Le ciel a envoyé une vue sur la montagne !! Parfait pour toute occasion

Bienvenue au chalet Lovingood qui offre une vue spectaculaire sur la montagne. A l'intérieur, vous trouverez tout le confort de la maison. Le chalet dispose d'un salon très propre et spacieux. L'extérieur a un porche sur trois côtés (couvert avant et arrière) Admirez la vue sur les montagnes, lisez un livre ou observez les oiseaux. Cuisinez votre repas sur le gril à gaz et mangez dehors en profitant de la sérénité. La maison possède une grande salle de jeux en bas avec une table de billard pleine grandeur, un jeu de fléchettes électronique pleine grandeur et une table à cartes.

Toutes les routes menant au chalet Lovingood sont pavées et entretenues par l'État, ce qui permet un accès facile toute l'année. L'emplacement est calme avec très peu de trafic.

Le chalet est loin de toute l'agitation, mais à moins de 10 minutes d'une épicerie Super Walmart et Ingle.

Le chalet est proche de la région de Cherokee Lake Picinic Area, de Hanging Dog US forest Recreation Area, de Murphy River Walk & Canoe Trail et de nombreuses autres choses à voir et à faire. Le chalet est situé dans le comté de Cherokee, qui est le lieu de rencontre de 3 ensembles de montagnes, les montagnes des Appalaches, les montagnes Blue Rige et les montagnes Smoky, il y a donc beaucoup de randonnées pour tous les niveaux d'expérience, de pêche et de chasse en cascade. Aussi, près de la forêt nationale de Nantahala.

This place is amazing. We spent the week of Christmas here and we couldn’t have asked for a better place or host. We loved the fireplace and beautiful Mountain View’s. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Murphy NC.

We could not have asked for a better post-Christmas getaway. Johanna's place has an awesome mountain view, it's easy to access yet peacefully tucked away, the bedrooms are real comfortable, kitchen stocked, I mean, it checked all the boxes, including convenience. We hiked six different trails in six days (Wesser Bald, Blood Mountain, Murphy River, Fields of the Wood, Jackrabbit, Turtletown Creek Falls) and were back in the comfort of the cabin before 5 pm, even with stops for coffee and groceries in there. Bonus: it's pet-friendly. And Johanna is a great host.

This is the second time in 2 years that we’ve stayed here. The home is very comfortable and is in a nice location. Johanna was very accommodating as we had to change the dates a couple of times. Very relaxing, really enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and seeing the view of the mountains. The game room was a huge plus! The property manager was great. She responded right away with any questions or needs.

Fun and relaxing

A friend and I (fellow quilters) spent the month of February making quilts at Lovingood Chalet. The kitchen is amazing with everything we needed or thought we needed. The view is fantastic and access is easy. Close to Walmart, but still very secluded and private.

Great stay

Great house, great location, great owners. We have vacationed in the area on multiple occasions. This property is one of the best that we have had the pleasure of staying at regardless of price. We had a small issue with the house when we arrived and the owners went above and beyond in working to get it taken care of. The location is perfect to serve as a home base for many local attractions and the town of Murphy. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Thanksgiving week

We stayed at the cabin for a week with 6 adults. There was plenty of space for everyone with a separate bedroom and bathroom on each of the three levels. We mostly gathered on the main floor the watch movies by the fire and play games. We did venture downstairs to play darts and pool. The kitchen was well stocked and we ate most of our meals in the cabin. It was a great relaxing week and I would love to come back and stay there again in the future.

Amazing Mountain Views

This cabin was a true gem with everything you could ask for and a view of the mountains that was truly fantastic! We were able to see hummingbirds, squirrels, and other birds visiting while relaxing on the comfortable porch. Located close to town and all paved roads made for an easy commute for shopping and excursions. This cabin was so enjoyable that we hated to leave and head back home. We are very glad the owners shared their piece of heaven with us and would love the chance to return in the future.

Peaceful Mountain Views

Great cabin in NC. The pictures don't show just how incredible the views are from the back deck and the porch off the Master bedroom. Having 3 full bathrooms was a plus with 6 adults. Plenty of space, very clean, and well stocked kitchen. Our family loved just relaxing and playing lots of pool downstairs. We will definitely book this spot again. Owner was great to work with. Check-In process was simple. Location is great if you want to do something each day.

Peaceful, clean, and great location!

Our hosts were very responsive. Easy check-in. Beautiful views from the balcony’s and lovely birds of all kinds sing at sun up and sundown. Hummingbirds visited throughout our stay. The house itself is roomy and was very clean ans well stocked. He had our two kids and two Corgi’s, parents joined us for two days and we never felt crowded. Very nice area too. Downtown Murphy was very pleasant. Locals were kind. Our kids loved the game room and took the headroom with two twin beds and bathroom at the bottom level. Master was very comfortable too. We will definitely be returning.

Great Family Trip!

We loved our stay in this lovely, peaceful home! It is very clean and comfortable. Kitchen very well equipped, plenty of room for large family, a perfect game room downstairs for the whole family to enjoy! Awesome location, close to great hiking and parks, downtown Murphy and a short drive to Blairsville or Blue Ridge GA. Excellent communication with the owners; wonderful people! Lots of information about the home and area was provided by Johanna - thank you so very much! We enjoyed waterfalls as you recommended, the friendly quaint town of Murphy, and most of all the incredible view from your cabin - just beautiful! Thank you for providing such a warm and wonderful place to stay. Having a place feel like home, made our stay that much better. We can't wait to come back!
