroyable et la piscine chauffée et le bain à remous pour 14 personnes sont juste la cerise sur le gâteau pour vos vacances à Park City. WI-FI GRATUIT, bain à remous, piscine chauffée, laveuse / sécheuse.

Ce condo est la plus grande unité dans le complexe Snowcrest, avec 1000 pieds carrés, et est entièrement équipé pour votre séjour de vacances.

La chambre principale au rez-de-chaussée a un lit en rondins QUEEN, des portes d'armoires en miroir, un minimum de 300 draps de fil, une couette en duvet et des meubles en rondins. Il y a une salle de bain complète en bas dans le couloir.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée et décorée avec goût en granit et est livrée avec tous les appareils (micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, cuisinière, etc.). Le salon dispose d'une grande télévision à écran plat LED / LCD HD, d'un lecteur DVD, NETFLIX, de DVD, d'une cheminée à bois (bois fourni) et de canapés confortables avec une vue imprenable sur la station de Park City Mountain. Il y a aussi une table à manger extensible pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 avec 3 places avec tabourets au bar de l'île.

Un escalier en colimaçon au large du salon vous amène à l'étage dans un loft accueillant avec deux lits jumeaux. Il y a une autre chambre Queen et un loft avec une salle de bain complète à l'étage (la salle de bain est entre le loft et la chambre privée, donc pas besoin de traverser une chambre pour se rendre à la salle de bain). L'accès Internet sans fil est disponible dans toute l'unité. Un lave-linge et sèche-linge HE haut de gamme privé a été ajouté pour votre commodité.

J'ai également un autre 2 chambres + loft dans le complexe Snowcrest (850 pieds carrés) qui peut également être disponible.

Veuillez noter: IL N'Y A PAS D'ASCENSEUR dans ce complexe et mes deux unités sont au 3ème étage. Si vous venez pour des vacances de ski / snowboard / actives, cela ne devrait certainement pas être un problème pour la plupart, mais si la montée des escaliers est problématique pour vous ou quelqu'un de votre groupe, veuillez ne pas louer dans ce complexe. De plus, la piscine et le bain à remous sont fermés en basse saison entre la mi-avril - Memorial Day et la mi-septembre - mi-novembre.

Patti is a gracious host with excellent communication. She went above and beyond to make our stay smooth. The condo itself is extremely convenient to ski or go to Main Street and there’s a bus stop directly across the street if you don’t feel up to walking. The kitchen is also very well stocked with cookware, dishes etc.

Great place to stay. Clean, well equipped, comfy beds, quiet, walk to Eagle lift, nice hot tub. That about sums up our stay. Plenty of room for 5 guys and all our stuff to enjoy a week of good skiing. Easy to catch the bus to just about anywhere. Thanks Patti.

Enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean with all the necessities. Super comfortable beds which I appreciated. The host was highly communicative and pleasant to work with. The size was a little smaller than I expected but didn’t matter because we were out and about most of the time.

Everything is perfect!

Very nice condo in a perfect location for skiing and snowboarding! Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Well stocked kitchen, as advertised. We enjoyed grinding our fresh coffee every morning. It was a great and comfortable stay for 4 adults and 1 teenager. Seamless check in / out. The owner was so nice and very responsive. Overall would recommend as a very comfortable, convenient spot for skiing and snowboarding. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great stay in Park City

My friends and I enjoyed our week long stay in the condo. Easy check in/out logistics and great location for skiing and Main Street. The property was as advertised - a bit dated but functional. Good water pressure and hot water. Found the heat to be a bit variable between rooms. Really well stocked kitchen (butter, coffee, etc.) and bathrooms with toiletries. We’d definitely come back!

Wonderful place to stay near Park City Resort

We had a great time at this location. It is conveniently located near Park City Resort so that, every morning, we had only a 5 minute walk to the ski lift. Patti is an exceptionally good host and provides recommendations on transport, places to eat, and stays in communication with her guests. The property itself is clean, cozy and perfect for a family. Our two children stayed upstairs in the loft area while my wife and I stayed in the bedroom below. We all felt that we had more than enough space. It is a short walk to downtown Park City and we did not feel the need to rent a car. We will absolutely book again the next time we come to PC.

Easy access to mountain and can walk to town

Everything you need to have for a weekend on the mountain. Walking distance to the lifts, ski rentals, and groceries. Downtown is a 25 min walk but easily reachable and can take a quick uber either way. Full kitchen makes it easy to eat before and after a long day on the slopes. Communication with owner was very easy and hospitable.

Snowy spring break

This condo was perfect for our family spring break vacation. It was our first trip to Park City, and this condo was the perfect location. Close to lifts and an easy ride to town on the shuttle. The grocery store is even walking distance away. Patti was very communicative and responsive. The condo was clean and had all of the necessities. We loved Park City and will definitely be back.

Location, Location, Location!!!

My boyfriend and I traveled to Park City for the entire week with another couple. This place was perfect for two adult couples, since each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom and we never felt on top of each other. We loved the access to the hot tub, heated pool, and most importantly, the very short walk to the lift and Park City Mountain Resort. Fresh Market, Walgreens, and 7-Eleven are also an easy, short walk to-and-from this location. On the warmer, sunny days we walked to Main Street and enjoyed the shopping and dining experiences Park City has to offer. On the colder evenings, we took the shuttle to Main Street. The shuttle service is right near the condo! It is FREE, and was easy to manage. One of my favorite parts of the trip was meeting so many amazing, fun people in the hot tub. We had some great convos, beers, and laughs! We are thankful for our stay, and the effort that the host puts in to ensure we had a great time! I have no doubt that if I went back to Park City, I would try to stay here again! The location is SO IDEAL!

My wife & I stayed in the condo with our 3 kids under 11. They enjoyed sleeping in the loft and the condo was very convenient to the lifts and ok downtown Park City. Property manager was very easy to communicate with.

Fantastic location and owner

Our family of two parents and two adult kids had a wonderful stay in this property. The location is excellent for skiing. Within walking distance to some of the lifts, but we drove since the crowds were small during our stay. The condo is also close to the shuttle which will take you skiing or down Main Street Park City to shops and restaurants. Patti was amazing! Probably the most responsive host we’ve ever had with VRBO. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked for our needs, and everything was clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation.

Cozy condo in great location

Patti was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire rental process, including during checkout when we were faced with a blizzard and cancelled airline tickets. The condo was in an excellent location and our family was very comfortable at the property. The ski lift is basically right out the back entrance of the condo, the grocery store one block away, and all of Park City a short walk, bus ride or Uber away. Enjoy

Location and comfort

When I look where to book my stay, I look for location, location, location, comfort and cleanliness within my budget, of course. This rental was excellent at all of those. It is a narrow condo but very comfortable for 4 adults and one teen. The hallway has no storage but there are plenty of hooks for jackets, snow pants, gloves and goggles for all of us. There is also a bench and a place for boots. There is a ski locker but we did not need it as ski valet was included with our Epic passes. Master bedroom was cozy, super comfortable bed, pillows and linens and full closet and a small tall dresser. The kitchen is small but it has absolutely everything you need and more. Appliances were new or just so clean they looked new. If you wanted to prep a feast, you could! Tons of pots, pans, utensils and gadgets. The loft was comfortable with two twin beds. No closet but plenty of drawers. Full size washer and dryer. Then the 2nd bedroom which again had a comfy bed, pillows and linens. A ton of closet space, TV and dresser. The complex has a heated pool and jacuzzi which we used every day. It even had a boot blower/dryer inside the unit which came in super handy. Also, plenty of towels for us all to use after showers and also for the pool/jacuzzi. I was worried about only one split unit for heat but that worry was unnecessary as the unit was more than sufficient. We like to sleep cold so we never touched the base heater in the master and only used the split unit in the mornings while we got ready to start our day. The only negative is that the unit is a bit dated. But that was easily overlooked because, again, location, comfort and cleanliness. We walked EVERYWHERE which we love. We all slept super comfortably and the unit was spotless.

When I originally bought my first condo (snowcrest 301), I was shocked by the lack of focus and care it received by a large rental company. I wanted a vacationer to fall in love with Park City and have an incredible experience and luxury lodging at a fair and reasonable price. I've learned that managing the condo through allparkcityrentals provided a much better rental experience and higher quality vacation for guests.
