The Space:
Newly updated and fully furnished home with high end furnishings. This home features a newly built extra large deck with beautiful pavilion with Edison lights and new patio furniture. Build yourself a camp fire (Firewood not provided) at the fire pit and relax in one of the Adirondack chairs, unwind and completely slow down to enjoy every moment with friends, family, or just yourself. The bedrooms all feature queen beds and all the rooms have Vizio TVs which you can relax and watch over 150 free channels or stream your favorite movie sites with our high speed wireless internet. This property has a full sized kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. We have a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dishes, washer & dryer and much more. Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

No Pets Policy:
Pets are not allowed on the property.

Food Delivery:
We recommend using Uber Eats, DoorDash, GrubHub, Postmates, or Dinner Delivered for convenient food delivery.

Sleeping Capacity: The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.

Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
