Ceci est une belle cabine avec accès à une rampe de bateau non améliorée à moins de 100 mètres de la cabine. Cookeville Boat Dock rampe de bateau pavée, à seulement 6,4 km. 23 km de l'Interstate 40 à Cookeville. Jusqu'à 8 personnes peuvent dormir confortablement. Bon quartier. Grande pêche sur ce lac. Super endroit pour des vacances en famille. Baignade lac disponible. Accès facile au lac pour les pêcheurs. Deux chambres ont une reine dans chacune. La troisième chambre a une couchette avec un lit double et un jumeau. Un lit d'appoint est disponible si nécessaire, veuillez en informer le propriétaire à l'avance.

Had a wonderful vist with my daughter and grandkids beds so comfortable i couldn't get them up they had a good time by lake didn't mind cold close enough to town everything worked great will diffentally stay again thank you so much.

Rental of the property was a smooth process. Amenities were good with plenty of sheets towels utensils grill all very nice. The property owner was accommodating, although we never had a reason to make contact during the stay he was available.

Summer Lake getaway

This was the perfect spot for our group of friends to stay and soak in the sun!We could see a bit of the lake from the house and the hills are gorgeous.House was clean and well kept! The neighbors have hummingbirds feeders out that attract a big group of hummers and was so fun to watch. The boat ramp is an easy short walk down the hill, there were plenty of spots to hangout and enjoy the lake, and swim.

Fine fit for a family

Had plenty of beds and loved the screened in porch. Loved the two bathrooms. Nice master bedroom. Kitchen and oven a little small but was workable. Not far from lake with access. Roads are a little rough and small for pulling boats.

Grandkids fishing trip

Great little place to stay! Frank is really nice.. This place was a great location to Cookville Boat Dock. We took our 5 grandkids ages 3-10 , on their 1st fishing trip, on a Saturday.
